Cancel Subscription - Get Refund and Start Over

When I signed up for Skype Premium I was under the impression that this included unlimited calling to the US & Canada. I was sadly mistaken.
Please help me figure out how to cancel my subscription and get a FULL refund and then start over so I can get what I actually need.

I HAVE A USER ID, A SYNC KEY BUT NO WORKING PASSWORD ; CAN I CANCEL THIS ATTEMPT AND START OVER again.

i followed all the directions e ,mailed to me ,but when i tried to sync my iphone the error message said incorrect password. I then asked for a second set of instructions and redoubled my efforts and still no sucess i tried to reset tghe password but I don't have a sync tab setup under firefox/tools/options. If allowed to cancel the sync key and start over again knowing the pitfalls I have encountered I would be succeswful. i THINK FIREFox is the best system I enjoy using it every day. thankyou

On the iPad tap Settings > iCloud
Toggle Documents & Data off then back on then restart your iPad.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
On the iMac open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to Documents & Data then reselect it then restart your iMac.

I can only open one PDF in session. If I try to open a different one, I get the same as before. The only way to see a different PDF is to close the browser and start over. A bit hassle with sites requiring a password.

Many web sites have links to multiple PDF files. I have no trouble reading the first PDF file, but if I try to open a different one, I always get the first one I opened. Firefox ignores the other links and goes back to the first one. The only remedy seems to be to close Firefox and start over again. This is a hassle for sites requiring a username and password to enter. What's wrong here?

Do you have Adobe Reader X or Adobe Reader 9.something?
I think this is a problem with the newest version of Adobe Reader which came out about 5-6 days ago.

Apps are always tied to the ID that was used to purchase them originally. Did you try entering your old password and see if that works?
If you need to sign out of your old account go to Settings>Store>Tap on your ID and sign out. Sign in with the new one.
you can also access your ID in the featured tab of the App Store. Swipe to the bottom of the screen and you will find it there as well.

If you bought a Mac and got AppleCare with it, within 2 years of buying the TC, the TC is covered, too.
I have to admit that this $500 unit was the first to apparently junk out. Reset the TC. See [Resetting an AirPort Base Station or Time Capsule FAQ|http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3728].
Try a "full reset" of Time Machine, per #A4 in [Time Machine - Troubleshooting|http://web.me.com/pondini/Time_Machine/Troubleshooting.html] (or use the link in *User Tips* at the top of the +Time Machine+ forum).
If all else fails, take it to your local Apple Store or Authorized Repair location, they may be able to determine whether the disk is dead.

My video download gets about 2/3 of the way through, stops, and starts over (as if I had never downloaded anything). I have DSL, and it's the only video downloading. Why does it stop and start all over again, over and over? It's really bumming out my iTunes experience. Oh, and I'm running XP, not XPpro.

Let it go... these DL's take forever, depending on the spped of your connection and the traffic on the servers.
If by morning it is still sitting there restart and the DL should pick up from where it left off.

I can't get my shuffle to play through all my playlists. Once I pick a playlist, it will play that one all the way through and start over instead of playing the next one.

How do I get my shuffle to play all my playlists through their entirety? I will select one and it will play all the way through and start over. I want it to finish that one and move to the next playlist, and so on.

I think that's the way it's supposed to work.
You should just create another "merged" playlist that has ALL the songs from those playlists, with songs in the order you want them played, then use the play in order setting on the shuffle.
It won't take up any more space on the shuffle, because all of the songs will already be on the shuffle due to the separate playlists.

My daughter's data has been put on my icloud account. I cannot hook up to the icloud wihtout getting all her info on my phone. i would like to delete the account and start over or find a way to remove her info

Is there any way to remove her data from the icloud account or delete the account and start over? I plan on wiping her phone clean and having her create her own account with her own email address

Be sure she signs out of your account before wiping her phone. Also, make sure Find my iPhone is disabled before you wipe it..
Unfortunately, since you have "merged" her data with yours, you will need to delete each unwanted item individually. If you delete the account, when you sign back in with the same account the same data will be synched back from iCloud.

OK, I just click the "cloud" in my itunes account and re-synced my ipod nano and I now have the songs I bought, this was really a stupid venture. But I am now enjoying my purchases on my ipod. SORRY TO HAVE TAKEN UP THE SPACE
