Cannot bring up a page when clicked on within a connected website. what do I do?!

-I go to a trusted site(-library homepage) through my local libraries wifi connection
-Click on a prompt(-my account) within this site
-Nothing happens, just continues to try to load page until it times out
-I use this site daily and this problem just started this week(-today is 3/20/13)
-I deducted problem is on my end because I can load libraries homepage
-ANY suggestions would be appreciated

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

Do you see any prefs related to that knoxnews.com site on the about:config page if you enter that URL in the Filter?

Try restarting your router as a first thing, this sometimes works for me.

Cannot bring up saved page, complete or HTML only, if disconnected from internet: "Server not found"

I right clicked, chose "Save Page As...", chose both HTML Only and Complete on 2 different tries. When I tried to bring the page back up when disconnected from the internet network, I receive the "Server Not Found" error page. I shouldn't have to be connected to bring a saved page back up. I've not had this happen before, and it has only happened w/ a particular page, but one which is perfectly normal. What might be the explanation and solution? Thank you.

I would start with seeing if the Web Browser on the G4 can get to 192.168.0.1 which should be the web server (Set Up pages) on the router.
If that does not work I would double check the cable (Use another).
If you can I would connect two computers together and see if the Self Assigned IP (169.xxx.xxx.xxx) works to eliminate the Ethernet Card.
You have no connection to the Internet.
You need to sort out where it is breaking down.
As other devices seem to get on the 'Net then it would appear to be:-
The Ethernet Port on the routing device.
The Cable itself.
The Card or Port on the Mac

I want to set up a mailto link that sends the contents of the page to a predefined address when clicked. I want this to work from a webpage viewed on an iPad as well as a desktop computer. If this is possible, how do I do it?

You cannot, but you may be able to send the link to an address, just not the webpage content itself.

Can I make a button bring up an image when clicked?

I know how to make a button show an image when rolling over or holding down a button, but I don't know how to make my button clickable to where it opens up an image. I am new at this.
I have a page that has some thumbs showing. I want to be able to click the thumb and have the full size image pop up. Is that doable? I guess with another click to make the image go way and have the thumbs showing again.

I get a blank popup window when clicking a link in some websites. I used to get info in the popup.

I updated to FF 3.6 in early December. Since then there are some regular sites I visit that display a blank page when I click a link that used to have a popup window with the information.

I do not see the Adobe Reader (PDF) plugin listed with your original question. To see the plugins submitted with your question, click "More system details..." to the right of your original question post. You can also see your plugins from the Firefox menu, Tools > Add-ons > Plugins.
Try the following:
#Close all Firefox windows, File > Exit
#Click (Windows) Start > All Programs (or Programs) > Adobe Reader (Adobe Reader will open)
#On the Adobe Reader menu, click Edit > Preferences > Internet
#Under Web Browser Options, check the "Display PDF in browser" box
#Click OK. Close Adobe Reader

Turns out to be an iPhone 4 problem. I went to a store and they replaced it. No problems now. My wife's iPhone 4 also had to be replaced which is disturbing. We had the original iPhone, iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS without issue. This iPhone is not that good. It was emphasized to me the other day when I used a Razor in my house and found the voice quality infinitely superior and worked in places where my iPhone 4 failed completely (all on AT&T).
People on the other end of calls with the Razor commented that my voice sounded much better and asked what had I done (they were used to the calls made with the iPhone).
I am afraid I think that the iPhone 4 is not all it is cracked up to be. For phone use the Razor beats it hands down. Now, when it comes to email etc. the iPhone is infinitely superior but as a phone it is certainly not as good as it could be.
I am afraid that Apple may have lost the magic recipe and, if I had not gone past the return date, the iPhone 4 would be going back.
