Cannot access PDF conversion - only subscribe now link

I have followed all forum suggestions but anytime I try to login to the exportPDF web site, it prompts me to login and I am brought to the subscribe now page instead of being given access to the conversion tool
Someone please provide some assitance as to what actions are available to actually get someone to correct this given my paid subscription

Our system that provisions paid subscriptions has had some issues today. Our IT team is working to fix the problem now.  Your account may already be fixed or will be fixed within the next few hours.
I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

  • I bought a phone off someone and now i cannot access the phone because it is linked to there account and they are no where to be found. Is there any way i or apple can somehow wipe out the phone?

I just bought a phone off an individual however they did not remove the device from their icloud, find my iphone etc. so i cannot access the phone since i do not have the password and the person is no where to be found. Is there anything I or apple can do to remove it for me and erase and wipe out the phone so i can activate it?

Sorry no, more than likely you bought a stolen phone, especially if you can't contact the seller.
Apple can't do anything to help you wipe or remove.

  • I cannot access PDF files from my current BT Yahoo...

Since downloading an updated version of Yahoo Mail a few months ago, I cannot now access PDF files from old e-mail messages which are located in the "Folders" section on the mail screen.  When trying to open them the message "Scanning Attachments" is displayed.  After about 60 seconds a Message is displayed "An Error Occurred whilst Downloading". This never used to happen with the previous version of Yahoo Mail.  I have tried to save the attachments to my laptop and the message reads "Scanning Attachments" which would signify that they had been saved due to no subsequent Error Message being displayed.  I have trawled all through my laptop and cannot find any of the alleged saved PDF files.
I am an old chap and not very computer literate and am hoping you professionals can come up with an answer and fix to this problem, which I believe, was not of my own making.
Whether this has any bearing on the matter, I changed about four months ago from BT Total BB to Infinity Opt1 which includes McAfee security built in as standard.  I have also, as an on-screen reminder, recently updated my Adobe Reader programme to version 11.  I cannot think of any other changes, apart from the new version of Yahoo Mail, that has made this problem come to light as it has.
Your help and assistance in this matter would be most welcome and appreciated.
    Thanks You
    Ian.

Your problem is typical of the many problems reported with McAfee, and that may well be the cause. McAfee is free with Infinity but isn't built-in in the sense that you have to take it. Is your previous anti-virus still installed? If so, you should get rid of one of them anyway, and the usual advice here would be to ditch McAfee.
Even if McAfee is the your only AV I would replace it. If your previous AV is no longer available there are plenty of free options, and Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) is as good a choice as any. There's advice on uninstalling McAfee here.

Fallout75, good catch on the eXo plugin.  To remove it, in the Finder click "Go" on the menu bar and pull down to "Go to Folder" and then type ~/Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-ins
When that Finder window opens, you should see an "eXo" subdirectory.  Just delete that "eXo" folder and iTunes should start without the error.

  • I cannot open pdf's via any browser links on my macbook running leopard 10.5.8.

Hi, I cannot open to PDF's via any browser links on my macbook (1 yr old) running leopard 10.5.8. I have latest adobe reader installed but when I click a link to open a pdf from various sites no matter what browser it just opens a blank tab. Any thoughts?

Here, it has to be there, but it may be minimised. You just have to press the grey arrow. I took a before/after screenshot for you.

  • Adobe Reader install successful but cannot access PDF files.

Despite several installations of Adobe Reader, a message advises there is a problem. Close and try again. When clicking to open a PDF file, a dark grey screen appears with a horizontal bar in the middle. The blue bar is full, and has fully loaded, but nothing happens. I cannot access any PDF files and need to fix this problem. Please help.

Version of Reader? Version of Windows? Is the problem opening a pdf in Reader or viewing a pdf in a browser?

  • Cannot Access PDF Files on Several Websites

Since loading Adobe Flash, 3-4 weeks ago and then again today, I am unable to access PDF files on several different websites.  One good and easy to access example is:
www.irs.gov  Under Forms and Pubs choose 1040 or any other.

    What browser are you using?
I'm able to access forms at irs.gov using Firefox, IE10, Opera, Chrome and Safari on Windows 7, 8 and Mac OS 10.8.4

  • Cannot access pdf document with other software

hello had someone design something for my business they used adobe photoshop and the commercial printer cannot pull it off the cd to print it. I assume they are using differant software. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If they used Photoshop, there are more than a dozen different file types it could be:
    PSD
    JPG
    JPG2000
    GIF
    PNG
    PDF
    TIFF
    PIXAR
    BMP
    DCM
    IMG
    EPS
    PGA
    TCX
The list goes on, but unless it's BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG or PDF If you don't have Photoshop, you'll have a tough time opening it. If you cannot "pull it off" the CD, that's most likely an issue of the disc being "read only", but even them you should be able to copy the contents to your HD and open them from there.

  • Mymedicare.gov informed me I cannot access from Firefox, only Explorer. Why?

I tried to sign in to mymedicare.gov for over 30 minutes without success. I called their phone support and was informed after they checked all my information that they no longer support Firefox, Netscape or any browser except Internet Explorer by Microsoft. Is this legal? Why will they not support Firefox? I hate using Explorer as I have more spyware, adware and virus problems when I use it.

IE should be on your system; it is required for some parts of Windows to work correctly. You can use an add-on in Firefox to access and display many IE-only sites in a Firefox tab. The add-on uses the IE engine, so be sure that your version of IE is the most current, IE8.

You have a couple of items installed that some consider malware, but are pests at least. If you use the following items, and intentionally installed them, you can leave them if you wish:
    * My Web Search Plugin Stub for 32-bit Windows
    * Ask Toolbar Plugin Stub for 32-bit Windows
This type of pest is usually installed along with software you download from the internet; generally free programs, but not always. Carefully watch for "extra" items that will be installed and un-check or opt-out of them.

  • While installing a PDF conversion program, start now/bing was installed, and after removal, instead of my home page, I have the Firefox start page even though mine is in the control panel.

You pretty much have it. Primopdf was the initial program, and zugoremovaltool was the remove tool. Prior to zugo, I had removed by add/remove in the control panel as well as going into program files and windows and deleting the programs. While trying to remove primopdf, I discovered it had its own uninstall program, which I ran. I restored my home page to the control panel only still to have start now/bing. I ran zugo and restored my home page to the control panel only to be stuck with the Firefox start page.

I thought about that before and tried it, and it doesn't seem to make a difference. I did it just now, I opened a blank tab and closed everything else, waited a minute then closed Firefox. I waited another minute and launched Firefox. The Restore Previous Session box was there on about:home. I clicked it and it opened a new window with about:home in it.

  • Participant in Shared Review cannot access PDF

    Hi,
Earlier today I intiated a shared review with some colleagues from work. I used a gmail account and Google Contacts to add reviewers and sent out the PDF. One of the participants at first signed up with an Adobe ID associated with his personal address, then chose to create another associated with his work address. However, when he uses that Adobe ID, the system will not allow him access to the shared review. In my tracker, I see his original email address listed as a reviewer with the status "Added." His work email is still in the list of "Required" reviewers. Is there any way, short of ending the shared review and starting it again, that I can grant access to his other Adobe ID?

What version of Acrobat did you use to start the Shared Review?
