Cancelling creative cloud membership

I WANT TO CANCEL MY CREATIVE CLOUD SUBSCRIPTION. WHY I CANNOT DO THIS BY EMAIL OR WITHIN THE PLAN MANAGEMENT SITE IS A TOTAL MYSTERY.
ONLY CHAT (WHERE THERE IS NO ONE), PHONE WHICH I DO NOT WANT AND FORUMS (REALLY) ARE OPTIONS.

    Wow. I mean WOW. Glad I never bought into that CC thing. Jisses. Is this even legal?!

    Me too. I just got cut off by Navdeep in an online chat when I told him my problem, and I can't access chat again even on a different browser. The instructions for cancelling subscription or changing credit card details do not apply to Australian customers. I sent them an email informing I couldn't even print the invoice or view my billing history but the email bounced back saying their inbox is full!

  • Can't cancel Creative Cloud Membership

    Hi,
    As I nearly never use photoshop and as I already own a full Adobe Lightroom license and have just purchased a Photoshop Elements 13 License, I wish to cancel my Adobe CC Photography program Membership but could not reach anybody from Adobe using the chat section (I've tried 10 times and waited for hours). How could I proceed ?

    Thanks for your feedback.
    In any case, it is required to contact the support to cancel my membership but :
    - Chat support is unresponsive. try at least ten times without any anybody on the other end
    - Phone number is not an international number so not accessible from Belgium/Luxembourg area
    I'm really disappointed by the difficulty of all this !

    Your cancel membership option sends you in a loop.

    Gimmeabreak2 thank you for the update.  The link I offered in message #4 should have populated with an option to contact our chat support.
    It is therefor likely that installed security software is blocking your ability to contact our support team.  I would recommend using an alternate computer, smart phone, or tablet as it would be the most expedient option for you to contact our support team directly.
    If you do not have access to another computer, tablet, or smartphone then you are welcome to private message me your contact details and I can request a member of our support team contact your directly.

    I have the month-to-month Creative Cloud membership and am curious if I would be able to cancel my Creative Cloud membership and still have access to everything still involved with my Photoshop downloaded onto my computer?

    If you have licensed versions of software that you purchased separately from your Cloud subscription you can still use them.  There is a chance that the Cloud will have taken over for them in which case you may have to uninstall, clean things up, reinstall.

    This doesn't work. It's asking me to contact customer support, but keeps circuling back to the page where it describes how to cancel a membership yet still not showing an option to cancel.  In addition to that, it does not give me customer service contact info.

I want it canceled, I contacted customer support the other day, and they told me it was all taken care of, and that my subscription had been canceled, but it isn't, it's still listed in my account as open.     I have an Abode Creative Cloud membership, which will complete 1 year this week. I have not been using any of the desktop software for at least the last 5 months and do not wish to continue with the membership since I do not need them any more. My next payment is scheduled on 23/06/2014.
    I can not find the "Cancel" option in the member plan details as mentioned in Cancel your membership or subscription | Creative Cloud under **To cancel your membership in the last month (month 12), follow the steps in the "Cancel a month-to-month membership" section below.**
    Could someone kindly guide me to the right place, or if someone from Adobe could cancel my CC membership, I will be very thankful to you.

    Hi there, same as OP. I cannot cancel my plan. This should be fixed.
    Meanwhile replace the "FAQ/Help" as it is misleading, and help me cancel my single app month to month subscription.

    I've been trying to cancel my membership.  I've followed the steps to do this online however when I go to manage plan, there is nothing in there about my creative cloud membership (month to month) plan that I'm paying for.  Can I have some assistance in resolving this please.

    With regards to trying to cancel my subscription through Adobe support, there is nothing there that helps me (believe me I've tried); I can't talk to anybody and the site just takes me round and round in circles ultimately leaving me no option but to post on the forum. I was hoping to avoid having to call someone in the US (I'm in Australia).  If anyone from Adobe see's this post, can you take ownership of this problem please and try and help me, even if it's to arrange a way of we discussing this with someone.

    Thank you but still , I can't find the ""cancel plan"" option in my Chinese
    language edition page.
    And I try to enter my account from English edition but  it will transfer to
    the Chinese edition page directly.
