Cancel NFL mobile

I Cannot, for the life of me, find a way to cancel NFL mobile from my phone. I am charged through iTunes and I have tried looking on the my verizon app (can't find the change feature option) and can find no way through the app. I am a verizon member but I'm being charged through iTunes and can't find any way to cancel the subscription that way. Please help!!

How to cancel or edit an iTunes subscription with iOS
Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
tap on iTunes & App Store.
Tap on your Apple ID at the top.
Choose View Apple ID from the popup menu.
Enter your password when prompted and tap on OK.
Tap on Manage under Subscriptions .
Tap on the name of the subscription you'd like to cancel or modify.
Turn the Auto-Renewal option to Off.

I want you to have the freedom to manage apps to best meet your needs mrscullini! Are you still having difficulties removing NFL Mobile? Select Menu, Settings, Apps, Select All, choose NFL Mobile and then select uninstall. I hope this information was helpful!

Ipad 3 not compatible with NFL Mobile ?

So I was going to cancel my phone because all I was using it for was for NFL Mobile, so I was told by Verizon rep to get an Ipad and save on the monthly fee still enjoy Verizon NFL Mobile. So I got an Ipad 3rd Generation MC756LL/A and now to be told is not compatible with NFL Mobile. Is that So?

That is a great question. I am glad that you have asked. The tablet is able to use the NFL mobile application. It will include basic build with live audio support. Video On Demand is available on non-game times as nomral. During games, video on demand highlights are blocked and are made available after the game is complete. With the tablet live TV is not available.

NFL Mobile on DINC2

I just got the DINC2 and I'm wondering what parts of nfl mobile are free and what parts i have to pay for? i know i have to pay for live games but other videos seem to be free, there was no promp to pay for those. (this is a 3g phone)

I believe I found an answer to your question. This is what the license agreement states when you download the application: Download and use of the Service will be billed on a per megabyte basis unless you subscribe to a plan that includes unlimited sending and receiving of data. A monthly charge or a VCAST video package may be required for streaming video content available through the App. Verizon Wireless may periodically check your location to enforce NFL blackout of games. Please also note that streaming video will not be available in stadium or in the immediate vicinity of game venues. You agree to ll terms in the following license agreement.
The videos that require a VCAST Video subscription is located at the bottom where it says "watch" in the box from the main menu. When you press it, and there is no existing subscription, it should say "Please subscribe to VCAST/ Verizon Video to watch LIVE video (NFL Network, RedZone, NBC Sunday Night Football, & NFL Network Thursday Night Football)." You can either hit OK or Cancel. Here's a link that separates the basic features from the premium features.
Verizon Video or VCAST Video costs $10.00 per month.

Verizon and NFL mobile. Support you BB10 customers by providing us with a 2014 app via native BB10 app, or Port your android version to BB10 app world any other option is unacceptable. If you can not provide the app they cancel my verizon account. This is one of the main reasons I switched to Verizon from AT&T. I am now paying $100 more a month for less service. I am a new customer that is highly unhappy with how this being handled on both Verizon as they are choosing not to support any all fan regardless of my device. It is my choice to use what device I want as long as it can handle all the features provided by the app. If you can provide apps for all current customers than you should not provide an app. You should provide a mobile Web app that works regardless of the bowser as long as it meets current website standards (html5).

NFL MOBILE-very frustrating

Every single Sunday i try and watch nfl mobile redone live on my wifi.., it never works.
Ill load the app and then very quickly I get the little red loading circle and boom lose wifi and I'm stuck with very slow and blurry picture on 3G. I tried changing password to my router and "forgetting network" on my phone and re-entered pw in my phone and still getting stuck in 3G. Last week I had a horrible migraine as I was forced to watch this blurriness and the screen always freezes while the audio plays and ill have to restart the app and 2 weeks ago when I went to restart the app it kicked me out of redone live and said i couldn't watch it until the next Sunday. I'm really ready to just cancel too frustrating..

Get an AirPort Express. It has an audio out which you can connect to the line-in on your home theatre system. All the other devices will talk to the AirPort Express and stream content to it via wi-fi.

NFL Mobile Stream Not Available

Hi, so I'm paying for NFL Mobile from Verizon and when I try to access the Saints/Seahawks game's live stream on my phone (with 4/5 stars of signal), it is stating:
"Stream unavailable
The live stream you have attempted to open is not available"
Is there an issue? Did you care to let your customer's know that this stream wasn't working? I'm using an iPhone 5 over LTE, iOS 7.0.4 (11B554a) (there is no wifi available for recreation where I work in my location, but it worked last week and I am still grandfathered into unlimited data, all other data applications are working). So can someone at Verizon please shed some light on why your service is not working? I've tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no resolution.

There was a work around that @NFLMobileCS found for me through Twitter. If you hit the menu button in top left corner and then try to access the stream from there, it works. Not sure if that'll work for you or not. They really weren't any help to me though because it took them the entire first playoff game yesterday to figure this out and by the time the 2nd game started, I'd already figured it out myself. Of course no help from Verizon Wireless though, they seem to be useless as usual.

How do I Uninstall NFL Mobile

I am having a problem with my Razr Maxx. I came loaded with NFL Mobile. I have no interest in keeping this app, so I "uninstalled" it. For some reason, it did not go away, it landed in my "Update" section of Google Play. So I updated it and then tried to uninstall it again. Same result. It won't completely uninstall. The Netflix preloaded app is doing the same thing. Does anyone have help for me on this?

This MOFO *** drives me wild having to wait for its #@%*()&$% updates!
And I may not be able to connect to 4G from the browser but by god this thing can connect and update itself whenever it **** well pleases.

Why is there still no NFL Mobile app support for the Z30?

This device has been out for a year now. I upgraded months ago from the Q10 to the Z30 fully expecting to be able to access this only to find out it;s not available. I contacted your Facebook page about this today advising I am paying for this and the response I got was to basically stop paying for it as you're apparently not going to support this device.
I'd like an answer as to why. It's been over a year since this device has been available. It's not like VZ hasn't had time to do it. Why have I been paying for this all these months if you're not going to do anything about it? Why haven't you mentioned that you're not going to support this device if you're going to sell it? NFL Mobile is exclusive to VZ and is one of the biggest reasons I left ATT. Are you going to leave your business customers to do without?

The reason you didn't answer the other question is because the answer is none. So why would a customer have to make sure VZW is keeping up with the products they offer? This service is advertised as being available in BB World. If you go this website and click on the "compatible devices" link, you'll CLEARLY see that the Z30 is listed.

NFL Mobile on a tablet

I have NFL Mobile and pay the $5 a month for the service. I was wondering if it is possible to use it on a tablet? I downloaded the NFL Mobile app on my Nexus 7, but when I go to sign in through Verizon in the app to watch videos, it always fails. Anyone get this working?

I have a Nexus 7, not sure if that is a Verizon tablet or not. The NFL Mobile app is available in the Google Play store on that tablet, and I downloaded it via the Google Play store. When you go to watch live video (Redzone, MNF, etc) it asked for you to login with one of a number of accounts, one of them being Verizon. When I try logging in with my Verizon account, it acts as if my credentials are incorrect and it says login failed every time.

NFL Mobile App Used Data When Not Open

I used the NFL Mobile App last night for the first time. I connected to my WIFI thinking it wouldn't use any data. But it did anyway. And then during the night when the app was closed it used a whole lot of data on its own. I have notifications turned off. Why should this be using data when not open? And why should it be using data when on WIFI?

To have to go to settings, apps, find the app and then force stop is
a lot of steps just to stop an app. Not really an acceptable solution.
However, I re-installed the app. Opened it to make sure it worked ok. Made
sure my WIFI was on during all this. Then went to apps and did a force stop.
Took several tries to get it to stop for some reason. Later I noticed my phone
seemed to be using a lot of battery for some reason. Re-booted phone to make
sure all apps had closed. Went back in and checked the NFL app. It was no
longer stopped. I force stopped it again. Took several tries. Waited a few minutes
and checked again. It was no longer stopped. For some reason it won’t stop. So
I had to un-install it again.
Not sure why all this is happening with this particular app, but I can’t take the
chance of inadvertent data or battery usage. So it will remain un-installed until
someone tells me the problem has been fixed. It’s a shame as since this is one
of the perks of my Verizon account, I feel I have been slighted. I can’t believe I’m
the only one having this issue.

Alright Verizon.... This is borderline stupidity on your part.... Get NFL Mobile working for the iPad 3. Seriously? I chose to go with Verizon with my 3g iPad purchase a long time ago because of NFL mobile and used it and loved it for a good long time. Then you just drop it? And worse.... You drag your feet to get it working? It's not that hard. And don't post the iTunes link with that compatibility bit in it. Just get it working and do it now. The season is nearly half done!!!!!!

It's been months. If it was any kind of priority it would be fixed by now. Developing a video driven streaming app for the ipad is not hard. In fact, the changes to support the retina display are trivial. Yeah, I am a dev and know exactly what I am talking about. I guarantee they have no intention of doing anything about this until 2013 when the ipad 3 is the only thing available and the lion share of users have it. I am yet to run into an app that simp,y won't run on an ipad 3. Bad coding and bad application management are the only answers. I mean come on.... The description in iTunes actually says "not comparable with the new ipad" ... Really? It's not new... And I am sorry... Bottom line... The previous version worked on the ipad3. They pushed an update that removed the ipad version completely (replacing it with an iphone only version) that doesn't work with the ipad 3. That is just stupid. The app update should never have been released if it didn't work with the ipad 3.

NFL Mobile - LG G3 Compatibility

I find it a little strange that the LG G3 is not listed as a compatible device for the NFL Mobile Premium Features. I did a chat and was told it should work, but I was hoping to get a more definitive answer. As the G2 is listed, I would assume the G3 would be also compatible.
Would anyone (specifically, from VZW) know for certain whether the Premium features will be available on the G3?
