Canceled order and didn't receive the full reward certificate amount back

I canceled an order over a week ago and the next day recieved 250 points back on my account but another 250 points that was used on the preorder hasn't been credited back to me.  Any reason this has happened?  I'd like to get the points back to make a purchase soon.

It can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's My Best Buy™ account following a return or cancellation.  If it has been more than 6 business days since you cancelled the order and only half of the point value has not reposted, then I would be happy to see what I can do to help ensure any remaining points are added to your account.
While using the email address you registered with the forum to look over your account, I was unable to find the order in-question that was recently cancelled.  To gather a bit more information and go over your My Best Buy™ account with you, I am going to send you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon located at the top of the page.

    I had this problem too, so I just went into my account and cancelled the pre-order.  It took an hour or so to update but I was then just able to go in and buy the track normally.

    Contact the iTunes store support people at expresslane.apple.com (it will be via email), provide them with the date of purchase, the transaction # (from your purchase history), and they will likely regrant the download.  You could also try accessing the purchases tab on your device, and try the download again.

  • Pre-ordered 4 games, haven't received the $10 reward certificates

    Last month I preordered 4 games (Little Big Planet 3, GTA V, Far Cry 4 and Dragon Age) which were picked up on release (11.18).   All are supposed to come with a $10 gift card, when I picked them up they told me they should be on my rewards account after two weeks.
    I have not received them, were they supposed to issue them to me when I picked the games up?

    Bad news first, Little Big Planet 3 and Dragan Age were never part of the $10 pre-order/purchase promo so that`s why you won`t be recieving $10 certs(500 MyBB pts) for either of those titles.
    Far Cry 4 and GTAV are eligble titles and they released on 11/18 so those pts should post in 15-20 days. If they don`t show by Dec. 8-9 then bump this thread for assistance.

    I am going through the same process! It is a nightmare doing anything with adobe. They make it as difficult as possible to get a refund and keep asking me if i want anothe program instead of a refund. They are making me jump through all kinds of hoops to get the refund and refuse to call me. They have ZERO customer service and the only reason they stay in business is because they have no real competitors. It's a shame, but I suggest you reprot them to the Better Business Bureau. I did.

    If you purchased a subscription, there is no serial number. Sign in with your Adobe ID to license the software.

    Look under the Store menu in iTunes on your computer for the "Check for available downloads" command and run that. You may find the tracks there to be downloaded.
    If not, contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department from their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find either an "Express Lane" button - just follow the instructions to get to the contact form, or an "Email Us" button) and explain the problem to them.

    Please let me know what exact error you get while editing PDFs as I might be able to help you.

    Aperture is Apples version of Lightroom. This has nothing to do with Adobe. Ask on a Apple forum. You won't find many people here using this program.

    Please notice that the "Thank you for your order." page that appears after you complete the online purchase contains the necessary key. If you printed the page or still can view it (perhaps by tracking your order), look in the "Order Summary" table near the bottom where it says "iWork '08 Trial - Serial Number" there is a "Key" below the "Part Number". This key is of the form (at least for mine):
    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx
    This is what can be entered into Numbers to unlock the trial. You do not need to wait for the email.
