Cannot access emails or facebook, screen freezes despite multiple battery pulls

Hello, today my Storm 2 started acting funny. I tried to access my email but when I click my yahoo email icon nothing happens. I tried to enter the Messages icon and was able to open that screen but the messages from the last 24 hours or so are all compressed in to one line at the top of the list and none areopenable and I can't scroll through the list of messages. Next I tried to open facebook application which opened to the newsfeed and then froze.
I have tried numerous battery pull resets and nothing has resolved the problem.
What else can I do?

Thankyou for suggestion. My PC was working ok ( accessing emails/internet) which puzzled me. It's usually the PC that drives me nuts and the iPad that is great.I discovered my TV was having difficulty with a connection to broadband. I turned off the main Wifi router and switched it on again and all seems to be well. My IPad was suggesting, however, that all was well with the Wifi connection. It had a tick against it in Settings. Very strange!

Since my browser automatically updated to Firefox version 31.0 I cannot access:
google. com or facebook.com
Also, when I type in a url into the address bar and then hit the <return> button the url I type (ex: google.com or facebook.com) disappears and the previous url in the address window pops up.

Can you try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to see if Firefox works properly with no error? You can start Firefox in Safe Mode below:

If Firefox opens up fine with no problems, it's probably one of your extensions that's causing the issue. You can re-enable your add-ons one by one until you find the one that causes the issue upon being re-enabled.

I can create events, but then cannot access them in Facebook. Help.

I've created several events for a Facebook group/fan website. The "create an event" link works for me. BUT after creating event(s), I cannot access them via events link on page or via Facebook search. Often I NEED to get back to them to edit -- but I can't. Others can see them however, so I am wondering if this is a Firefox (12.0) issue. Of course I have contacted Facebook -- three times -- and of course they are nonresponsive. (and i've already tried, per firefox "help," deleting cache, allowing cookies -- etc., everything firefox suggested...)

If you are having issues with your iPhone being unable to access certain services, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications and test again -
iOS: Force an app to close
Next, I would try restarting the iPhone -
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPhone as a new device -

HT201401 I cannot end my call - the screen freezes on call ending

When I press the red 'end call' on my iphone 4S the screen freezes on 'call ending' and goes black. I think it ends the connection but I can't get rid of the screen unless I turn the phone on & off. Any suggestions please? ( The screen is clean and other functions such as the calculator work so I don't think it's a problem with the touchscreen but more likely something to do with the end call button.)

I have been working on a book and have 418 photos already in my book. All of a sudden I cannot access the book format to see the multiple view, spread view, or single view. I can no longer see my book although I still see the collection with 418 photos

I have been working on a book and have 418 photos already in my book. All of a sudden I cannot access the book module and clicking on the multiple view, spread view, or single view does not take me back to the book I have been working on. I can no longer see my book although I still see the collection with 418 photos under collections. What I do see is a blank template for a new book and I can't find the unfinished book I started with 418 photos. It is like the new empty template is somehow covering it up. How do I get back to the book I have been working on?

Is it possible you mistakenly clicked on a [Clear Layout] button?
But a great hint is- Always click on the [Create a Saved Book] button, early in your new book design.
Then you have a permanent link to the book in the Collections panel. (In addition to the standard collection of your selected images)
Note: a Book Collection shows an icon that looks like a book.
Every time you come back to edit the book, open the Book Module by clicking on the white arrow that appears on the end of your Book Collection title. (The title as saved)
Re-opening a book without using the "Saved Book" option can have unpredictable results.
A "Book" Collection is like a "Smart Collection" because anything you do to the book design, change pages, change images, etc, is automatically updated in the Saved Book collection.

The main problem I am having is just opening and completing my emails. The screen freezes and I can't do anything but minimize and close.

After I close the window/s the report error window pops up . Then the next one which tells me the report was sent. Then the options to go further and so I came here today and Now I have done what you said to do so far. I even updated Acrobat reader and Flash player. I have used Mozilla Firefox for years and never had any trouble like this. This is the way windows behaves on a regular basis and is why I changed to Linux for years. I got this computer a couple years ago and did not have any trouble. Recently I have this to deal with several times every day. I cannot close the window in upper right corner without bringing up more error windows. So I minimize and close at the bottom. It still takes way too long, but it finally closes. Cannot Access Email Using WiFi

Help Me Please:
I too have a Verizon Domain account. I also have a Verizon landline account. My internet provider is TWC. Since 9/17 I have been unable to access my Verzion email account using any type of wifi. If I use an LTE connection on my phone, etc. then I can access my email using my normal email client (Apple Mail). When this started I could not even sign in to my Verizon accounts, but that has resolved itself! I can now sign in directly to Verizon server to see my email there. So my email account works, but I can only use it by signing in directly to My Verizon. I have spent hours every day trying to get this resolved. It is a Verizon issue and only they can resolve. Please help me or direct me to who can help. I see other posts for the same issues, starting at the same time my did. If this does not get fixed or some type of valid explanation I too will be selling my Verizon stock (retired employee) and moving on.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. I cannot access music in lock screen

After updating to ios 7, using the control panel I cannot play music from my lock screen. I can press play and skip all I want and it will not do anything.
I have to unlock my phone and go into music to play the music. Once locked, the small music player at the top of the lock screen comes up but I cannot use this either, same problem. It also doesn't respond to my FM tuner remote anymore.

I'm having the same issue. It's very annoying as I listen to music religiously and having to unlock and select the music app to change songs or turn music on quickly was not an issue with my 4.
