Can you ask for help to revert back to the older version of the firmware as after I installed the latest version which i recently downloaded and now I am stuck with new software that does not support the language that i wanted to as in the earlier version.

I just went to Malaysia nokia to ask for the servicing agent to reload the language software for my mobile.
You know what, they confirmed that they are NOT having the latest firmware as my downloaded version,I need to wait for at least another month or so and once they get the latest version ,they will call me to reload and I will be charged abt 20 us dollars for the service.
I am just wondering what good does it make if I am informed by Nokia software updater to download a new firmaware and which I did and later made my mobile works not as good as the older version and strangely enough if Nokia were to put it on the internet for E90 owner to download for free how can the agent still want to charge me a fee for that.
Furthermore, if Nokia is not capable of putting up the multi language firmware as yet then Nokia should WARN their user before the user downloads and installs and finds out that it did not work. I felt some what cheated for the upgrade both making me felt ugly and causing me inconvenience that I need to use back my old Nokia phone and wait for the multi language version.
This is totally NOT acceptable.
I am really disappointed with this type of arrangement that Nokia does for their so called " premium user" i.e the E and N series users .

I downloaded Firefox 4.0 and it says to re-install the toolbar but I have not been successful in doing so. I went to the forums and tried all the suggested fixes but none worked. Can I go back to the older version? I had no trouble with that and I do not like this new version at all. I tried a system restore twice and it did not fix the problem.
I would imagine it's the MyWay Searchbar which is classified by most anti-malware scanners as adware, or even worse as spyware. I say that because I see "SmileyCentral" in your list of plugins and that's an add-on for that particular toolbar. You can disable that via Tools | Add-ons | Plugins.
There are a number of toolbars which won't work with Firefox 4 anymore due to the enhanced protection mechanisms in the browser.
Mozilla recommends that you only install add-ons from its own security site @ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/?browse=featured Generally speaking, those have all been tested and approved. The exceptions are those currently under review which are marked with a yellow banner to warn users that they haven't passed Mozilla's labs yet. -
Updated my Ipad2 to 6.0 and regret it. Several apps no longer work that did before update. Walgreen app for photos stopped working. Had to delete and use iPhone app. Messaging is jacked up and my Direct TV app for finding satellites doesn't work. Can I go back to the older operating system. 6.0 *****!

In any case, it's possible that you are having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?

ITunes can't update due to the older version of bonjour cannot be removed

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

How do you access glyph's in pages 5.1 I can easily do this in the older version of pages?
I'm trying to access different glyphs that I have in various font families i.e. Zaphino. In the older version of Pages I can get to the fonts and click on the gear and get the drop down, select typography and then ornaments and the various glyphs show up and change the character. On the new Pages 5.1 this does not work? any ideas?
In Pages v5.1, enter your zapfino text. Select the text for the new glyph, and press command+T to launch the Font panel. Click the gear selector on this font panel, then choose the familiar Typography menu item. A panel will display as follows, providing access to the various glyphs.

Cannot use email program in ANGEL a CMS program. Can I switch back to the older version o Firefox?
I teach with a CMS program called ANGEL which is produced by BlackBoard. When I try to email students using ANGEL email I get an error message about script

At 60 years of age and totally challenged by todays technology I find it impossible to understand i-tunes Version 11. Don' ask me to try to try go back to a earlier version ( as much as I would like to). I have read some of the advice given, as well as intended as it is, I don't understand the process. I don't want to drop i-tune but I will. I am sure my library is not as large as many others who use it but it is just as important to me. This really saddens me.
I do have two question if some one can help me. First, someone mentioned that if I go to previous restore point this might correct it. Yes or no? Secondly, if Apple can offer us a new version to download why can't they offer an older version to download. Too simple or impossible to do.You can still drag and drop a song into a Playlist, in the same manner as before. Simply use the left-click of your mouse to select-and-hold the song (left-click-and-hold, don't release the click) and drag it to and then drop it (release the click) into the Playlist you want. (You cannot drop it into a Smart Playlist, you can only drop it into a Regular Playlist.)
... and here's a screenshot dragging the song "Lazy Orbit" into the Regular Playlist "Sat 4th June 2011". A small + symbol also appears in the drag, but it doesn't show up on screenshots. If the move is forbidden, a red slash through a red circle appears instead of the + symbol.
As for the Albums thing; in the Column Browser, right-click anywhere in the Column Browser header (see my screenshots in my previous post) and a menu appears. Deselect Albums on that menu to remove Albums from the upper Columns:
... and for the columns underneath (with the songs list etc.), right-click on that header bar and once again, deselect Albums from the menu that appears. The Albums column will then be removed from the lower columns list.

On add-ons manager, I see that Trend Micro NSC Firefox Extention 6.5.0.1234 is not compatible with Firefox 4.0.1. I have contacted Trend and been told that their builders have not yet created a product that is compatible. I think this means that I should revert to an older version of Firefox until my internet security is updated. How do I do this? I'm clueless. :) Or, is there a better solution?

Message was edited by: Avivz450These sorts of msi-related troubles have gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try installing iTunes again. Does the install go through properly this time?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.) -
I downloaded Firefox 4.0 and now I am having problems. Everything is running very, very slow. My computer is old and probably does not have the capacity to fun 4.0 effectively. I would like to return to older Firefox 3.
How can I do this.You're trying to go through a proxy which isn't working. Assuming you don't normally use a proxy to connect to the internet, do this:
Tools, options, advanced, connection settings, set no proxy.
Causes for this may include anything which monitors or forwards newtork traffic on your computer (tools like fiddler2 or tor). It may also be that you are on a network which requires a proxy to access the intenet (some corporate and university networks do this).

It freezes a lot and at first, the preferences option under the edit menu was not even there and now it will not let me click on any of the tabs at the top. It only shows the "general" options.
hmmm. this sort of thing is sometimes caused by a corrupt itunes preferences file. let's see if we can fix this by rebuilding that file. try using the instructions on rebuilding a preferences file in this user tip:

I've also gotten error messages saying that the page can't be loaded, even though everything else I use (Skype, etc) is running fine and connected to the internet. If you've been backing up to your local iTunes library, check your APPS pane to see if you have an older version of Shape stored locally. If you do, you can delete Shape from your phone, connect your phone to your computer, and drag the older version from your iTunes library onto your device. That's what I did to go back to the older version, which produced shapes that work much better for my purposes.
Adobe, it seems like with the newest version of Shape, you made DRASTIC changes to the way the app processes images into shapes. Is there any way for us to opt for the older version of processing? Or to toggle between the two?
