When I try to download Oracle 9i eval, it takes me through the license acceptance which works, but then when I click on
the Oracle 9i link to download, it takes me to a license page again. This time, the submit button points to the sorry.html
page. The link is

It seems like I have to accept the license terms about once per week for CC applications and every few weeks I'm asked to activate the software yet again. I suspect that this is not normal.

TS4425 Can't view Photo Stream on Apple TV - Cannot accept iCloud terms of service...

It looks like an easy solution to accept the terms and conditions for iCloud on my devices, but I don't get the option on my iPhone, iPad, or by logging into my iTunes account. Brand new Apple TV just this week. Everything else seems to work fine on it, Home Sharing, Hulu Plus, etc. all works.

Issues:
After updating apple TV to the latest version one cannot accept the license agreement.
Fix:
Update an IOS device such as IPAD or Iphone (updated my iphone 4s) to the latest version and accept the terms and conditions after the IOS 6 install. I know, I know, you have to update another IOS device to a flawed version of IOS to fix another flaw!
This rectifies the issue with Apple TV.
2nd Issue:
As a side effect of this my photoshare was now showing 0 photos.
Tried:
Tried resetting the photoshare from www.icloud.com = failed
Tried resetting the apple TV unit and setting up again = failed
Tried disabling home sharing on the windows XP PC with iTunes and re-enabling = failed
Tried pointing the "share photos to cloud" to another folder on XP = failed
Get this!
The fix?
I had to download the iCloud app onto my other PC running windows 7 (its not supported on XP!!!)
Logged into the app and it displayed that photoshare was now disabled, What The F....?
Re-enabled photoshare and pointed it to a folder with the pics on the Win7 PC = failed
Once I enabled photoshare on the Win7 PC I had to copy all the photos into the UPLOAD folder and sure enough that started to slowly copy the files upto icloud so apple TV could see them.
So basically the photos I had shared under windows XP with itunes was now defunct and cannot be used to populate it until you have a win7 PC setup and sharing the pics.
Fixed = yes seriously fecked over from apple? YEP
complete clowns!

I cannot accept the license agreement -- it is in an infiinite loop. At the bottom of the Agreement the address is 1 Infitinite Loop at Apple, Inc.

I'm having the same problem on my iPad and within iTunes on my Mac. It's preventing me from downloading all iTunes content, including movies and iOS apps.

Why will reader XI not let me accept the license agreement upon startup? Only Decline is available.

I have had to restore my Win 7 64-bit system due to Reader XI crashing on start-up due to internal error and it took Acrobat XI Pro with it. Now I cannot accept the license agreement. Tried Tab-Enter and that did not work. Any ideas? I need this for college classes immediately.

I don't know why this is happening; I have never seen this before. Try the following
using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 11.0\Reader
double-click on Eula.exe and accept the License Agreement
If that still gives you the same problem, set the registry entry that you have accepted the License Agreement:

Hi I had to recover my SCCM media server from SQL and now having trouble to install Windows Update. When I deploy Windows Update, I can see status is "UKNOWEN".
I feel like something to do with WSUS/SQL/SCCM media server syncing issue.. But I can't point out that trouble setting to fix it. I have checked and make sure, there is no proxy setting in IE and SUP.
In the wsyscmgr.log is saying it is having syncing issue.

I saw someone use the following steps to fix this issue.
1. Unselect all Classisfications in SUP
2. Run wsusutil reset
3. Run another sync
4. Add Classifications

I have setup SCCM 2012 Sp1 on Server 2012 with WSUS using the internal database. When I sync updates in SCCM, I get the following error on some of the updates. I have run the sync 3 times over a day with the same updates failing

I have seen this several times and it's often just a timing issue with downloading the EULA's that will go away after a few days or can be caused by a proxy server not allowing the download. Do you have a proxy?

so those solutions don't apply. Has anyone seen or resolved this issue when a proxy server is not involved?

The event log showed that WSUS was trying to store updates in an old location. I apparently had not configured WSUS properly after I moved the directory. Running "wsusutil movecontent" and restarting the SQL Server instance for the remote DB
fixed the problem.

I am having this same issue, which is frustrating. How does Adobe not have weekend tech support? I keep getting told to just "open the program" well, i have tried to open it, and it doesnt show as downloaded, so i will go to download it, and it says "you already have this installed"... well okay, then i go to find it, and it doesnt exist anywhere on my computer and tells me to download it again, and annoying triangle i keep going in.

"Windows cannot find the microsoft software license terms" Windows 8.1 Installation Error - Parallels

I'm trying to install Windows 8.1 via Parallels on my Macbook Pro.
I create a new VM and use the .ISO file and get the error: "Windows cannot find the microsoft software license terms. Make sure the installation sources are valid and restart the installation."

However, following the steps of the solution did not work for me. I created a blank VM and chose Windows 8.1. After this, it asks me to insert the installation disc. I cannot figure out how to use the .ISO as the source at this point. I tried copying and
pasting the path to the file and dragging the file to the VM, but no luck.
If there is a way I can install this without this error message or by somehow getting the path to the .ISO that'd be perfect.

According to your description, I would like to confirm if you have unchecked the Express installation box.
Be sure to uncheck 'Express Installation' when installing, otherwise Windows setup will fail with an error "cannot find license terms" and get stuck in a reboot cycle.
