    Thank you very much for your supply.
    I did not mention anything about a Email. I wrote about my subscription of creative cloud. I know it should be possible to cancel the subscription in the last month, but unfortunately it is not possible on my account. I only get a popup message that told me to contact the support. I want to either downgrade the subscription to lightroom and photoshop only, or if it has to be, to cancel it and then reopen the new one. But as I wrote I simply do not have that possibility on my account.

    I pay for the full collection in anual plan. I did login whith the same ID I purchase. In creative.adobe.com My account -> Plan information -Order details I can see the confirmation of my purchase.
    But in Adobe application manager still ask for a serial number.
    I so worried. I need to complete urgently a job.
    I would greatly appreciate it if I had this problem solved as soon as possible.

    Did you pay for a single app or the full Creative Cloud? Did you log in with your Adobe ID that you purchased the CC with to https://creative.adobe.com/ to see what is available to you?

    I bought a new macbook last week, so I used the Migration Assistant to transfer all my stuff from my old macbook to my new one.
    Now, Adobe Creative Cloud doesn't work and neither does Photoshop CC. (Photoshop CC is a free trial)
    1. Everytime I turn on my computer or click Adobe Creative Cloud in my applications folder, it always says "Adobe Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged."
    2. I try downloading it again, but it repeats the message above.
    3. I try to uninstall it, but it says "Uninstallation of Creative Cloud completed with errors." It doesn not uninstall.
    I don't know what to do, I thought this was fun at first, but now I just want to get rid of it. I really want to just put everything in the trash bin, but I don't think it's recommended.
    Also, I don't have any back ups of my computer.

    Uninstall... run the Cleaner... Restart your computer... Reinstall

    Adobe Creative Cloud does not support APPLE latest IOS operating system, but does allow Windows 8.1 to be accepted. This seems a shame to me, as
    Apple IOS is the leader in graphics, photography. The advertising states it is usable under both APPLE IOS and Microsoft 8.1 windows operating systems. Adobe Support Chat Sooraj tells me on 02/19/2015 that i must buy two computers to have it operate on both operating systems. Adobe will not support apple's Boot CAMP allowing both operating systems.
