Cancelled iphone 4s order in 5 hours, when will money be refunded?

I basically bought the iPhone 4s around 6pm on wednesday , but then at 9 I was able to reserve one and buy it the next day (yay I HAVE THE IPHONE 4S) ANYWHOOO... so I cancelled my order when I reserved it. They said they will refund my money in 5-7 working days.
What I wanted to know waaaas... when do you think that'll be? Are they including the weekend in it, or just the Saturday or none at all??
Any help would be appriciated. I spent like £1000 in the space of two days on apple lol I neeed my other £500 baack. (paid by debit card)

Usually 5 to 7 working days means Monday to Friday "days" as those are when most businesses "work". So, if you did this on Wednesday, it may until Friday of next week which would be 7 working days from Wednesday.

It will get very cold and somewhat wet, neither of which is good for it. Don't put it in the fridge.

Canceling iPhone 5 order

I preordered the iPhone 5 through the Apple store on Sept. 14. Confirmation email came at 1:04am PDT with the 2 week ship date, with delivery set for Oct. 5. As of now the order is still processing and I have the cancel order option. I really wanted this Sept. 21, so would it be a good idea to cancel, then get it in store on the 21st, or keep it the way it is and wait?

This situation is complicated when the product we are talking about is a cell phone, particularly if you are purchasing it at a $199 price. That pricing is based on a 2 Yr. contract or Upgrade. As such, you won't be able to get that price on two phones unless you have two Upgrade eligible phone lines. I had purchased a third generation iPad online at the Apple Store and then was lucky enough to find one at Sam's Club on the release day. I took the Sam's Club iPad and canceled the online Apple Store iPad. You would not be able to do this with an iPhone at these pricing levels (due to contract pricing requirement).

If you have had unexpected charges on your Apple ID, you need to contact Apple. Your Apple ID has probably been hacked. Apple can reverse the charges.
You will also, of course, need to change your Apple ID password, after logging in here:

When will I be refunded?

2 calls were placed on my account to arabia, for the exact same amounts of time. I contacted support via here

However, I did not receive back my funds. I will not re-subscribe until I know that
A) If there is a problemm, skype will help me, instead of leaving me out of pocket
B) Skype will not blame me, I have NEVER given my password to anyone
If I do not receive back these funds, I will no longer pay any subscription. both calls were THE EXACT SAME DURATION. Doesn't that seem rather odd. I've never ever made anjy calls to eastern countries.
It makes me wonder what other information was compromised.

Unfortunately I had kept that balance for emergancy sake, that money had been there for quite a while, that said, nobody except skype can credit the calls back to me.

User Exit for Cancel in Sales Order

Can anybody tell me which user exit is fired when a sales order is cancelled?
I want to clear all the entries made in the additional data B tab which updates a custom table.

That userexit is fired when we delete a sales document. But I want an exit which will be triggered when we cancel a Sales order while creating.
When I create a sales order through VA01 and give data in additional data B, and press the cancel button, the values in the tab are not getting cleared for the next sales order.
So I want an exit which triggers when pressing cancel button though VA01.

After your pre-order, when will the phone ship?

So i'm looking to pre-order on the 3rd (like everyone else is, it seems lol), and I had a question: if we pre-order on the 3rd, when will it ship? Same Day? And if so, does that mean we should be looking to receive it on Saturday the 5th (if we choose 2 day fed ex)? Or will we receive it on Monday the 7th, or even later? I only ask because I know it has to be signed for, and I'd like to have it shipped to my work, but if it's going to arrive on a Saturday, I'd want to have it delivered to my house (since my office will be closed on Saturday).

I'm afraid no one here will be able to answer that. Apple have made no announcement as to when Siri will support Portuguese, all Apple's web site says it that additional countries will be added in 2012 but not which countries or when in 2012.
