Cannot access apple support

I bought a refurbished 2nd generation ipod shuffle 3 months ago. It now is completely nonfunctional and I have been on hold for over one hour on the phone with the "support" from apple. I have tried to email them for help, but there does not seem to be a specific place to send them a question for assistance. Anybody have any ideas?

    you can't, but you can simply ignore it. but if you REALLY want to delete it, call apple customer support to ask for a deletion. though, you'll need the password and security questions of the old account.

    Thanks, my wife is the one serving I am retired and trying to follow her as much as I can. 
    I will schedule an appt for my next time stateside.  I have spent too much time on many Apple web sites trying to get an e-mail to communicate with anyone at Apple to no avail, only phone numbers. I guess if you are overseas with no international access you are out of luck communicating with them.  I did find one e-mail address but the reply was computer generated and provided useless links.
    If anyone has any e-mail address for anyone at Apple I would appreciate it.

    In System Preferences>iCloud: Sign Out, reboot and then Sign In with your ID and password.
    If Find My Mac is switched on you will be unable to sign out without the previous owners password.

    Here's a fix that worked for some users:
    Make sure this checkbox is checked in the System/Sharing preference pane:
    If it is, uncheck it and then recheck and try ordering again.

    Have you tried connecting it with an ethernet cord?  It could be a wifi issue.

    If you can't access Mail via iCloud.com

    I just get my new iPad Air 2 today. After setting up everything as I have done to any of my apple product before, I tried to go to apple store to download some apps. But the thing is that when I have successfully connect to my wifi, the apple store shows "cannot connect to apple store". At the same time, I tried to browse Google and it appears to be normal as always. Anyone can help me with this issue?

    I have been trying, unsuccessfully, for the past few months to create an Apple Support Communities account.  Unfortunately, everytime I login with my AppleID I receive the following message:
    We're sorry. Your account could not be created due to system issues.
    Please contact Apple Support Communities with the information below to create your account.
    I then put in my e-mail address and explain the issue.  I have never once heard back from Apple, and the problem still persists.  In fact, I had to create a different AppleID entirely, just to create an account here to post this very topic!
    My AppleID is simply my .Mac/MobileMe email address...so I have no idea what is going on.  It would be really appreciated if someone from Apple would respond to this post, since nobody has every responded to the numerous emails sent out using the above.

    OK... is there a question here somewhere?
