Cancelling a single app subscription

Today I upgraded a single app subscription to a complete suite subscription.
I had 2 x single app subscriptions and I have tried to cancel the other single app subscription but can't online....?
How do I do this?  I've been waiting for the CHAT to help me for 3 hours....

  • How do I upgrade two single-app subscriptions to one Creative Cloud membership?

    Hi, I have an InDesign and a Photoshop single-app membership but I want Illustrator too. So I was going to upgrade to a Creative Cloud plan - kind of merge the memberships together. The FAQ says to go to My Account and follow the steps but there are no steps. When I just clicked on one of the single-app plans and tried to edit the single-app subscription plan to a Creative Cloud year long plan and try to submit, the webpage thinks about it forever and then timesout.
    What am I doing wrong or what can I do?

    Depends on how long you have been a single app subscriber.

    Ultimately, I think you'll need to cancel your current subscription and then, if you qualify for it, sign-up for Creative Cloud on the Student/Educator plan.

    Here is some more information that may help [ Applications can not be changed. So, First you need to purchase the New application ( Photoshop ) and then you can cancel the current one ( illustrator ) without any penalty fees.]

  • Upgrading Multiple Single App Subscriptions

    I had multiple single app subscriptions for Dreamweaver and Photoshop. I upgraded the Dreamweaver one to the full Creative Cloud membership, and am wondering how or if I can cancel the remaining Photoshop single app subscription without being charged for the remainder of the years payments.
    Not quite sure how it works but it's my second year subscribed to both Dreamweaver and Photoshop on the monthy plan, about 2 months into this years payments with 10 months to go. Since I'm upgrading one (paying more) I would be sad if I also had to finish this years payments for my remaining Single App Photoshop plan.

    I currently have single app subscriptions for Illustrator and Photoshop. Its obvious how I can upgrade either one to a complete subscription, but I want to combine them. Is the easiest way to upgrade one and cancel the other?

  • Cancel CC single app & keep CC photography program

    Can I cancel CC single app for $49.99 a year but still keep CC photography program for $9.99 a month?  I only use PS and LR.  I signed up for the single app before the photography program became available.  I don't want to lose the updates to PS or LR.  Thank you.

    Keensy I have requested a member of our support team contact you directly via telephone.  Once I was able to review the correct account it appears our support team has tried multiple times to contact you.  I would recommend checking your SPAM filtering in case you need to receive additional messages from our support team.

    Is it possible to add single app subscriptions to an existing CC Team Acct? I have a team member that needs an Adobe Acrobat IX Pro subscription and would like to manage it from my CC Teams management tools.

    The trouble I have is that I CANNOT allow this user to have the full suite. I am implementing software inside of a cGMP manufacturing facility (nutritional supplements). Part of our "label artwork" change control is the fact that not only are critical files locked, but also no-one in the company can edit the files even if they copied them to desktop.
    I can't allow a project manager, or executive, or admin assistant the same software capacity to edit critical files as the art dept, in the event that their changes might slip through to production.
    Now granted, I could create literal policies to compensate for this situation, but does an admin person really need Premier Pro and AfterEffects? Nope, not really. I could see an argument in favor of the document production tools, but the web and video tools are complete overkill.
    I had been hoping to implement a series of Acrobat Pro suites, to enable an easy form of document signing. I didn't want to implement any form of server based signature authentication, since our process is wholly internal and not subject to serious security concerns.  I've been forced to shelve the project for now while I investigate more options, which means adobe missed out on some sales.
    Hopefully, Creative Teams will be expanded to have more flexibility as Adobe matures their product offering.

    I currently subscribe to the Photographers Package for $9.99/month, which I'm more than happy with.  However, now I also want to subscribe to the Premiere Pro app. 
    Can I just add the Premiere Pro single app subscription to my current plan, therefore paying $9.99/m for the Photographers Package + $19.99/m for Premier Pro?

    Thanks for your replies; however, they both contradict each other so I'm a bit confused.
    Rajshree - if I purchase the whole creative cloud then I would expect to have access to all the apps, not just two.  But this is not what I want.  Surely, as John T Smith states, I should be able to add a single app subscription to my plan - how else can someone mix-and-match the products they want?

  • Can I combine photography subscription with another single app subscription?

    I'm interested in subscribing to Creative Cloud to use PhotoShop and Illustrator. I'm aware that I could either get 2 single app subscriptions or the complete package, but does anyone know if is it also possible to combine the photography subscription (for PS) with a single app subscription for Illustrator, as this works out a bit cheaper?

    Yes, it is possible to get PS+LR with a single app subscription to Illustrator with the one Adobe ID.

    Rather than purchase the Cloud for £50 per month I want to subscribe to Premier pro as a single app at £17 will encore cs6 activate with the single app subscription?

    As far as I know... yes... when you have Premiere Pro CC you are allowed to install the special Cloud version of Premiere Pro CS6... when you activate PProCS6, the bundled EncoreCS6 activates
