Cannot add apps from itunes

Hi there,
after connecting my ipad to my mac and syncing, all apps on the ipad are gone. They're still in the section 'apps' of my itunes library but whenever I try to do INSTALL or drag one to one of the screens on the ipad, it appears there, but after doing APPLY it's gone.
What is the point here?

Hi all.
Solved the problem. Connected via WiFi and loaded one App from Appstore. Connected to iTunes and was asked to activate my mac. I did. Was told, that this Computer has already been activated. Now everything seems to be OK.

Cannot add apps to iTunes Wish List for my ipod

When using iTunes on my Macbook, I cannot add apps (for ipod, ipad, etc. NOT for computer) to my Wish List. When I try, a pop up error alert box says that "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed., to try again later." The odd thing is that I can add music albums to my Wish List. I am not trying to add previously bought apps, but new ones that I find that I might want later. I used to be able to do this, but not as of recently. I even updated my Itunes to see if that would help. No effect. Is it my wifi network,? Any ideas of how to remedy this?

thanks. I opened iTunes this morning and miraculously my wish list seems to be working. i see one app i had added to be downloaded. I am able to remove songs from wish list and add songs and preview all.
last i heard from the customer service person was that they referred the issue to a senior level support person. this after i sent them several screen shots of my wish list and the error about unable to add to existing wish list because ittem was already there.
I have not heard from them that my issue is resolved. I will give them a day or so to get back to me to confirm they fixed the problelm.

I indicated the problem persisted as early as June 2010 and as late as Jan 2012. and I had upgraded to ver 10.5.3 as well as remove and re-install even AFTER they kept telling me they removed my wishlist.

Cannot buy apps from iTunes UK store from EU

Dear Apple community,
I am having trouble with buying an app from the iTunes store.
I moved from the UK back to EU - in Slovak iTunes store I cannot buy the app - it says 'Please switch to the UK store'.
When I switch to the UK store, I cannot change the country (UK) and thus cannot fill in my billing information for the current EU address I reside in.
What should I do?

Cannot Move Apps from Itunes Library to my touch

Have a touch with software version 1.1.5. I have downloaded apps and they currently reside in a folder in my Itunes library. However, there is no Apps tab under my "device" and I cannot get the apps to synch to my IPOD Touch. They are only on my PC. I have updated my software but cannot get the Apps from the library to the device. Any help?

Cannot download app from iTunes

Hi,
On July 20, 2012 I found that I cannot download or update any app on iTunes App Store from my iPad. I'm able to access iTunes, search for apps, but when trying to download new app or update existing app, iPad asks for my password and then app icon shows up on the screen, but I get error message "Cannot connect to iTunes Store". I updated another app day before without any problem and I did not change any settings on the device since then. I tried again this morning (July 21) and I see the same problem.
Config:
New iPad
iOS 5.1.1
WiFi connection
I tried following:
1. Power down and power app iPad
2. Disable WiFi and Enable
It works on iPhone. I managed to update apps on my Mac and then sync to iPad, but I would like to be able to do that directly from iPad.
It looks like the issue might be on the server side. Server seems to be unable to respond to iPad request and send the app pakcage after entering password or perhaps it is some authentication issue on iPad, but it worked the day before.

There are a number of threads from other people reporting the same iTunes connection issue, it looks like there might be a problem at Apple's end - but you could try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works, but it probably won't until Apple's fixed it

Cannot Add Podcasts from iTunes to iPod Manually

So, I have one of the latest version of iTunes (to my knowlede, I just do auto updates), an iPod nano (the rectangular one), and subscriptions to various podcasts.
I have had this trouble in the past and I can't remember how I got around before (if I ever did consciously), but the problem has arised again. I cannot add podcasts to my iPod manually. I drag and drop, the little green circle with the plus sign shows, but nothing is added to the iPod. It is possible to manually add podcats once i haved it synced, but I don't want to sync because it stuffs up pattern (which isn't really a pattern at all, so I can't syn it to fit one).

Same problem here - is there any way you can manually manage podcasts on your ipod? I listen to a language-learning podcast and I only want the current lesson stored on my ipod, instead of the whole series, which i like to keep on my imac for reference. Anybody have a solution?

Cannot move app from iTunes to 4s

I purchased the iPhone app Emerald Chronometer. I lost it during an OS download. I tried to download it as I had before on the phone, and the system said file too big, use iTunes. I downloaded it to iTunes, but see no way to get it to the iphone.

Cannot install apps from itune but apps installs directly in iphone

When I download any app in the itune and then try to sync to iphone, it says installing but then at the end it says some unknown error occured and was not installed. I can sync vidios or music. I uninstalled and reinstalled itune several times but no go. I can install apps by directly downloading into the iphone. And then when I sync the iphne, the new apps are synced with the itune in the computer. What else can I try?

Only purchased music showing in iPhone 5s/ cannot add music from iTunes

Hello all,
I have an iPhone 5s, running iOS 8.1.3, and the iTunes on my laptop is also up to date with the latest version. Last night I was dragging and dropping music from my iTunes library to my iPhone as normal - but then I suddenly noticed that all the music in my iPhone Music library had disappeared, except for things I'd purchased. I didn't change any settings or press anything by mistake or do anything different whatsoever, it just suddenly happened. Now whenever I try to drag and drop or even sync music from my iTunes library to my iPhone, nothing happens - the music does not appear on my phone. I have "Show all music" checked on my phone, but still only the purchased stuff is showing up. I don't use iTunes match or iCloud or anything like that either, I always just drag and drop music from my laptop onto my phone and it has always worked fine up until this point. Can anybody help with this? Thanks!

According to feedback I have received, this is what has worked for many people:
Un-sync all your music to remove it from the device, then restart (hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go). Now re-sync your music.

Thanks Dave. I'm getting increasingly frustrated because twice I got some way with a sync of apps and then got error messages. One was that the iPad had 'disconnected', which I just don't follow. And despite at least 20 or so apps apparently getting synced (i.e. seen in the 'progress bar at the top'), oly a couple are now displayed:

I closed the error message and tried the Sync button again, and that apparently started a backup. That's been going for 15 mins or so, and I'm a bit worried because the connected iPad was displaying a message 'Not charging'. So if the backup continues for hours it may well exhaust the battery.
Reckon I'll sleep on it and get back on the case in the morning, including trying your suggestion.

Ipad 1st gen. Safari cannot open page because address is invalid. I get this trying to download apps from itunes, infact it will do this under any variable. 4.3 os ive tried copy paste in url but it doesn't matter what i try, safari doesnt allow anyway?

Yes, I have not made myself clear, I apologise.
I have tried downloading apps from itunes in order to set up a game for my son, when I go to click on a link, be this in itunes, or on the web, Safari revolts back informing the address is invalid. I read by coping a link and pasting into the URL, this would do it, but not so.
My goal then, is to install Minecraft for my son, I would then download an app to allow this but I am unable to get this far due to Safari insulting the address I ask it to go to
The iPad is first generation
OS 5.1.1 Software up to date.

But anytime I authorize it tells me you have authorized including this computer 2 out 5 computers. And if I try again the same story over and over again. - First try resetting the iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Next download the app on the computer and try to sync.
- Last, restore from backup.
