Cannot backup my Z10 using Link (or anything else)

Hi there,
My Z10 (and this is the second Z10 handheld to do this) will not communicate with Link via USB. I can connect over WiFi just fine, and the phone can be used as a mass storage device over USB, but Link will not recognize it and says "Cannot communicate with device". Therefore, I cannot do a complete back up of my device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Link, tried different USB cables, tried to "roll back the driver" (it won't let me do that)....
Please help!

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your device.
Are you using Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac? What version of the OS are you using?
What's your version of BlackBerry Link?
Remove the battery from your device to restart it and reboot your computer. After both have completed the reboot, connect the USB cord and connect your device to the computer.
Does the device now detect within Link?

On what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 13 running on?
What are you (manually) or the project (automatically) setting as the project preset?
(See Edit Menu/Project Settings/General and the readings for Editing Mode, Timebase, Frame Size,
and Pixel Aspect Ratio (even if fields look grayed out).
What are the properties of these source media, including file extension? The brand/model/settings of the camera that recorded the
video may give us this information.
When the source media hit the Timeline for the first time, is there an orange line over their content? Or is there
no colored line and an orange line appears over them only after you have edited them?
Please elaborate on "poof" after rendering the Timeline content by pressing the Render button above the Timeline content with the orange line over it.

Can I make a DVD using Quicktime or anything else in my arsenal?

First off I apologize for m idiocracy in posting this in "Quicktime for Windows" before this as I simply was noy paying any attention, also, please forgive me what I am about to ask has been discussed, but I didn't find any answers in my searching so here goes: How can I make a DVD that will play in TV set DVD players? Do I need any alternate programs or possibly an upgrade to Quicktime Pro?
Heres the situation I have that way, with any luck, you'll understand what and I am trying to do (and hopefully tell me it's a rather easy process): I have a friend that has a bunch of skate videos available for download on his personal web page....turns out those downloads are .mgp and they play through Quicktime. Now what I want to do is take those said videos and make them into a DVD I can watch in any player. Is this possible with Quicktime, iDVD, or anything else that came standard with my new Macbook or do I need another program? Sorry, I'm a new Mac user.

If you have do do many then buy Toast 8 Titanium and use them directly in Toast and skip first making a QT version then turning around and making yet another version. Which avoid compressing the clips twice as well. MPEG-1 is a very low quality codec so I would not compress the clips once to QT and again to iDVD.
Also iDVD is fussy and takes forever, Toast isn't and doesn't.

Can I change the email account on one of my iPads which my husband uses without effecting anything else?

1. You can keep your account in both of iPad.
2. You can sign your email in your new iPad.
3. You can sign your husband's email in old iPad which is your Apple ID without any problem.
4. If you and your husband want to keep personal privacy, please make sure don't use same cloud. Which means, your husband old iPad needs to sign his individual iTunes account (Apple account). The one also can sign your account for downloading your apps. After dowload apps, you better sign off. (You can sign in/off anytime for downloading purpose.) Second, better don't sync email. Close that function first where is under in "system" setting.

Using PFI0 (or anything else than AI/SampleClock) as SampleClockTimebaseSource for analog out task timebase

Hello all!
Is there another way to use an external trigger as ao_task.timing.SampleClockTimebaseSource other than creating an analog in task with pfi as signal source and use AI/SampleClock?
I would like to use the SampleClockTimebaseDivisor property to divide an external timebase (preferably for different external timebases for both AI and AO).
I have no idea how this division stuff is handled by the daq-card/driver. Is daqmx automatically assigning a counter in the background when I use this technique, or how is the division done?
I'm using a PCIe-6321 DAQ-Card.

I´m sorry that my example could not help you. I was looking for an replacement of the labview code for vb.net, but unfortunately could not find anything worthy.
If you use VB.net, do you also use Visual Studio and Measuerment Studio?

Maybe you should set the whole path in "ao_task.Timing.SampleClockTimebaseSource = build_line_path("PFI0")" like in the following example I found:

Using grab or anything else to copy and paste screen shots into MAIL

Using Grab to copy a screen shot into Mail-
All i get is a smaller picture of the screen shot and it can not be read in mail as it looses all definition and is too small .
is there a way one can copy and paste into mail using grab or any other utility?

You can do this using the standard screen capture keyboard shortcuts. cmd-shift-4, for example, let's you select a region of the screen to capture. By default, the results will be saved to your desktop as a png image file.
However, if you also hold down the ctrl key (so, ctrl-cmd-shift-4), the resulting screen capture will be saved to your clipboard. Once in the clipboard, you can simply cmd-v paste it into your mail message...

I uploaded pictures on my iPad, is there anyway to put them onto my MacPro using iTunes or anything else?

Can anyone help me on this. I went on vacation and brought my iPad with me. Each night I uploaded my pics from my camera onto my Ipad and left it alone till the next day. Now my friends want hard copies of these pics. Is there anyway to get pics downloaded onto a USB drive using an Ipad or at least transfer my pics to iTunes so that I can do this on my MacPro? Trouble with Z10 backing up using link

I have never been able to back up my Z10 using Link. I've just updated the software to the latest version of link and it still gets to about 2% (which is more than it's ever been able to do before) and then fails.
Media synchronisation seems to work fine, it just won't backup.
I have president's choice recipe box app, but it wouldn't back up before this either.

I would suggest trying a backup without including the application data. Follow these steps:
In BlackBerry Link click on the BlackBerry at the bottom and click on Settings at the top. Put a checkmark for select data to include in your backup files and add checkmarks to all except Application data. Then click on Back up now.

Cannot find any of the links under menu

I made a installation of PT8.51 on Oracle11gR2 on Win2k8R2 64-bit.All scripts ran successfully.Everything went fine.Iam using 2 machines i.e. one as an application server and other as an database server.I configured the application server and booted it.I configured the PIA and i logged into it but to my surprise i cannot find any of the links or anything under the menu.Why is it.Do i have to run any scripts to grant the user PS some permission to access the menu or what??Pls help me.Do i have to make any further configuration on any of the servers?

Try turning off the Camera Roll option in Settings>iCloud>Backup & Storage>Manage Storage>Your device. Then turn it back on again.
