Cannot access serial number for Student Edition of Acrobat X Pro

In the box containing the installation DVD, there is a coupon which gives the Coupon Code, and a web site to use this code to obtain my serial number.
The web site is www.adobe.com/go/eduverify but it will not open
How do I go about getting my serial number?

I've applied for a Student Edition serial number and haven't received it after a week and I need to use this software. I don't really want to install the trial version just in case it runs out and I never get the serial number and then I can't return the product. That doesn't make sense. Installation of the trial has nothing to do with returnability of the product.

How do I download my new student edition Adobe Acrobat XI Pro?
I have the software download cardwith the serial number.
When I go to the download page it is only available as a trial download in Portugese!
I am in Australia.
This has wasted a lot of my time so far - I have been struggling with it for a few days now.

Serial number for student license not working.

My serial code doesn't work. I sent an application on the 16th October 2013 and i still have the same problem. I don't know what is the problem but the issue is still there and i have the same message saying ''We cannot confirm the serial number for Adobe Illustrator CC.'' during my activation. I don't know what to do as it have been 4 days since i bought the program from my university.

KarimS first I would recommend checking your account at http://www.adobe.com/ you have opened three separate cases with our support team and all three are pending your response.
It also looks as if you are in North America and did not purchase your education software from Adobe directly. Please see http://forums.adobe.com/message/4634728#4634728 for information on how to submit your proof of eligibility. Once you have submitted your proof of eligibility, and it is approved, you will then be given access to your subscription.
I would also recommend that your education e-mail address when submitting your proof of eligibility. This will help expedite the process of you being made eligible.

I have sent all info to receive my serial number for this product 4 days ago and still have not received any email to get the serial number for the product I brought. I'm not sure if the information (ie proof of eligibility) has been sent through.

There's really only one reason the button would stay
gray, and that's if the serial number you've entered
is invalid. Most of the serial number-entering
problems were with iWork '05, so I'm surprised to
hear of a problem with '06. My suggestion:
carefully reenter the number, making sure you don't
confuse zeros with capital ohs- or the number 1 with
a small L. If you're absolutely certain you've
entered the number correctly, and it still won't
cooperate, you may need to call Apple tech support.
We've heard of cases where the serial number was
just plain defective. Sorry I can't be more help.

Thanks. I've re-entered the number many times and the problem persists. I think the problem is the button window itself . Normally the submit button is active but since I upgraded my operating system to Tiger I have notice a similar problem in Quicken download. Is it a glitch in the upgrade?

Trials do not have serial numbers, so if you have a serial number you oughta try it and see. If you use a serial number on a trial version it will activate it to full version status.

Cannot find serial number for PSE 10 for new computer

My laptop had water spilled on it and I was able to save the hard drive. I have the setup file for re-installing my PSE 10 software onto my new laptop, but can't find my serial number. In my order history, PSE 9 is the latest one on the list, so I can't find my serial number for PSE10.
Where can I find it? Is it in a file somewhere in my hard drive because I can't find it there either. If anyone can help I would sure appreciate it!

How long to receive verification and serial number for student/teacher version products?

I recently purchased the student/teacher edition of adobe photoshop elements 12. i have sent in my proof of eligibility and I recieved an email saying it was recieved. How long does it take to recieve my serial number? It was sent on Saturday March 8, 2014. I'm located in Canada.

It can take some time for everything to wash thru. You should contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

Cannot recover serial number for stolen MacBook

My wife just had her MacBook stolen. She registered her MacBook when she bought it, but we cannot find the serial number under her accounts. We have checked both under her Apple ID and iCloud ID and the computer is not showing up. This is an older model, 2010, so am not having much luck with finding the receipts or box.
Any ideas on how we might find the serial number?

Unfortunately I did not register the laptop, nor did I save the box it came in. I found my receipt - it shows the model number only, no serial number. So my only recourse is to the store where I bought it (Best Buy). I have sent them all the info from my receipt ... we'll see if they can find it for me.

i purchased a student discounted photoshop while i was a student. i didnt really have the time to send away for the serial number so i downloaded a free trial in the meantime. it has been over a year since i have been done with school. i just wanted to know if i am eligible based on the time of purchase and verification of me being a student at that time. no one seems to be able to give me an answer. thanks

Cannot validate serial number for PS elements 13

I recently purchased PS Elements 13. I installed succesfully from DVD on Windows 8,1. It's first installation,no previous versions. Also created Adobe-ID succesfully.
But... I cannot validate my serialnumber, preventing me to use the software obviously. During validation process a message is shown: "Connect to internet to validate serialnumber" (Translated from Dutch). I'm 100% sure I do have internet-connection during this process.
So currently I'm stuck with this problem.
