Cannot access local resource file

When I run my application on browser these error comes, I have found to change right click on project>properties>flex build path>libary path> framework linkage to "Merge into code"not working,
I have also changed right click on project> properties>Flex compiler> Additional compiler arguments - -locale en_US to some -network false still its not working
and undid whatever change i made,

Since you are loading your swf over http, it will be placed in a remote sandbox and will not be able to access the local filesystem. You should load your png in the same way as your swf (ie. over http), or embed it into your application.

Unable to access local resources or RDP over VPN Connection

Dear Tech People.
I have a Windows 7 computer that I have created a VPN service through Windows on. I am able to connect to the VPN from outside of my network with my Macbook Air. However, I am unable to connect to the computer via RDP, nor can I ping my PC that
I am VPN'd into (192.168.1.252). When I am connected, the IP address that I am assigned, is 192.168.1.150. When I run ipconfig /all, I can see the "RAS < Dial In> Interface for VPN, and it is setup with an ip address of 192.168.1.151
with a /32 subnet mask. There is no default gateway listed, which is why I believe that this is not working. I cannot determine any way to make this change.
Basically, I have a VPN connection that I can do nothing with. I cannot access shared resources, nor can I start a remote desktop session. The pass through is setup for PPTP with my router, which I believe is working, as I couldn't even connect

it works fine and displays customers.
Only when I try to access my CustDisp.JSP, I get

Can some one please help me sorting out this problem?

I am trying to copy the attachments from a list to a document library. When I try to write into a document library, occasionally I am getting following error "The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. Cannot access

You only need to use the serial number during installation.
Have you, at least seemingly, been able to install, and then you are unable to start up?
If that is the case, you could try to reinstall using the full three step way:
Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool, and reinstall.

As far as I know there is no download resource for older Macromedia programs and it is highly unlikely that one as old as version 3 of Fireworks will be able to work on a Windows 8.1 system. I was unable to get a Studio 8 version installation on a Vista system, and likely even an XP system (cannot remember that far back).

What is wrong?

It is most likely that the NLS files are missing from the server/pc.
Also look at the apachectl file.
Find the following line:

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you about that, maybe after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox.

Cannot access Temporary Internet Files

Hello;
I am logged on with admin privs, I run Windows Explorer as admin, and have set security properties for all folders, yet I still cannot get access to my OWN Temporary Internet Files folder.
Sure, I have just come over to Win7 from XP Pro, and there is a huge difference in security, but I have always thought that when you are the computer's administrator, you have access to ALL files and folders.
My computer is not a member of a domain at this time.
I know that I can delete the files through IE, and by Disk Cleanup, so it's more curiosity than anything else that I need to know this.
I already own the Windows7 Resource kit, but so far I cannot find anything in there about this.

"Documents and Settings" and "Application Data", "Cookies", "Local Settings", "My Documents", "NetHood", "PrintHood", "Recent", "SendTo", "Start Menu", "Templates
These shortcuts in Windows 7 are junction points, which are important parts of application compatibility. As Windows 7 is a new Windows Platform, a lot of applications was not designed for it so that they are not fully compatible with Windows 7. To allow these applications access the data on Windows 7 properly, the shortcuts are designed to redirect the applications to obtain the necessary data in the correct directories. Thus, these shortcuts do not contain any files but a new directory of a certain folder. To avoid deleting or modifying the shortcuts by mistake, Windows 7 sets the Read permissions of these folder to Deny. Actually, the shortcuts are hidden by default.

Cannot access local DFS shares while VPN is active

We use Windows Server 2008 Standard as a domain controller. It also hosts DFS. Although the namespaces are hosted on the server, the data is stored on a Windows 2008 Storage Server. We do not use DFS replication.
I have several DFS shares mapped on my Windows 7 client, which has just replaced my XP client, and can access them without any problems.
However, as soon as I connect to a remote network (located on a different domain - it has nothing to do with our network at all), I am unable to access our DFS shares. If I try to access a DFS share an error message pops up stating:
Location is not available
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
The first time I connected the VPN a network dialog popped up asking what type of network it was and I chose Work. After connecting via the VPN I use remote desktop to carry out daily maintenance on a server on the remote network.
Other local resources are available. I can ping machines via IP, name and FQDN. I can access the same DFS shares using UNC paths. So, although I receive the error message described above when accessing AD-name.local-backslash-share-name1 I have no trouble
accessing server-name-backslash-share-name1
As soon as I close the VPN connection normal functionality is restored and I can again access the DFS shares without any problems.
Can someone help me fix this, please? When this was setup on my XP machine I never experienced this problem.
Also, is there a way of typing LAN addresses without the forum software converting them to a customised hyperlink? Thanks!

Sabrina's suggestion to edit the pbk file worked. I changed the setting from 1 to 0 and connected to the remote network via the VPN and am still able to access the local DFS shares.
As per the OPs comments, the username and password I am using for the remote network are both different from the credentials I am using on the local network.
... take the steps in the KB 822707 to resolve it:
1). Locate the .pbk file that contains the entry that you dial. To do so, click Start, click Search, type *.pbk in the All or part of the file name box, and then
click Search.
2). Open the file in Notepad.
3). Locate the following entry: UseRasCredentials=1
4). Modify the entry to the following: UseRasCredentials=0
5). On the File menu, click Save, and the click Exit.

Files on XFS - cannot access, No such File or directory

I've got a HTPC with 3 partitions formatted to XFS. The pc has MythTV as the backend and XBMC as the frontend, and really doesn't get used for much else. Lately I have been seeing faults with the XFS partitions, which are spread over two different HDDs. Everything else is ext4.

I have unmounted these partitions, and ran
sudo xfs_repair -v /dev/sdb6
which seems to do the job, but it reappears again. I'm not sure how to reproduce the error as its happening on both disks. First time I noticed it was while using Thunar bulk rename tool. It refused to rename some files from lower case to uppercase first letter, then I saw the "???????". It may also happen after I delete a recording through XBMC, but not certain.
So I installed smartmontools and did the short + conveyance test,

If you suspect drive issues, run the long test. The short and conveyance tests are hit and miss. Also check for SMART errors (smartctl -l error <dev>). A drive can pass tests and be in a 'PASSED' state for 'SMART overall-health' even if errors occur regularly.
Also, I seem to recall something like this happening on an XFS lv months ago, but I'm not sure. More recently, the drive containing that lv would occasionally fail to be seen on the bus. I swapped the cable and moved it to another port and haven't had any problems since. Assuming I'm not hallucinating about the former, the two issues may have been related.

Rd client via rdweb cannot access local folder

hi,
i recently installed remote-desktop web-service on Windows 2008 R2 for remote user to access a non-proprietary Microsoft application.
the installation was made in one box include the application
a. Remote Dekstop Session Host
b. Remote Desktop Licensing
c. Remote Desktop Gateway
d. Remote Desktop Web Access
i have managed to configure it to allow internal and external users to access the application by using RDWeb.
there are 2 outstanding issues here:
1. i tested the RDWeb to access MS Office (Word/Excel) remoteapp and save a doc to local folder.
tried to save it into my local folder, but it always ended-up with an error :
"Network error: Windows cannot access \\tsclient\d\(any local folder given). You do not have permission to access \\tsclient\d\.. "
2. for non Microsoft remoteapp, is there a way (by Group Policy perhaps?) for rdweb-users to locate their local drive/folder within the application?
anyone has ideas to resolve it?
