Cancelling duplicate and now pending orders

 I was trying to process one order tonight for $10.00.  I manage to get 3 additional duplicate orders all back to back.  I did not want 4 orders.  Please cancel this order all except one order.   Please respond as prompltly as possible.   
These orders were placed in error due to not undrestanding your system.
PLEASE CANCEL PENDING ORDERS.

I tried to buy credit - on two separate occasions, Skype told me it there was a problem with my card details and I needed to use another card.
I eventually re-entered the SAME card and the payment went through the third time I tried.
I have just found out they took 3 payments !!!
The problem I now have is that I cant get a refund. The refund page asks me to start a live chat and then each time it takes me in a loop to the page that tells me to contact customer service or takes me to a dead link.
PLEASE SKYPE REFUND MY MONEY. I dont understand how you can charge my card 3 times after telling me the card is not working.

  • Canceled Backup, and now all Apps are reinstalling?

    NOTE: I have all my apps installed on the phone. In fact i was just playing Critter Crunch.
    Anyways...
    I dl'd an app in itunes and wanted to add it to my phone. I docked the iphone and it began to backup. I canceled the back up and now its syncing and installing all of my apps all over again.
    Why would it do that?

    For some reason, if you cancel the iPhone during a Backup, all **** breaks loose!!!
    Try not to cancel if you can. I know it's an awful response, but hopefully Apple will fix this in the next update.

  • Duplicate and out of order photos

    I was wondering if anyone knows why my photos in my  iphone 4  library when I open them in aperture are in a different order than my library on the phone itself.  For some reason when I have synced my phone to my computer in the past it has duplicaed the photos.  So I haven't synced in awhile because I have the same photos in my library about 5 or 6 times.  I want to delete these duplicate photos and I am trying to find the quickest and easiest way to do that because I have a lot of pics in my library.  Thank you for any suggestions!

    I now downloaded the latest iphone software update, and the photos are appearing in order, but still as one huge event, with no recognition by iphoto that 99% of these are duplicates.

  • Canceled Service, and now I want to give my phone to a family member to start service

    Found a spot on the website to do it but it says it's pending. Called Customer Service and it won't let me do anything.  I still owe a past due balance I will pay when I get paid next week but I would like to give my phone to a family member now

    Until your account/line is paid in full, the phone that is associated with that number will be unavailable to be used on any other line.  What MIGHT work (and I don't know if it will or not) is to activate another phone on your line (any Verizon contract phone not active on another line, if you happen to have an older unused one.)  Then the deactivated one you want to give to your family member will no longer be activated or associated with your number.
    This may or may not work, due to the fact there is a past due balance on the account and you have also cancelled the line - you may not be able to activate a different phone in this circumstance, so the current phone will not be "released" until the account is settled.

  • Cancelled import and now everything has disappeared!

    When I tried opening iTunes today I mistakenly cancelled an import function - don't know why iTunes was doing this, as it usually doesn't. Anyway, now I have my iTunes with my music, but the tv shows I've bought have disappeared and my playlists have disappeared and I can't seem to create any new ones.
    How can I restore my iTunes to the status it had yesterday morning so that I can get my playlists and tv shows back - plus the tv show that was automatically downloaded today?

  • Tried installing Windows Vista, cancelled install and now it won't boot from the OEM Vista DVD, all i get is BOOTMGR is missing error... Ctrl Alt Del to restart and when i turn the computer on i get a blank screen and pressing C is not working to boot....

    My friend started a installation of Windows Vista, but pulled out after deleting all partitions...
    So now i power it on, get a blank screen (seems a bit gray because of backlighting, should show the apple logo right?)...

    I have a OEM Windows Vista DVD in the drive, and i know... Windows 7 is better... but i'm not that fond of stealing software from Microsoft and i have 10 licenses for Vista...
    I have tried pressing C while booting up but it doesn't work...
    Does anyone here have a magic soloution for me, and no i will not install MacOS on it !!!

    Deleting Boot Camp partitions the conventional way will not work . You must use the Boot Camp Assistant to remove a Boot Camp partition. Here is a link to the guide.

    The way to restart is to hold down the option/alt key during startup* and then selecting the Mac OS. If you have a valid Boot Camp install of Windows it would show up during this type of start up.
    * hold down immediately after pressing the power button and until the OS choice screen appears.
    To summarize.
    1 Use the above method to boot into Mac OS.
    2 Download the instructions and read them.
    3 Use Boot Camp Assistant to remove the partition.
    4 Pick your friends more carefully.

    The only way to lose content on the device is restore as "new" from iTunes or "Erase All Content and Settings" from the device.
    Start by resetting or restarting the device to see if that rectifies the problem.

    Yes, you will have to uninstall/reinstall your original Lightroom 5. The Lightroom that you have installed is dependent upon your Adobe ID and password as well as an active creative cloud account. There is no way for you to activate it with your serial number.

    Hi,
    If the process is repetitive, then a customized Z program can be developed.
    In this program, the selections can be given for sales order ranges, material number ranges, customer ranges, sales org, DC, division etc.
    The program can put the rejection reason at item level. This way it wont appear on the requirements list or in the delivery due list. This will also help to extract report on why the sales order has been canceled.
    This customized Z program can also be scheduled to run in the background every month end.

    I've just installed Mavericks on my iMac and now my calendar has duplicate and now sometimes tripled events by syncing with my ipad mini regardless of whether the item already existed in the iMac calendar already. How do I remove the duplicates? It was being able to sync calendars and contacts which was one of my reasons for moving from Snow Leopard to Mavericks and now it's a mess.

    Crista70, What is happening is you now have 2 calendars with the entries in them. If you go into View, then Show Calendar List, you will see all your calendars. Uncheck the ones listed as "From My Mac" or uncheck the ones listed as "iCloud" and they will no longer show as duplicates. Personally, I prefer unchecking the "From My Mac" calendars so that my calendars are all synced across the devices.

    Hi Cynthia!  If you are syncing from something like Gmail you can go into the iPhones Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>(account you are syncing)> and turn off contacts. It will ask you if you want to delete them from your phone - just click delete.  Exit Settings and turn phone off by power button (not all the way OFF).  Then re-open Settings>mail, Contacts, Calendars>(account you are syncing)> and turn Contacts back on - This is where you need to be careful - When you turn contacts back on you will be prompted to delete or save the contacts already on your phone. CLICK DELETE.  You should now have only your synced contacts on your phone!  Hope it helps!

  • I updated to iOS 5 and now my iPod Touch 3g won't sync. Help?

    My iTunes told me to update to iOS5, so I did. I saved a backup, got the new OS and it restored my iPod.
    The problem is that it didn't actually restore it. None of my music or apps was on my iPod. So I tried syncing it. No such luck.
    I tried changing USB ports, restarting iTunes, restarting my iPod and restarting my computer. I tried syncing it again. It didn't work.
    So I restored my iPod again, or at least tried to, and it told me that there was an error and the restore didn't finish. All of the apps synced, but none of my music.
    I tried restoring and syncing again, and this time around the apps synced and maybe 10% of my music.
    That's my issue. I can't for the life of me get all of my music to sync. None of the songs have error messages and there aren't any pop ups during the sync saying there's issues with the songs. They just. won't. sync. And now in order to talk to a tech, I'll have to pay $29 for something that is most definitely not my fault. Please help!

    And, I've tried restoring it! Help?!?

    I was in the process of creating a 1gb partition on my harddrive. I accidentally cancelled it and now im missing that 1gb from my total space. I had Originally 499.25gb now its 498gb. How do i correct this issue?

    Here's an additional thought:
    First, repair your hard drive with Disk Utility.
    Boot to the Recovery HD:
    Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
    Repair
    When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and click on the Continue button. Select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu.
    Second, shut down the computer and wait at least one minute. Then turn the computer back on. After it has completely restarted, check your hard drive information: Select the disk's Desktop icon. Press COMMAND-I to open the Get Info window. See what is displayed for Capacity, Used, and Available space. This is really the best information about the drive's space.

    I placed an order with BT and then cancelled it because they kept changing the install date but with Sky service so bad I reordered and got everything installed, phone and infinity broadband. Now even tho my new account is up to date, BT keep sending me a bill for around £152 for the first order. I phoned and queried this and the foreign guy in Billing said, dont pay it because a credit would be generated on a final bill to cover it... I didnt pay it and now it is increasing with 'Late Fees' now I cant get anyone to discuss this with...
