Canceling my annual membership within the first month - full refund

I purchased annual InDesign, Acrobat, and PhotoShop applications but want to cancel for a full refund. I'm canceling within the first month. I have a Mac and I do not want these applications on my computer anymore.

    I want to buy Creative cloud (£8.57 a month for a year) but want to know if this counts as a monthly membership that can be cancelled at any time or if this is classed as an annual plan and can only be cancelled within the first month otherwise there is a charge? It is paid monthly but over a year so I am a little confused!

    If you get an annual subscription that is paid monthly and then you wish to cancel it after the first month has passed, then you are subject to a penalty cost of one half the remaining term of the subscription... so if you cancel after 4 months you pay a penalty the equivalent of half of the 8 remaining months fees.

    I´m in month 12 of my membership.
    "To cancel your membership in the last month (month 12), follow the steps in the "Cancel a month-to-month membership" section below. (If you cancel an annual membership in the last month you don't need assistance from customer support.)"
    So I followed the steps descriped under "cancel a month to month membership"
    No way! WTF?!?
    There comes no window "we hate to see you to go" blablabla...
    It only comes a windows "We´re very sorry..."
    What else can I do?

    I downloaded a trial version that doesnt work on my new mac. apparently a bug or something with the trial which i confirmed with Apple. Adobe representatives refuses to take any responsibility for their buggy trial version and asked me to buy the annual subscription. Im quite wary about it as, if the software doesnt work and if i happen to cancel the subscription, i doubt I'm going to see my money back!!!
