I would like cancel my monthly suscription during the first month trial. I am still in the 30 days trial, but I cannot reach the customer support.
May I received a confirmation from Adobe for this cancellation ?

Delivery Cost to be posted in full during the first GR itself

Hi
I have a requirement where in i need to create a new condition type "Delivery Cost" in the purchasing pricing procedure. This should post the fixed delivery cost as given in the PO completely during the first GR itself, irrespective of the partial GR's done.
Will try to explain it with an example -
Say a PO is created for 100 qtys and this has a delivery cost of 100 GBP.
I do a GR for 55 qty, here the delivery cost should be posted as 100GBP only not 55GBP.
Can this be handled in the standard Pricing procedure? if yes what setting needs to be done.
If this cannot be handled in the standard pricing procedure how to achieve this,

hi,
this is acheived by std configuration .
use the freight condition FRB1 (fixed amount) with A/C key ( FRE ) and Acuural ( FR1 ) in pricing .
if u use it as item condition , for each GR , for that item irrespective qty , it will charge full freight amount.
if u use it as header condition , for each GR , for that PO , freight amount will be charged irrespective of qty & no of items.

This is a very common request which unfortunately has not been satisfactorily answered albeit for very complicated workarounds using multiple duplicates of your keynote file and hyperlinking them.
The easiest alternative is to have iTunes play in the background timed to begin when you manually start the keynote. You can create a playlist so the tracks run into each other, or better yet combine them into one track using a free editor like GarageBand. You'll need to rehearse your timings. Hopefully, youre not trying to match lyrics with words or animations as this is not the most exact way to do so.
The alternative is to create a separate keynote file of those 10 slides and export them to QuickTime, reimport the movie into keynote and add the music track to the file. That will give more accurate timing. The most accurate timing would be tom import the QuickTime movie into iMovie and add the soundtrack with exact timings. Ive done this successfully except for the fact that exporting this way fools around with any build timings.
S the final alternative is to do your first 10 slides with music from iTunes and advance the slides manually using screenflow or the latest QuickTime in lion to record the screen Inc music.
All troublesome but doable workarounds until Apple comes to our aid.

In applications, drag the install OSX 10.10.1 to trash. The download will not install unless you tell it to. You can download it without it installing, so trash it if you have decided you don't want it or simply don't tell it to install.

Switch: delay during the first change of children

Hello,
in my scene graph I use a Switch. This Switch has three children, whereof always one is visible. Depending on the viewing direction, I change the active Child. It works very well, but
there is still alittle problem, when the change between the children is done for the first time. I mean, when i start the program the first child is active. During changing the
viewing direction the second child will become active, in this moment there is a little delay. The same when the third child is activated for the first time. After that the change of
the children works fluently.
I think in the beginning, the other children have to be loaded in the buffer. How can I do this, before showing my canvas?!
Perhaps you can give me some methods, which I should use, that would it make easier.

I'm looking to do something like that in my game: top view vs. first person view.
Was it difficult, it is just a matter of adding a SwitchGroup to your View graph?

1. Whenever I try getting into the SAP BPC administration I get the following error. But when I click OK it gets me to the administration screen but after that Hell breaks loose

Why are my exported .wmv videos sometimes distorted during the first few seconds?

I am creating 15 second looping motion backgrounds using After Effects CS5 and exporting using Media Encoder. WMV is the only format that is compatible with the programme my clients are using to play them - this is mainly a niche market being churches using EasyWorship, which utilises Windows Media Player to play all videos from, but doesn't support any other codec that WMV.
I am using ccParticle world to produce the particles, using both the default particles (i.e. shaded sphere etc.) and my own either brought in from Photoshop or basic shapes created on After Effects.
I am using fractal noise to give the background layers more depth and texture.
I have made all my looping backgrounds so far using all the features above, making both a HD version and an SD version in After Effects. Some of the backgrounds have exported fine in both formats, whereas a lot, both SD and HD versions have distortion/pixelation at the start lasting for a few seconds.
1080p version export
WIndows media video, 720p - changed the frame rate from 24fps to 25.
SD version export
Windows media video, PAL to high quality version
It is a bit hit and miss whether the backgrounds have this distortion at the start or not... apart from the arrangement and properties of the particles and colour themes everything is the same for all my backgrounds and I am using the same exporting properties every time.
Once again I am probably missing something...
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. I am using a standard preset for the SD export. For the HD I am selecting a standard preset but changing the frame rate. I am not altering the bitrate or any other settings (apart from un-ticking the 'export audio' box). With both I get the pixelation.
H.264 is fine. So I have even tried converting the H.264 file into .WMV just to see if it makes a difference but it still has the pixelation.
For some of my other similar videos I have used exactly the same presets and altered the frame rate on the HD version and had no problem.
I just don't understand why some videos are affected and not others.
I really need a glitch free HD and an SD .WMV version of the same video that my customers can purchase along with the EasyWorship software mentioned above.

Problem during the simulation of IP Xilinx EM-DI-40GEMAC-PROJ

I'm currently working with the IP Xilinx EM-DI-40GEMAC-PROJ and during a simulation i got a two errors when sending 20000 frames.
The test consist in creating a loopback with two instance of Xilinx EM-DI-40GEMAC-PROJ. I write data on the LBUS interface on the first IP, the data go to the second IP, then go into a FIFO, then the data from the fifo enter the second IP and i read the data on the output port of the LBUS interface in the first IP.
so the data path is the following :
input LBUS IP 1 => output serdes IP 1 => input serdes IP 2 => output LBUS IP 2 => input FIFO =>
=> output FIFO => input LBUS IP 2 => output serdes IP 2 => input serdes IP 1 => output LBUS IP 1
the data sends where the same for the 20000 frames, six words of 256 bits and a seven one with only 32 bits.
i check that the data where send as they should be, in compliance with the LBUS protocol.
A new frame was send 100ns after the previous one was send.
when i check for the two errors, i see no problem during the first phase of the test (before the fifo) but during the other, in found two frame with bad FCS status

"The first 10 days": Very slow...internet freezing...

Recently I switched to BT internet. We have a business account, and soon to be upgraded to fibre optic with our package as technicians have set it up in our area.
I spoke on the phone to someone from customer support about the slow speed I'm getting and he said that it's normal for the first 10 days to get "inconsistent speed" because "your internet is settling down".
I would like to ask if anybody else had a similar problem.
My speedtests consits of around 0.30mbps download - 2.5mbps download.
Upload consists of around 0.08-0.40mbps.
And ping which is definitely the worst is hovering around 140-500 to London.
Would like to ask if anybody else experienced such terrible speed during the first week of their BT internet? Or if there's actually a big problem.
Yes, I am wireless. However I was wireless with AOL, which was cheaper and we were using a 15 year old router and still receving a better connection.
