You should be able to contact Verizon with the account login information, unless you can get the SIM Card back from whoever you gave it to. The SIM Card tray is on the top left edge of the device. There is a SIM Card Tray pin that is advisable to use to get the tray to release. Once it is out, you can swap it. If you don't have access to your previous iPad, then you should contact Verizon as the data plan may still be active on the previous device. This is the first iPad I have had with cellular data option included, but that is the way I understand the situation based on having to exchange my new ipad at the Apple Store. The Genuis swapped the SIM Cards and my data plan was instantly (after a restart) active on the new one.

I cannot access my emails on my ipad, even though all data is entered correctly. Message still appears..... the mail server pop.orangehome.co.uk is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info into Mail settings. I have!!!!

However according the description I have posted in my previous reply you should be setting POP
Orange Home
tap Settings
tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars
tap Add Account
tap other
tap Add Mail Account
enter your account information and then tap save
please note: that the username is everything after the @ in the customers emails address
on the next page displayed you must type in the settings as shown for Incoming host name, Username, and Outgoing Host Name Make sure that at the top of the page POP is highlighted blue, then tap save the iPhone will then attempt to verify the POP account information
as standard the iPhone will attempt to set up the email account using SSL security Orange home email doesn't use this so the iPhone will prompt you with this message tap yes to set up without SSL
please be patient as it may take a few minuets for the iPhone to get to this point
the iPhone will then attempt to verify the POP account information again
In some circumstances the iPhone may ask you if you wish to connect without using SSL again Simply tap yes to continue Again please be patient as this process may take a while
the iPhone will then attempt to verify the POP account information again
once the iPhone has verified the POP settings it will briefly tick all of the information fields
then you should be able to see the account at the top of the screen and email should be ready to use
you now need to change the port number to 25 tap on the newly created account as shown above
tap on the SMTP under the Outgoing Mail Server
tap on the box under the Primary Server
the Server Port number needs to be changed to 25 as shown above tap on the Server Port to change this
If the email still doesn't send, press the home button and the on/off button together to reset

Hi guys I have a iPad 2 I recently upgraded it from iOS5 to ios7. Since then it only uses the 8ta network but in the top left hand corner it says no service with 3G next to it how am I able to fix this? Could it be a hardware problem?

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. YOu will need to contact your cell phone provider to resolve those issue, those are carrier features.

Really a few more details would really be helpful. Did the email account disappear? Did the actual emails themselves disappear? What is Mac email? There is no such thing on an iPad.

By default, if you are not placing the signature field in document manually, a signature block ( having signature and email address ) is placed at the bottom left corner of document by default.
While sending the document from Send tab, just check "Preview, Position Signatures or add form fields" and hit Next. In Preview page, you can drag and drop Signature field along with other form fields at appropriate position in document.

Go into Settings>Mail, Contacts>Calendar>the email account in question and check all the settings. The name the receiver gets is set up in your account.

At the top of the list of folders that you currently have on your icloud.com email account there should be an Edit button - tap that and you should get a 'New Mailbox' button/link at the bottom of that list of folders
