Cannot add credit on Skype Account

Have tried using different credit cards, but Skype keeps saying "we've had to cancel your payment". Is has been happening for the last 3 days and I've not been able to top up. Please help!!

Cannot add a new email account, and hence icloud account. When i go into Settings - Mail, accounts, calendars, the option to add a new account cannot be clicked (ghosted). I also have iCloud Settings ghosted (unclickable). Cannot change in itunes also.

Cannot add a new email account, and hence i have no way of creating an iCloud account (very frustrating). I had the same problem with iOS 4.3 but i had no email account to create as i set both up when i bought the iPhone 4. After adding a company email and a gmail account (both wok perfectly) i noticed that the option to create more email accounts had been ghosted (unclickable). This didn't worry me at the time. However, iCloud needs me to create one in here so i can access the cloud which i desperately want the ability to do. When i go into Settings -> Mail, accounts, calendars, the option to add a new account cannot be clicked (ghosted). I also have iCloud in the iPhone Settings ghosted (unclickable). I have same problem in itunes on Mac OSX. Surely restoring isn't the solution as i restored my iphone when changing from iOS 4.3 -> 5. Please help?

Restrictions, type in your Restriction Password,
Accounts, tick Allow Changes.
Press the back key a few times till you're back in Settings, you should see iCloud is now highlight able, now go to Mail Contacts and Calenders and add your email account as per norm.

Add credit to itunes account

Is it possible with a credit card to just add credit to my account like a gift card? If not, is there somewhere I can buy virtual gift cards where I can just redeem a code I get from an email to get credit on my account?

Buy and redeem a prepaid iTunes card; they're available in lots of places including grocery stores in some countries. Or I suppose you could give yourself a gift certificate, redeem that, and then remove the credit card from your account.

Is this Outlook account being integrated using the Outlook Web Acccess (OWA) protocol?
Have a look at KB02858 for issue integrating an OWA account
Also, you may need to have your IT Admin take a look at some Firewall settings to allow connection to the BlackBerry Internet Service infrastructure.
KB11036 give the firewall connection requirements needed.

Cannot add Buddies to AIM account

I have read the thread at http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1462798. I have symptoms 1-3 and do not have symptom 4:
1. Cannot see Buddies On-line they know are.
2. Cannot add new Buddies.
3. Cannot see the Buddy List with any Buddies in it.
4. Cannot get the Buddy list to appear and have no access to Preferences.
When I delete the recommended files:
There are different levels of "cure" that work for different people depending upon which symptom they have. Symptoms 1 through 3 may be fixed by deleting /Users/username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.ichat.AIM.plist
Sometimes for Symptom 3 /Users/username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.iChatAgent.plist should also be deleted. iChat needs restarting after each deletion.
I have to setup iChat again. Then I can add new Buddies. However when I close iChat and re-open it, the problem has returned.
Do you have any suggestions.
(I am using the latest updates of all software.)

Cannot login with my Skype Account name,

I have tried to login to Skype and the following error returns:
"Sorry, we didn't recognize you sign-in details. Please check etc. etc."
My account does exist as I have asked my friends if they can see it. Why has this happened? I have searched the Skype so-called knowledge base and cannot find an answer. Does Skype disable accounts if inactive for any period of time?

Cannot add people to Skype Group Voice call

Everyday I usually go in a skype call with my friends, I use the PC version of skype and I always host the call as my friends use the Xbox One version. The xbox party system is horrible so we use skype instead. But for some reason, today, I can no longer host a call with more than 1 person. I cant call groups either. This is quite a pain. I have tried un installing and re installing, resetting my pc and I also created a new account and it still wouldnt let me call more than 1 person. I also tried calling two PC users of skype, I was still, only able to call one. Any help is much appreicated. Thanks!

Cannot add a new email account

I have 3 email accounts set up in my iPhone: one Exchange and two Google accounts. Today I tried to add a Road Runner account and got to the screen to enter my user info and password. I enter that info and click save. Then the phone exits the screen and goes to the home page. I tried it 3 times and got the same error. I was never given the option to enter the server addresses. What could be causing this error?

I know this question is old, but I unlinked my old skype account from my Microsoft account and linked my new one and the 60 min Office subscription did not transfer to my new account. I tried the deactivation link listed in the support article;

but it doesn't work anymore as the original poster found out.
I too got the run around as the original poster did with support until one untrained cs rep told me you couldn't transfer the subscription and I needed to buy a whole new Office 365 University subscription to get it!
I am seriously displeased with how Microsoft is handling this issue. Is there anyway someone can help me out?

If you don't see the "Deactivate" button on the Office account page then you don't have the Skype subscription that's part of your Office 365 activated. Actually I couldn't find any record of you ever having activated this subscription. At least not for the Skype account you used to sign in here o the Skype Community.

Cannot add another device as Account Owner

I am trying to add another device to add my boyfriend onto my plan. Whenever I try to do this, I get a screen telling me that it is not authorized because I am not an Account Manager. However, on my My Verizon page it says that I am an Account Owner, supposedly a higher designation than Account Manager. So why can I not add a device to my own plan?

Just for the asking Have you Called Customer service and talked to a Rep. you might give that a try Customer service opens at 7:30am unless those Hours have Changed have them look over your Account with you they may ask to check your Credit even if is in Good standing and once that is done see if the Rep will go to your My Verizon just to make sure nothing is hanging up..

Cannot add or edit Mail account in Settings

Hi all,
I have been using my iPhone 3G for 3 years until I recently switched to iPhone 4. However after I backup and restored my iPhone 3G to iPhone 4, everytime I switch on my iPhone 4, a message pops up and says 'Cannot Access [email protected] Review your account information in Settings.' When I go to the settings, I cannot edit, add or delete any of my email accounts. The thing is I can still check and send emails from Mail but the google calendar cannot be synced. I checked my iPhone 3G it has the same problem except without the popup message and google calendar can be synced. Weird. What should I do?

I figured this out. The problem was that the primary key on the database table was removed after the table was previously imported during the external database data source setup. I don't recall why I removed that PK, but apparently
I did!
Steps to resolve the issue:
1. Delete all screens referencing the entity.
2. Use Update Data Source and uncheck the offending table.
3. Rebuild
4. Add Primary Key in database the table.
5. Use Update Data source to bring the table in fresh.
6. Create and use screens....they now work with full add/edit capability!
