Cancel subscription after its expired

Hi there,
My membership has expired and I went to cancel but I cant now because it has already expired and the card that I used last year to pay for it got lost and I cancelled it so nothing can be charged to it but just received another invoice dated 5th March 2015 but I haven't paid anything also I don't want to continue with creative cloud. How can I cancel after its expired?
Also it says I still have 7 days left, but expired on 5th of march. Will I get charged for this extra month?

I followed the steps as far as adobe shows (hit Cancel subscription after selecting my reason for cancelling) but Adobe sent me a bunch of emails saying they have tried to charge my credit card.   • Trying to reinstall/download CS6 after it expired

    I have re-activated my subscription after it expired in December and am now trying to re-install it. I was getting a message telling me that it was a non-authentic downlowd, so I uninstalled the old CS6 . Now I keep getting this message: Adminstrator privileges are required to continue with the installation. The installation gets most of the way through before this message pops up. I have changed the user permissions to the same as those for the administrator, rebooted and re-attempted the download several times. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My OS is Windows 7.

    > Disable all Non-Microsoft Startup Services. (Ref : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-startup-items-services-windows.html )
    > Disable all the Antivirus softwares like CA, Norton,Mc Afee etc. temporarily from the computer.
    Reboot and try installing in the new enabled Admin user account and check.

  • Why do I continue to get notices that my subscription has expired, yet my credit card continues to be charged $19.99 per month.  Either its expired or it hasn't.  What gives?

    I've asked the question above.  I just need to talk to someone who can tell me IF my subscription has actually expired.  If it has, on what date. And, if it has why is my credit card continuing to be charged the monthly fee.

    I've checked your account using the email that you use here in the forums. It looks like you were last charged $19.99 on December 7 2014 for your Acrobat Pro subscription. And that subscription is now expired due to a payment processing error (maybe the expiration date on your card changed?). According to your records, when were you charged last?
    I would recommend that you Contact Customer Care if you're finding that you've been charged in January/February but sill don't have access to your subscription.
    You can also update the credit card information stored for you account by following the instructions in this document: Manage your membership and payments | Creative Cloud

  • Cannot use PhotoShop CS6 after trial expired, even after purchasing Creative Cloud Student Edition

    Hi.
    I had PhotoShop CS6 trial, which expired.
    I have purchased Creative Cloud student edition, I receive a message that my PhotoShop trial has expired.
    I am prompted to purchase the product to extend it, or type in the product's serial number
    (I never received a serial number.)
    I paid for Creative Cloud and have an order number, I should not be having this issue. 
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled PhotoShop CS6 multiple times, I also use DreamWeaver and am fearful that I will encounter the same issue. How can I use the Photoshop CS6 after I have paid for it?

    The trial expired 2 weeks ago - Monday.
    I purchased the Cloud Yesterday, also 2 weeks ago Monday 10/15/2012.
    I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
    I still will need to request a refund for 1, I've been too busy between, work, school, and kid. I'm at work now.

  • Impossible to cancel subscription to Creative Cloud

    The phone tree has no option that even sounds like the right person to talk to about cancelling, and the wait is over an hour.
    The directions online are circular - it says the link saying "cancel this membership" leads somewhere it doesn't.  Instead, all you get is directions to contact customer service.
    The chat function says there is an agent available but when you open it tells you they are helping other people, and I've been waiting 30 minutes already.
    You have taken a total of 4 hours of my valuable time, with no end in sight, just to cancel a duplicate Creative Cloud subscription.
    The above constitutes an attempt on the part of Adobe to prevent customers from cancelling subscriptions, so they can be paid $20 per month for nothing.
    I expect the account under [email protected] to be cancelled immediately.

    Yes I know what you're talking about... phone conversation is the only way. I had a year agreement and found out that they continued to charge me thereafter the year. After going round and round in circles on the website I miraculously found a contact no. to call. Phone conversation is the only way to communicate, particularly with reference to charges.  I then spoke with a representative who said that Adobe automatically signs me up for a further year after the year expires, and therefore I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I was not impressed, especially not being provided with warning that the subscription was due to end. I think it is just manners to incorporate a system for which asks you first with a notification in advanced rather than automatic. So my recommendation is if you are looking to sign up on a specific period to ensure that you know whether or not they are going to auto charge you for another period of time thereafter. I have to say they need better communication details on their website!

    You definitely can delete the movie prior to the expiration date.  However, the movie will automatically disappear from your iTunes library 24 (or 48) hours after you've begun viewing it.  Here are the steps on how to delete iTunes media.

  • Can't start Photoshop Subscription because of expired trial-version.

    I tested the CS6 Photoshop Extended Trial-version and after it expired I bought "Photoshop CS6 Subscription Edition (monthly)". I downloaded and installed it. Now when I start it all I see is the "Trial expired"-window.
    I tried de- and re-installing everything, tried cleaning the registry, tried the Adobe CS removal tool – nothing helped.
    The "Trial expired"-window has a button to enter a serial number, but the monthly subscription didn't come with one – I checked all "My Adobe" subpages I could find. There wasn't a serial number in E-Mails either.
    Hope someone can help, thanks alot!

    I could finally fix the problem with the help of Adobe support. For everyone with the same problem:
    1. Deinstall Photoshop.
    2. Delete the following files (replace "Programme" with the Program Files-Folder of your language):
    C:\Programme (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\caps\"caps.db"
    C:\Programme (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\backup\"caps.db"
    C:\Programme (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\caps\"media_db.db"
    C:\Programme (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\"pcd.db"
    C:\Programme (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache\"cache.db"
    3. Redownload and reinstall Photoshop.
    4. Start Photoshop and login with your Adobe-ID.
    Done!

  • Cancel Subscription doesn't work !!!

    1) On a expired Skype Number subscription, Skype keeps trying to charge the Credit Card 2) Even worse, it doesn't let the end user remove the Credit Card. It claims that it is required to cancel subscription first, but when the option is selected, nothing happens! 3) Hence, the subscription cannot be cancelled and the credit card cannot be removed. 4) The Support Contact Page doesn't offer an option to report issues like this. What is going on here?????  

    1.  Skype numbers are subscriptions so they will renew.  The renewal is billed 3 days before the subscription ends and continues to attempt to bill with the information on file for those 3 days.  If the payment doesn't go through it will resort to cancelling the subscription due to non-payment. 2.  You need to add a new credit card or cancel the subscription.  You can add a new credit card at any time.  You can cancel the subscription at any time.  If for some reason certain buttons don't work right, try another web browser.  The issue may exist with your web browser or a plug-in you have installed. 3.  You can't delete any credit card in use by a subscription unless you cancel that subscription.  If  you have another credit card on file you can switch payment of that subscription to that credit card.  You will then be able to delete the card on file as well.  This is rather common and makes sense to me.  Paypal subscriptions work the same exact way. 4.  You can contact Skype Customer Service but I believe that they may just walk you through the same exact process.   Skype Customer service can be contacted by filling out a Support request options on the Support Request page. https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170

    I have a subscription for Hong Kong S.A.R., China unlimited min, which I joint on 21 June 2010. It has been more than 2 years now and I want to stop the recurring payment so that no more money's going out after the latest payment, which was on 25 Jun 2012.
    I tried to cancel the subscription myself but the 'cancel subscription' button wasn't present. Please help me with this.

    Hi Skype Community,
    Some of you have recently received an email titled "Your subscription has now expired - renew today" without being aware of any of your subscriptions expiring. Please sign in to your Skype web account page at www.skype.com/go/myaccount and follow the "Purchase history" link which you can find at the bottom of the link list there.
    Now check if you have a subscription called "'SKYPE GIFT - Unlimited World 20mins'" with a start date on April 16th 2015 showing there. The expiration email you received is referring to this 20 minutes gift subscription. For more details please refer to the email you received from Skype on April 16th 2015.
    We're sorry if this expiration warning email has caused some confusion. There's no further action required from you.

    Did you use the arrows above the purchase history to navigate to the purchase history for "April 2015"? The header should look like this:
    Can you confirm that you do not see the 20 minutes gift subscription listed there?
    It looks like actually you haven't purchased any calling subscription so far and have been using Skype credits "Pay as you go" for calling. And you should continue to be able to do that even after the gift subscription expiration email.
    Are you facing any difficulties right now in placing calls using your Skype credits?

  • Can Apple Canada unlock my Rogers Iphone after contract expired?

    I have an Iphone 4 that was updated to IOS 5.0.1 and baseband 4.11.08.  I understand that Apple Canada sells unlock Iphone 4.  I signed a contract with Rogers for 3 years and now its expired.  Currently I am located in Japan.  I want to know is what can I do with an Iphone that cost around 749 Canadian?  I have a Japanese micro sim card that I would like to insert into my Iphone 4 from Canada.  As we all know an Iphone is not cheap and I had spent quite a lot for this phone already so I don't want to keep it as an Ipod Touch.
    Can Apple Canada unlock my phone if I provide the IMEI?  I really hope that I can use this phone....or else its a waste of my money to buy another Iphone in Japan...no point to keep a $749 Ipod Touch...unless this is Apple's practice to ask consumer sign contracts and after contract expires just keep it as paper weights.
    Please help with this issue, cost of living in Japan is not cheap and I would like to save money by having faith in Apple's support to help me unlock my Canadian phone.  Thank you

    Hi Stedman1 thanks for your quick reply, I have asked Rogers and they said at the moment they cannot unlock it for me.  I am asking Apple because Apple Canada sells the phone factory unlocked, I was wondering if its possible to have my phone factory unlocked.
    My Iphone is IOS 5.0.1 Baseband 4.11.08 I have heard that it cannot be unlock by anyone but maybe only Apple can do it by IMEI.  I don't know what I can do...no one else to turn to and its an expensive ipod touch sitting in my Japan home

    Want to create a new skype ID. Before that, I'm trying to cancel my existing skype premium subscription, 'release' the online phone number and remove the associated credit card information (and willing to let go of any remaining credit). Was able to cancel the subscription but there is no option to remove/release online phone number. And when I try to remove the credit card, it says I must cancel subscription first (which I did already). UGGGHHHH.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Online Number can be released only through refund or number expiration and even then it will still be linked to Skype account for 90 days.
