Cancelled but you keep charging my credit card

I cancelled in premium in March through your website  but have just realised you have carried on charging my credit card, Why don't you have proper support/contact details instead of using these public forums? I expect someone from Spotify to contact me regarding a refund. Again absolutely absurd that an organisation your size does not have support contact details

I agree. I cancelled my premium account months ago and am still getting charged.  The lack of any support contacts for "paying" customers is inexcusable. I will be asking my credit card company to refund their charges.

    I had the same error when trying to update my apps on my ipod touch. I tried to input my security code numerous times to no avail. I also made sure my billing address was the same as what my bank had on file. To fix the issue I went into iTunes, logged onto the iTunes store, went to account settings and reviewed my recent purchases. Turned out that I had made a recent purchase and didn't have enough money left on my credit card to pay for it at the time. I paid off the credit card, and then input my security code once more and now it works fine. I've heard that some debit or pay as you go credit cards require a minimum balance, so make sure you have at least that amount in your account.

    So I got a iTunes $20 gift card from a friend and I correctly redeemed the card an I started buying some songs which took away some of the credit of the iTunes account but then a couple days later my credit card was also charged for buying those songs. Is this normal?

    After establishing the Credit Card account (i.e. after you have made purchases), you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".

    Sorry its the weekend and I don't know where to post this. I ordered my apple iphone 4 through the apple online store but changed my mind half way through and canceled the order. Then the second time I made a new order but canceled it again because I got another phone as a present. Last night it came as a surprise that I got charged $859 from my credit card. I have no known orders since they;re all canceled and would like my money back obviously. I rang my credit card provider and they said to ring Apple on Monday which i will. Can someone from apple please help me here? Would be greatly appreciated.

    I was a Verizon DSL customer I cancelled my service when I moved. In looking at my credit card statement, I see that I've been charged for the service that I cancelled long ago. I gave a toddler, so spending long stretches on hold on the phone is not an option for me. Please help, as this is very frustrating.

    You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account on your computer's iTunes) and you haven't got any app subscriptions (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098) ?   • Cancel itunes account and stop billing credit card

    I want to cancel my itunes account. They keep charging my credit card.  I tried deleting my credit card information and it wouldn't delete it unless I put in another one.  So i seem to be trapped paying these people over and over.  I can't download any free apps without a credit card number.  The card number is in for that not for the itunes, my grandaughter got for free trial.

    If you're getting a repetitive billing, then someone most likely signed up for a subscription to something. You can stop the subscription by following these instructions:

    The other possibility is that someone who downloaded an app through your iTunes Store account is making in-app purchases. Many apps, particularly games, are free for the base app but charge for additional features such as additional levels, game features, etc. You can confirm this by looking at the receipts for the purchases or in your purchase history and see what's being charged. If you change the password to your iTunes Store account, that should cut off such purchases.
