I do not need this membership/plan anymore because I am finished with my projects and do not to pay for it anymore because I will not be using it again.

  • Can i cancel my current single-app membership plan?

    I am a Graphic design student and i use adobe programs everysingle day at school. I need these programs on my home computer and the plan i have now is to costly and useless for me. i pay 19.99 for one app (photoshop) when i can pay 29.99 per month for ALL the programs that i actually need more. This needs to be done ASAP, i just want to cancel and get the membership for the creative cloud student plan membership. I need it.

    Trial plans do not need to be cancelled.
    I've made a change to your current Adobe ID with USA as the country so please go ahead and create a new Adobe ID with the correct country using the same email address.
    You'll then be able to sign up for a paid membership.

  • Cannot cancel yearly plan although I´m still in the 30 day period ?

    Every time I try to cancel my plan I´m sent automatically  to Adobe Support. I have the option of phoning or taking part in an online chat, but only until 17:00 hours. I don´t get back from work until 17:30  though and therefore don´t have time. I thought that I could cancel my plan within my Adobe account, but it won´t allow me to ??

    Abracadabra for annual plans you need to contact our support team to cancel the membership.  Please contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care.  You can utilize a mobile browser on a smart phone or tablet if you do not have access to your computer when chat is available.

  • One price at the membership plan, a completely different price at the sign up page

    Hello.
    At the membership plans page, for the Creative cloud complete plan - monthly it shows 74.99$.
    I click join with the new account that I have, but at the join creative cloud page I am being asked a completely different price (92.24Euros). From 74.99 dollars, I am now being asked 92.24euros(126dollars if converted). So, a 51 dollars increase imediately, for the same plan. Why is this? The price almoust doubled from the price at the membership plans that they show.

    I chosed the "Cancel at any time" (monthly) subscription. I looked at the differences here http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/buying-guide.html
    There it says 74.99dollars, I click join, enter password, and after that the price changes to 92.24euros(126dollars).

    Every  time I try to cancel my month-to-month creative cloud membership, this pops up:
    "Cancel Plan
    If you cancel your plan, you will lose access to certain features of your Creative Cloud membership, including certain applications, a higher level of services, and additional cloud storage. Please check our billing terms to see if you qualify for a refund. To cancel your plan, contact Customer Support."
    When I choose the "customer support" link, which acts about the nature of my question, the proceeding links lead into a circle until I return to this pop up with the single option. Does anyone know how I can quickly cancel my membership?
