Cancel printing "Post.chge"

Hi Friends,
Through MIGO when I create a transfer order, it internally creating a spool request.
In the header of the spool request it is printing "Post.chge". But I don't want that.
How can I avoid this?

Go to SP02 and change the settings of Output Controller.

Cancel Printing of series of photos

How do I cancel printing a series of photos on HP Photosmart 7760? I'm using Windows XP and need to print a document..

The easiest way is to just press the cancel "X" button on the printer. Printing will stop, although the compter will continue to send the print job until it is done. This may take a minute or two to complete.

Hi,
From the Control Panel, open Administrative Tools and select Sevices. Browse down to the print spooler service, right click it and select Properties then click on the Stop button. Now browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS and delete the job inside this folder - You may need to click a prompt to gain the appropriate authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
Restart the computer and you should find the job has been removed.

How to Print Post Script Files

I am trying to make a utility software in foxpro that could print post script file on:-
1) Post script printer
2) Non Post Script printer
Operating System Windows 95 & above

PostScript printer - send it to the printer port e.g. LPT1: with a simple copy.
Non-PostScript printer - you'll need to buy a PostScript RIP, or perhaps use Acrobat Distiller to convert the PostScript to PDF, then print the PDF with Acrobat's API - see the Acrobat SDK. (This is not possible with the free Reader).

Storage location and post.chge storage location not in the same warehouse

Hi All,
We have HU managed Storage Location, and in this Storage Location we have SUT managed Warehouse, Now while Goods Receipt we have to create inbound delivery, which is working fine and i can see my stock in Goods receipt area,, later on whicle creating Transfer Order to putaway in a bin i have a error message "Storage location and post.chge storage location not in the same warehouse" please help me with this error message. Thank you for all your inputs.

Thank you for the input. I am receiving Stock from vendor and while creating Inbound delivery i created the Handling Unit and also packed it and i could also post it (PG Receipt). Now when i am creating TO i have that error message. The Storage Location where i am receiving is 9001and i have also maintained the partner Storage location,,, its like this Plant(1000)-SLoc(9001)-Partner SLoc(9002).... now the Storage Location 9002 is not HU managed,, the reason i gave this Storage location is, initially i gave 9001, but system said "Storage Location 9001 and 9001 must have different management systems". So now kindly tell me what is the purpose of the partner Storage location and which storage location should i give, as my partner Storage location across "1000-9001-????" thank you again for ur inputs.

Cancellation of posted excise invoice

Dear All,
How to cancel posted incoming excise invoice without cancelling the GRN.
User had posted the excise invoice wrogly so now they want to cancel that. For this we have to first reverse GRN but stock also get consumed meanwhile so system is not allowing to reverse GRN. How to resolve this?

Resolved...just had to go into Devices and Printers, select the printer and cancel the job.

Smartform - Output window (Accept, Cancel, Print, Preview)

Dears experts,
when i execute a preview of a Purchase Order, a message windows appears and you can select the diferents message( print, external send) and Accept, Cancel, Print or Preview.
I want to do 2 things.
- I only want to view Accept and Cancelled button in the Output Message window. how can i do it? with the parameters output?
- I want that when I accept the message with the OK ICON, execute the code to send the purhcase order as email. nowadays, the pdf code is execute when I chose Preview.
Any idea?

Hi friend sure.
You need to increment the index only at the loop no where else and the variable for holding the index value is global.
If you create before the read every time it gets trigerred.
After each loop you assign the sy-tabix value to that variable.
Just like this ,
v_index = sy-tabix.
Then at the window just read the table as shown
READ TABLE t_chq INTO x_chq INDEX v_index.
This will do friend.
I will update the flow of my code here, then you many understand it much clear.

Main window (below page1)
    Loop (inside Main win)
      program lines. code : v_index = sy-tabix. v_lines = lines( t_chq ). (inside loop)
      Condition (inside loop)
         True
            check the v_index < v_lines if true break page, for page break create a command and do it (Inside true condition)
         false
           blank.
Secondary window (below page1)
    program line (inside sec wind)
    Inside program lines the code is READ TABLE t_chq INTO x_chq INDEX v_index. (inside sec wind)
Secondary window2 (below page1)
     program line (inside sec wind2)
    Inside program lines some other code. (inside sec wind2)
This is my logic try like this friend.
I think for other records its coming fine because since it is an local variable its getting updated some where and also showing 1 bec its always initializing.

Since this printer does not have a physical "Cancel" button, the easiest way of stopping a document print is to clear the document from the Print Queue.
To remove a document from the print queue manually:
1. Depending upon your operating system, do one of the following:
• Windows Vista: On the Windows taskbar, click Start, click Control Panel, and
then click Printers.
• Windows XP: On the Windows taskbar, click Start, click Control Panel, and
then click Printers and Faxes.
• Windows 2000: On the Windows taskbar, click Start, point to Settings, and
then click Printers.
2. Double-click the icon for your product to open the print queue.
3. On the Printer menu, highlight the document, click Cancel or Purge Print Document,
and then click Yes to confirm.
Now, if the document has already started printing and you want to stop it before it finishes; then simply lift the top access door which will pause printing. Remove the document from the print queue now. If it is no longer in the print queue, then power off the printer. Wait about 30 seconds and power on the printer again. This should have stopped the document from printing.

2050 Deskjet doesn't print poster size anymore??

I've had HP printers for years now and all of my other printers had a setting in the sofrware that would let you print poster size prints on multi sheets pf paper you would then tape together. I can't find that on my new printer. I used that setting alot and now find I need it again and I'm not sure what to do??

Hi Susan,
The Poster printing feature is no longer provided by the latest drivers.
However, you may still use the feature by using an Alternative Driver as a workaroud:
Step One: check the active printer port.
Enter Control Panel > Devies and Printers,
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Ports tab and take a note of the selected port for your printer.
Step Two: Add Alternative Driver:
Enter Control Panel > Devies and Printers,
Click Add a Printer.
Click Add a Local Printer.
Leave the Use Existing Port marked, select the port used for your printer from the drop down box, then click Next.
Click the Windows Update button, allow several minutes to complete the update process till the printers list appear again.
Select HP from the Manufactor Colum
Select HP Deskjet 6940 Series / HP Deskjet 6980 Series, then click Next.
Follow the steps to complete the wizard, then perform the print by using the newly configure printer driver which include the required option.
