Cancel my monthly plan

Why am i not able to cancel my plan ?
I checked the support site - It leads to a non existent accounts page
(  WHAT ON EARTH IS ADOBE DOING WITH ITS CUSTOMERS ?? )
Bad billing practices .
I will NEVER buy an adobe product again .

    I am trying to cancel my photoshop monthly plan with no success.

    But on step 4 when I click "cancel plan" I am not getting these options.
    A popup message appears with the following content:

    How can I delete my account? There is no "cancel plan" in my creative cloud free membership.

What about the 19.99 plan that is paid monthly but on an annual contract? That one makes you pay every month for a year correct?

I no longer need the product but there seems to be no evidence of it being linked to my Adobe account - apart form the fact that the membership fee leaves my bank account every month and I received an email congratulating me on my purchase.     When trying to cancel my month-to-month plan / subscription I get an error messages staying I should try it later again. However later (1 day or 1 hour) still gives the same result. Sadly the chat with an agent is not available on the pages it is listed on and a non-clickable link!
