I'm having trouble with Viber.
A few days ago, I accidentally uninstalled it on my IPhone 4, and reinstalled it later on..
When I tried sending the activation code using the same cell phone number I had on Viber before It got uninstalled, I receive the code but when I try to put it in it keeps saying that I entered the wrong activation code, I click on the no code feature on the top right corner of Viber, it gives me a code, but when I put that code in it says the same thing ,that I have the wrong access code please try again, and so I researched on the internet and came up to this post, It said to uninstall viber and wait 24 hours to install it again, I waited 24hours and tried it again, but it STILL does the same thing. and... I even tried entering my other phone number, yet it does the same thing and shows me the same message that I entered the wrong access code....It is getting frustrating! May you please Help ME?! What can I do??

Perhaps you missed that you started a discussion at I have OS 10.9.2 and have downloaded latest version of Reader 11. I can no longer fill in form or scroll using the side bar. and you did not respond to the last post there.

Every time I connect my new iPad2 too my Sony laptop a pop up comes out saying " the iPad cannot be used because it requires iTunes version 10.5 or later. Can someone please help me!.
Download and install the latest iTunes. Once you satisfy that requirement the warning will go away.

I need a bit of help. I have made a handful of itunes purchases over the past few months. Yesterday, I updated both my itunes and iphone with the latest updates. Now, after the update on my iphone I can not get my recent song purchases to play (they played before I updated my phone). There is a greay cloud with the downward pointing red arrow. When I click the cloud/arrow nothing happens and it won't download. I've tried a handful of things that I have found on these forums to no avail. I've reset software, checked/unchecked this box on my phone and on itunes on my computer, removed and re-installed. I know this is all a litle vague on what I have done, but please know I've tried and tried all kinds of advice. Now, I have tpo reach out to the community and see if there is soomehting else that may work.

Let me know if you have any luck with this. I was told that there is a hardware malfunction (that coincidentally occurred during the upgrade) and that I need to purchase a new phone. I have been without a phone since the upgrade has been released. I wish I would had known this was an issue before trying to upgrade. -

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

I have done a routine OS X upgrade (mac) yesterday to version 10.9.5. Since then, Lightroom (4.4) has crashed more times than I can count. It is impossible to access the Slideshow Module as it crashes right away. Lightroom is completely useless at the moment as it also crashed in other modules after a few minutes. PLEASE HELP as I really need Lightroom for my photography business!!! Anyone else experimenting this? What can I do to rectify this?!

Try restarting your device (turn it off and then back on). If you are still having same issue try to reset the phone by holding down the sleep/wake (power) button and the home button together at the same time until the Apple logo appears and then release the buttons.

I too updated my iphone to 2.0.2 and it has been in broken ever since, I also got error 1604 and the 2005. I have been reading the discussions for the past few days and no one really seems to know what the problem is, I have called apple twice 30 mins each. Uninstalled itunes twice, updated my USB, and tried stopping the recovery, nothing seems to work. I'm going to the apple store tomorrow yet it's over two hours away and don't want to waste the gas! Does anyone have any ideas??
Thank YouError 1604 means that the USB connection between the phone and the computer was interrupted. Unfortunately there are about a dozen places this can happen in the communications protocol stack, and only a couple of them are under Apple's control. Have you seen Apple's tech note on this problem? http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1458
Important things to check:
1. Make sure your computer has USB 2 ports, not USB 1.1.
2. Do not use a USB hub.
3. Only use a USB connection on the BACK of your computer. Many computers with front connections have an internal hub that serves them.
4. Disconnect other USB devices that use power (keyboard and mouse are OK).
5. Create a different user id on your computer and try restoring with that.
6. Try a different computer. -

Typically this indicates a device that has been hacked to be unlocked or jailbroken.
