Effective today July 13 cancel my membership.
This is a customer to customer help forum. We can't make changes to your account.
Logon to your account online and remove any features you don't want.

Can you buy Creative Cloud for a single month? Or do you have to buy the membership which lasts a year? If so can you cancel the membership after 1 month and only pay for that month?

No way to cancel my membership?

One week ago I started a Creative Cloud membership.
I had a free trial period and wanted to continue using it.
Adobe charged me for the membership, but I can not use it?
I am quite fed up and just want to cancel the whole ting, but that does not seem to be an option?
There are no ways to contact you and when I got to the "Still need help? Contact us"-page, all I get is a forum I can use but I need to be in personal contact with you to cancel it.

How can I cancel this membership??
I just started working for a company that has a ton of automated credit card payments for services they don't use any more. Adobe Creative Cloud single-app for Illustrator is one of them, and I can't find anywhere in the company's account page that lets me cancel, nor can I find a phone number or place to contact customer support. The only option I was given to contact Adobe was this forum. Please help.
Yes, I had a hard time as well with canceling my old Creative Cloud account. It will depend if you pay an annual rate or a month to month rate. How do I unsubscribe from Adobe Creative Cloud and cancel my Adobe ID? I have tried numerous times going to "Cancel my membership" on their site but it just goes through several steps and ends up where I began (i.e. Cancel my membership). Adobe contact information will not help You. The Finnish sites are making the same loop. The worst thing is that they have send me e-post telling that my membership will continue after first year automatically with 60 % higher price. I don't need do anything I will not continue the membership. It seems impossible to end it. The onlys solution seems to be close the credit card.

I have problem with cancelling my membership through the chat.
I have been trying to cancel my CC membership by going through their chat service. I have tried 2 times but they never did contact me, I have been wanting to cancel the membership for months but it hard to get in contact with them unless I make a phone call to them, which it very hard due to the different in timezone.

I purchased photoshop and lightroom as a download, now when I access the program it goes to a trial membership page
You uninstall it the same way as you would uninstall any other application, there's nothing special that needs to be done other than you need first to logout of the Creative Cloud from the CC Desktop Application.
On Windows use the Control Panel>Programs & Features, select "Adobe Lightroom 5" in the list and click on the Uninstall button which appears at the top of the list when you have selected the program.
On OSX, drag the Adobe Photoshop 5.app from the Applications folder to the Trash.
Once uninstalled, restart your system, open the CC Desktop App, Login to your Adobe account, then on the Apps tab you should see Lightroom 5 with the "Install" button. Click on it and the install process will commence. Once complete, you're good to go. -
