Cannot add song to touch? Stated it could not be updated.

Two songs on my son's touch did not play completely, so I deleted them from the touch and then added them to his touch. One song works perfectly the other I cannot even get the touch to sync the song. After turning off the touch, computer, and changing the convert size, I finally got a message saying the song could not be updated. Is there anyway to get the song back on my son's touch?

I cannot add songs to my iphone. (I have in the past but recently have not been able to) .I've ripped songs from cds and added them to my library but when i go to drag them over to my iphone, all i get is the big red circle with a line through it. I can't sync because I have so many songs I ripped before on the phone and will lose it all. I've tried dragging the songs to a new playlist and then syncing just that playlist but then i get a message saying this phone is already synced to another playlist. WTH is going on? And how do I fix this. Not really savvy with itunes as you can see!!

An iPod Shuffle can't use iCloud. It can only be used on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a supported Mac or PC.
Also you can't create and iCloud acount on your PC (or your iPod Shuffle). You have to create your account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher. After creating the account on one of these devices you can sign into it on your PC. But this still won't allow you to add songs to your iPod Shuffle as it doesn't support iCloud.

Afetr uprading to Itunes 11 I cannot add songs to Library. I need Help.

I hope someone can help as I am having a similiar problem. I have multi users on one macbook. I have Itunes for all users set to the same shared folder for music (to eliminate multi copies of music files) I just added new music to the shared folder by dragging it into the folder (not thru itunes). The user I orginally did the dragging and dropping in, I was able to add to the library however, Now I am not able to add to the library on the other users. When I go to add to librabry and select the itunes folder with all the music nothing happens. Even if i try one song folder at a time nothing happens. I have had this macbook for a week and am new to mac (this is my first mac) I am geting frustrated so any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok so basically, I cannot add songs to my library. I cannot add songs to a playlist either. Evertyime I try to drag songs from a folder to my library, nothing happens. It was working fine yesterday, but now it isn't. I have tried logging back in and out of iTunes, shutting down my PC and trying again, etc. I searched google and here and it wasn't really a problem. I have tried installing and unistalling iTunes also. So, any help?

Go to iTunes menu EDIT > PREFERENCES > ADVANCED Tab
you may find iTunes Media file Location box is blank(sometimes this happens after an update).
If that is the case, click the change button and link it to your iTunes Media Folder as follows:
Win 7 C:\Users\<username>\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media
WinXP C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Media

After moving my files from SP 2010 to SP 2013 , for all my web parts i am getting A webpart or web form control on this page cannot be displayed or imported.The type could not be found or it is not registered as safe. error. I checked web.config files
and they are there as safe control and trust level is also full.
These webparts work in 2010.
Do i need to tweak something in code or distributed cache to make this thing work? The errors i see are

Hi Adit,
According to your description, my understanding is that the error occurred when you deployed the .wsp files to SharePoint 2013.
I recommend to check if all the assemblies are put into the BIN and GAC.

I see that you may be having an issue with compatibility of iTunes when connecting your iOS device. This sort of issue can arise if you have two versions of iTunes installed on your computer, which I feel may be the case. Here is an article that can tell you how to identify the version of iTunes that you have open:

If the version of iTunes that is opened is not the version you are required to use for the iOS device in question, try searching through your computer or applications folder to see if there may be two versions of iTunes installed on your computer. Syncing iCloud with contacts and calendar in MS Outlook 2007, will get message that "the set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened."

I install the iCloud Control Panel and information is uploaded from my Outlook Contact folder to iCloud. ICloud folders are created and syncing process between my iPhone, iCloud, and Outlook works for a while (day or 2). Then, when I open Outlook after a day of 2, I get the above message that "The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened." The only resolve that I have found is to uninstall the iCloud Control Panel, the reboot my Windows computer, then reinstall the iCloud Control Panel and resync contacts and calendar to icloud. This is getting to be very cumbersome to use this feature. What is the cause of the problem that it keeps on disconnecting to iCloud?

I have also fixed it by uninstalling and then reinstalling iCloud, but as you have experienced, the problem recurs without reason. Apple would/could not help as they say that the problem is with Microsoft's Outlook and that I should talk to them. Microsoft's techies won't help without me paying some £200 as I have a Professional - a student's - version of Office 2007. This is scandalous.
