Cancel subscription not working.

I cancelled my subscription, but it does not appear that it went through? I followed the steps as far as adobe shows (hit Cancel subscription after selecting my reason for cancelling) but Adobe sent me a bunch of emails saying they have tried to charge my credit card. How do I actually cancel, especially now that my membership expired? I cancelled before my membership expired.

    So I originally signed up for a subscription for an online number, 3 months and a subscription for the unlimited calls to US and Canada. When I signed up for both of those I swear that I clicked the option that it would not be a reocurring subscription - a one time thing.
    So, I see a message come up today that I have been charged $2.99 and another saying I was charged $12.05... So I go online to unsubscribe and I am able to unsubscribe to the Unlimited calls to US and Canada - BUT - when I try to unsubscribe to the online number I keep getting error messages saying that you're having technical difficulties and then I get another saying: "We're sorry, we didn't find any records about your subscription. Please try again later." Is this your way of not allowing me to unsubscribe? It's already a pain in the butt to figure out how to unsubscribe from this in the first place and now it won't even let me. I shouldn't even be being charged for this since I specifically chose that I did not want a reocurring charge on my account.

    Was this working before? If yes, any changes been done recently?

    When I go to place a call under one of the countries listed, it tells me I need Skype Credit. Why then would I purchase the most expensive plan yet I still cant place any calls? I will cancel and place a dispute on my cc. This is NOT whats advertised. Please read your term and conditions for this plan. Thank you

    Your call history currently shows that last call was almost 5 minutes and it was covered by your subscription:

    It seems subscription is working.
    I did notice that you tried to call also Brazil & Venezuela mobile numbers, but these are not included:

    For these numbers you need a different subscription or Skype Credit.
    If you still have trouble calling destination that is covered by your subscription then please provide exact call date/time/number to customer service and they can look into this.

    Please tell me what should i do.
    today i have reached my monthly call limit for Indonesia 400 mins 1 month, and then i make new subscription to Indonesia 400 mins for 1 month, but new subscription not replace the old ones...
    and now on my account says that i have only 0 minute left.

    To check the order number and status of an order:
    Sign in to your account.
    In the Account details section, click Billing & payments > Purchase history.
    All of your orders are listed, and the right column shows the status of each order.
    The following table explains some of the order statuses you might see:
    Pending
    Created
    Delivered
    Cancelled
    Reversed
    Refused
    Status Description
    Pending
    This usually means your payment has been submitted and is currently being processed. For bank transfer payments, pending status means that the order has been created but payment has not yet been matched to it. When payment is accepted, the status will change to Delivered and your Skype account will be credited.
    Credit card is the quickest way to pay and usually takes 15 minutes (but sometimes up to 24 hours) to process. The status will change to Delivered when payment is accepted, or Cancelled if payment is unsuccessful.
    Bank Transfer payments can remain pending for 7-10 business days before crediting your Skype account.
    If you paid through Skrill (Moneybookers), the order status remains pending until we have received your payment. Skrill may ask you for further verification and your order will remain pending until they receive all the necessary documentation. Your order status can remain pending up to a maximum of 14 days. After that, if no payment has been received, the order will be cancelled.
    If you paid via PayPal using an eCheck or Internet Transfer, your order can remain pending for several days.
    If you paid via PayPal and the funding source for the PayPal account is a credit card, if the order status is still pending after 24 hours, please contact Skype Customer Service. 
    Created
    This usually means that your order hasn’t been finished yet. You have most likely initiated your purchase using a selected payment method but haven’t continued. Therefore, your order had been stopped before your payment actually reached the payment service provider.
    Delivered
    Payment has been accepted and the order has been credited to your account. You can start using your Skype Credit (or other Skype purchase) right away.
    Cancelled
    If your payment is cancelled, it is likely to be for one of the following reasons:
    You have entered an invalid CVC (or other credit card validation code).
    You have used the same credit card for more than two different Skype accounts.
    You have reached your monthly purchasing limit.
    Meanwhile, we suggest you try using another credit card, or use a different payment method such as PayPal or Skrill. If you have reached your monthly purchasing limit, this limit is reset on the 1st of each month so you will be able to make your purchase then. 
    Reversed
    Skype has very strict anti-fraud measures in place to protect our customers. If your order is reversed, the most likely reasons are that it has been flagged as fraudulent (or potentially fraudulent), or that Skype has refunded your purchase 1-4 days after the purchase was made.
    If you paid by PayPal, the money is sent back to your PayPal account and no Skype Credit is added to your Skype account. It can take 5-7 business days for the money from the reversed order to appear back in your PayPal account.
    If you paid by credit card, no funds have left your bank account so there is no money to return. Your order is effectively cancelled. 
    Refused
    If your order is refused, it means that most likely the payment was rejected by our payment provider, not by Skype. This can occur for a number of reasons, including:
    Insufficient funds on your card or in your bank account to complete the transaction
    Using an anonymous proxy to access the internet
    Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode failure
    Purchasing from, or using a credit card issued in, a restricted country
    Other unknown issues with your credit card details
    Meanwhile, we suggest you try using another payment method to purchase Skype Credit.
    It’s also possible that your payment has been refused by Skype because you have used the same credit card for more than two different Skype accounts. If this is the case, you can try using another credit card, use one of your other Skype accounts, or try a different payment method. 
    If you require further information about your order status – for example, why an order was cancelled or refused – please contact Skype Customer Service.

  • New subscription not working

    I made a subscripton to a Swedish number and payment was taken from my credit card. However, this new subscrption is still not listes under my account  and the number is not working. The subscription was made and on June 20th I need to contact Skype be emmail or phone about this issue, but I can not find any contact information.  

    You have purchased Unlimited US&Canada, but it doesn't include SMS. It is true that in order to verify your mobile number as caller ID you would need Skype Credit to pay for SMS verification messages.
    There is also minimum amount that you can add to your account.
    You can use rest of the credits to call countries that are not covered by your subscription, send SMS messages or even pay for your US&Canada subscription next month.

  • Skype subscription not working - numbers blocked.

    Hi there, I purchaced the skype unlimited landline package for £5 a month and when I attempted to use it to call the numbers I wanted I found that they were all blocked. So I logged in and canceled the sub and go to try and get a refund.
    On the refund page, it asks me to enter order date. I enter in the date but afterwards it comes up saying to enter in the date of purchace, when the date was already entered.
    I tried to email/live chat with skype however when I go to that page it says that they are currently experincing problems!
    After reading around it seems like because I have used the package to try and make a call or 2 I cannot refund? I have a grand total of 2 miniutes logged up on the account where the calls have failed to connect. I find it highly unfair I should not be entitled to a refund for a service that does not work.
    The number i tried to ring were in the UK (no longer connected numbers) and some in Finland which said that those numbers were blocked. I tried other countries such as Estonia and these numbers came up blocked too.

    The UAE blocks all VoIP outbound traffic including Skype. Try accessing the internet using a VPN.

    1. What phone model are you using?   Nokia 920, 
    2. Is the phone purchased second hand?   
    Used my nokia ID on nokia 920 to activate unlimited subscription.. worked fine,,
    the phone then had issues, Nokia care replaced the phone with new one.
    Now unlmited subscription does not work for new/old nokia ID
    3. Is this the first time you activate your subscription with Nokia Music?  Yes
    4. What's your current location? Bangalore 
    5. What's the exact error message?  No Error
    6. Where did you purchased your phone?  Store, But phone got replaced.
    7. Did you use your Nokia account to sign up or subscribe with Nokia Music before?  Same ID/ New ID used in replaced phone.

    The problem is because the Nokia Music subscription is attached to the IMEI of your device ..Since your phone has been replaced, you need to contact Nokia thru' appropriate link in HERE to resolve the issue ..

  • Newstand subscriptions not working post iOS 8 install

    I am trying to figure out why my magazine subscriptions stopped working when I updated to the new iOS.  It is telling me to restart the app and download my purchases again.  I have tried to delete the app/sync iPad/install the app.  I have tried turning off the iPad and restarting it.  I am not sure what else to do. Any ideas?

  • Adobe pdf pack monthly subscription not working

    My adobe pdf pack monthly subscription has never worked. I can see 'Adobe createPDF desktop printer' as a printer option but when I click print I get the following message (for a split second) Printing..... now printing page 2 of Microsoft Office Outlook Memo Style on the Adobe CreatePDF Desktop printer - though nothing then happens. I am not given an option of where to save the pdf and I canot see that it has just automatically saved the pdf on my hardrive or desktop.
    Any help appreciated.

    What is the version of Acrobat installed on your machine. Adobe PDF printer gets installed with Acrobat.
    Have you tried to install latest updates for Acrobat.

  • Encore's Cancelation & will not work with CC Dynamic Link Products

    Adobe has aparently canceled development on Encore. I have just upgraded to thier Creative Cloud and discovered that Encore will not connect with Premiere or AE through Dynamic Link.
    I'm in the Video Production business, my clients & I still very much use the DVD & Blu-ray format.
    Wedding & Event videographers rely on the DVD/Bluray format to deliver thier products to thier clients.
    It's one thing to stop developing the app but to exclude it from the Dynamic link...how tough can it be to hook up hte CS6 version (any developers out there?).
    Yes I can read the writing on the wall and DVD days are numbered—however Adobe has prematurly canceled a product that It's loyal customers relay on. Yes I know it still works, but I sure will miss the Dynamic link.

    Yes, there is even a subforum devoted to this absurdity. I believe there is more to the story, related to the takeover of Sonic by Rovio, and their abandoning Scenarist.

    Skype is going to lose my business if they dont shape up.
    I understand that they dont want to talk to customers but I have purchased a subscription and a phone and cant use the phone.
    Three is no one to ask question of.  There are other services out there and If I have to I will switch.
    I have a GE 31591 phone that connects to my account but will not make calls to land lines.
    I have a subscription and I can make calls from my computer but not the new ge phone.
    Can anyone help?  or am I just screwed by skype?
