Cannot Activate Any CC App

HI everyone,
I brought the Student & teacher edition of Adobe CC subscription last October.
But till today my Creative Cloud desktop App still tells me I'm on trial.
Due to I already passed the trial length, AAM just popup every time I open up Photoshop CC or whatever CC application.
It asked me to sign in, after I did AAM still ask me for a serial number.
I don't know what is happening with the whole creative cloud thing but I really need to use photoshop right now.
Please could anybody help me

    I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.

  • I cloud backup warning message cannot be cleared despite pressing ok button. I have not registered with an I cloud to date. now cannot activate any functions or power off.  Help!

    Hello and welcome to the forums;
    Our phone support is open every day Monday through Sunday, although there are different hours of operation for the weekend. If after a webOS Doctor reset you are still experiencing the same problems, I would likely recommend replacement, either in a local store for your carrier or through our technical support department.
    There may be additional technical support offered or suggested over the phone, this would need to be done first before a replacement could be issued.

    Apps you have bought are associated with your apple id and not the device you bought it from.... you just need to delete the app you are no longer using or wanting, being on your Device/iTunes on your mac... you can always re-download them at any stage if you decide you would like to use them again.. Just login to using your apple id, choose purchases and it download.

    Does this mean CC needs to be deleted before any new apps are downloaded

  • Cannot get any paid apps transferred to my iphone 5 from my ipad?.

    MacBook Pro is using Snow leopard 10.6.8 and cannot be used in icloud.
    Ipad2 has been backed up w/icloud as has iphone 5. I still cannot figure out how my apps from ipad are not being moved to iphone 5 as they should with the use of icloud.

    Only "universal" apps, that are designed to work on both an iPad and an iPhone will transfer to your phone.  iPad only apps won't transfer because they are not compatible with your phone.
    Also, backing up to iCloud doesn't automatically transfer your apps.  To transfer you apps you have to either restore to the entire iCloud backup of your iPad, or, simply download them directly to your phone by opening the App store app on your phone, tapping Updates at the bottom, tap Purchased at the top, tapping Not on This iPhone at the top, then tapping the download icons next to the apps.  Note: you must be signed into the Apple ID used to purchase the apps in Settings>iTunes & App Stores on your phone in order to see the purchased apps.

    When in iTunes and 'looking' at my iPod's Applications page, the screens I see are all slightly faded out, as well as all check boxes. I cannot select anything on that page, however all the other pages are fine!
    This happened since downloading a free application called "Mazefinger Plus". I have checked all the settings on the iPod, and the restrictions are fine. The iPod is up to date and the apps already on the iPod work just fine (I should add that the "Mazefinger Plus" application shows on my iPod's Applications page on iTunes, yet is not on the iPod.
    I have resynced and resynced, but to no avail.
    What can I do?

    If the answer to the above question is "yes", FIRST, set up a backup of your new computer before you do anything else so the next time your computer breaks you will not be in the same situation. Backup solutions are numerous and inexpensive, and there is absolutely no excuse in the Third Millennium not to have one.

  • Cannot install any new apps due to HD not being recognised as a volume

    Hi there,
    I've been trying to install several new applications for a while now, and after the license agreement screen, the option to select the HD as destination is skipped (the HD isn't even shown as an option) and I immediately get the message saying that there isn't enough free space on the selected volume "null".
    It's clearly not a space issue as I have 20GB free.
    I was on the phone to apple care for an hour and we repaired disk permissions and the disk verifies fine (from the installation CD), so I have no idea what is wrong.
    I'm just installing with the .dmg files on the desktop, and opening the disks from there. This has always worked in the past, as the applications are then transferred to the applications folder. I've even tried installing from there too, to no avail.
    Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

    I see you've done some of this already, but offer the full route anyway, maybe you can start with the Safe Boot part...
    "Try Disk Utility
    1. Insert the Mac OS X Install disc that came with your computer, then restart the computer while holding the C key.
    2. When your computer finishes starting up from the disc, choose Disk Utility from the Installer menu. (In Mac OS X 10.4 or later, you must select your language first.)
    Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.
    3. Click the First Aid tab.
    4. Click the disclosure triangle to the left of the hard drive icon to display the names of your hard disk volumes and partitions.
    5. Select your Mac OS X volume.
    6. Click Repair. Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

    Then Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot.
    The usual reason why updates fail or mess things up, is if Permissions are not fixed before & after every update, with a reboot... you may get a partial update when the installer finds it doesn't have Permissions to change one obscure little part of the OS, leaving you with a mix of OS versions.
    Some people get away without Repairing Permissions for years, some for only days.
    If Permissions are wrong before applying an update, you could get mixed OS versions, if Directory is the slightest messed up, who knows!
    If many Permission are repaired, or any Directory errors are found, you may need to re-apply some the latest/biggest updates again, or even do an A&I if you have enough free disk space.
    An Archive & Install, which gives you a new OS, but can preserve all your files, pics, music, settings, etc...

      1. Go to: Apple Express Lane;
      2. Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
      3. Then choose iTunes Store;
      4. Then choose Account Management;
      5. Now choose iTunes Store Security and answer the bullet questions, then click

      6. Sign in with your Apple ID and press Continue;
      7. Under Contact Options fill out the information and advise iTunes that you would
          like your security/challenge questions reset;

    You should get a response within 24 hours by email.

    Another user had success doing the following:
    I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
    Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
      a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
          tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
      b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
          "done", in the upper right corner
      c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
          Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
          should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
          security questions.
      d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
          selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
          should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
          questions.
    It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.
