Canceled subscription and stilled billed multiple times
I canceled my free premium trial at the end of May and have continuously been charged 9.99 month after month. When trying to fill out a contact from my browser is repeatedly sent back to the previous page, not allowing me to submit the form. I am very upset and would like to cancel my services.

Can you try clearing your cache/cookies or different web browser to contact the payment through the online contact form? Your account shows that you have an India 800 mins 1 month recurring Subscription which started on March 15th 2015 and you renewed it on April 10th 2015. Because you have used your full 800 minutes allocation in your current billing cycle your next allocation will be applied to your account at midnight UTC/GMT on April 15th. To cancel go your Account Page. Cancellations are effective on the last day of your current billing cycle. Subscriptions aren't refundable.

My itunes has stopped working out of nowhere. When I open iTunes a message appears stating "iTunes has stopped working." and windows closes iTunes sayng it will look for a solution. I have Windows 8.1 64-Bit and have been using iTunes 11.1 (or the newest one out there). I have un-installed and re-installed multiple times. The same message continues to pop up.

I get a message stating MSVCR80.dll is missing. How to fix? I have removed and re-installed multiple times.
Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

Assuming you have windows, try uninstalling iTunes and all of its components as by following this guide exactly: Windows XP or Windows Vista/7, then reinstall iTunes. You must follow this guide exactly or it will not be successful. Note: uninstalling iTunes will only remove the application; it will not touch your iTunes library or data.

Details: When a logout was followed by an immediate login, sometimes the server would throw duplicate session detected errors. This was because when logout happened, a fire-and-forget disconnect message was sent to the server that established a new session, and if the subsequent login happened before disconnect ACK returned from the server, that would establish another session and hence the error. The fix is to insert a slight delay between disconnect and ResultEvent dispatching. This way, disconnect has a chance to return before a login is performed.

You may have a problem with the Wacom driver.
I don't know if fixing those things will help.

I have a fairly new iPod touch and the touch screen has suddenly stopped working..... If you restored to factory settings/new iPod and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

I recently tried to update iTunes to 11.1, and am now getting an error message "This application has failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes several times with no success. I am running Windows XP Svc Pack 3. Help please.
Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

I keep getting a server error and my emails are not deleting and showing up multiple times
I am getting emails multiple times and they aren't deleting. They keep coming back. I then get a server errer that mail.me may be a false server pretending to be mail.me. Don't know how to fix this.

Apple TV 2 is asking for network time before I can purchase a movie? Even restarted it and still did the same thing.

i opted for the 1 m onth free trial, unlimited calls to landline. but i cancelled before the next month but i have been charged approx £10 for this months subscription. how can i sort this out, can i get a refund? i havent used any minutes or called any number....
I took out a free trial in June but changed my mind almost immediately I even cancelled within 5 days but to my surprise I have just been charged with 2 transactions on my Paypal account. God knows why I didn't think to cancel them from my Paypal account at the time but I have now so they will get no more of my hard earned cash. I haven't used the service nor do I want to use the service so I have today opened a dispute with Paypal over the £15 Skype have taken. I would add this is after trying for two hours to contact Skype directly .... Believe me guys don't ever do business with this company unless you want fleecing as they do absolutely everything they can to make it impossible for you to cancel that free trial ... I'm very very angry!!

I've tried absolutely EVERY POSSIBLE suggested fix and nothing. I've had my phone since February, and it worked up until about 3 weeks ago. My phone hasn't done any updates that I'm aware of, and I've checked manually for updates. WHY???
I've been having this photo/multimedia message nightmare for a week now, too.
Friends will share pictures and none will come through as they did before. For example, just this morning (Sunday, May 25, 2014) a friend sent a message with a picture attached. I quickly got a "download" bubble in my message interface. These bubbles never showed up until a week ago. I clicked on the bubble, quickly a "downloading" bubble came up, and then (alas!) a message that the "download expired" appeared.
I tried a tactic: I sent a message to myself to see if my text messaging was working: this was just fine. Then I attempted to send a message with an image attached.
The message did not send at all.
I got a message saying " sorry, you cannot attach this image to this message." What is going on????
I only had the phone for a month now and don't understand what (if anything) is different in my settings. Help!
