Cannot Bring Up A Particular Website

I have been using www.Cricut.com for years. A couple of weeks ago I tried to get on the website and cannot do so. I keep getting "This server is not responding" from Safari. I have also tried Foxfire and get something similiar. I even tried another iMac that is running Snow Leopard and my iPad2 and cannot get on the website. I am getting so frustrated as I really do need to get on this website in order to be able to update one of my devices.. I tried pinging the site and get this:

I have an Airport Extreme Basestation. This is the only site I cannot get on to.
Anyone have any suggestionsas to how to correct this?

Well, I'm not sure what the PING report means, but did you get rid of all the Cookies for that site? If not, do that now, and restart Safari immediately afterward, OK?

UPDATE: I had 36 Safari windows open and minimized on the dock from my last session; 20 of those windows failed to open b/c Safari "couldn't find the server"; I just went to the URL bar of all 20 pages and clicked return, and all 20 pages loaded perfectly, without dropping any images or losing formatting. This is a puzzle!!!

You need the 'Domain' file in which iWeb keeps its data. This lives by default in (user)/Library/Application Support/iWeb. You need to locate it on the old machine and copy it to the same position in the new machine. Note that it is the Library folder in your Home folder, not the one at root level.
This folder is hidden on Lion and above; to access it, in the Finder go to the ‘Go’ menu and hold down the Option (Alt) key; the Library folder will appear as a choice. In Mavericks you can make it permanently visible - open your Home Folder the from the Finder's View menu, choose show View Options and check Show User Library.

Why does one particular website not open on my ipad*,

Why does one particular website not open on my ipad, when it alwasys did, but the same website is available upstairs on my PC, I'm using the same remote connection but for some reason it doesn't want to open. I;ve tried refreshing etc... but nothing works.
When I bring the ipad to work the website in question opens OK.
Any suggestions??

Firefox (or any browser) will not load one particular website. It shows NO error message, just remains blank

I have the site bookmarked and I try through google as well. Neither Safari or Opera will load this particular website for me. I had this problem in an internet cafe this summer but when i got home it seemed to go away, now it's back. No matter which way I try I cannot get it to open this website. i am using a Macbook pro. I'd rather not have to use an open DNS or google DNS just to open the site i just want it to work like it did before. Any ideas, please?

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
You can remove all stored data from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry (Show All History or History sidebar) or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove everything like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions from that domain, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make a note of those passwords and bookmarks.<br />
You can't recover from that "forget" unless you have a backup of the affected files.
It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

It is now confirmed that iWeb, and iDVD, has been discontinued by Apple. This is evidenced by the fact that new Macs are shipping with iLife 11 installed but without iWeb and iDVD.
On June 30, 2012 MobileMe will be shutdown. However, iWeb will still continue to work but without the following:
Features No Longer Available Once MobileMe is Discontinued:
◼ Password protection
◼ Blog and photo comments
◼ Blog search
◼ Hit counter
◼ MobileMe Gallery
All of these features can be replaced with 3rd party options.
I found that if I published my site to a folder on my hard drive and then uploaded with a 3rd party FTP client subscriptions to slideshows and the RSS feed were broken. If I published directly from iWeb to the FPT server those two features continued to work correctly.
There's another problem and that's with iWeb's popup slideshows. Once the MMe servers are no longer online the popup slideshow buttons will not display their images.

However, Roddy McKay and I have figured out a way to modify existing sites with those slideshows and iWeb itself so that those images will display as expected once MobileMe servers are gone. How to is described in this tutorial: #26 - How to Modify iWeb So Popup Slideshows Will Work After MobileMe is Discontinued.
It now appears that the iLife suite of applications offered on disc is now a discontinued product and the remaining supported iApps will only be available thru the App Store from now on. However, the iLife 11 boxed version that is still available at the online Apple Store (Store button at the top of the page) and those still on the shelves of retailers will include iWeb and iDVD. Those two apps were listed in small, gray text on the iLife 11 box that I bought.
Personally, if I didn't already have a copy I would purchase one to have it for reinstallation purposes if ever needed.

It sounds as if maybe you have just bookmarked the wrong thing.
Probably the link you give in your post works if so use and bookmark that.

There are several threads about this problem, most notably one called 'Invalid Certificates' is over 4 pages long. Many of us have experienced difficulty connecting to banking and other secure sites. On my Macbook Pro, I cannot get to my banking site with any browser, however I can get there on my iMac using Safari, but get the 'Invalid Certificate' notice with FF and Chrome. The problem started after the installation of 10.7.4. I have sent a message to Apple--they will be dismayed to hear that I cannot complete an order at their online store!

For a particular server, we would like to allow access to a particular website and block the all other internet traffic.
I have created an identity with that particular server, an access policy linked to a particular identity and custom URL category for the specific website. But still, the
server can browse to all websites.

You can go to System Administration --> Policy Trace tool and make sure the traffic is hitting the correct policy.

You mean you want to be able to get the # of visitors to your web site? There's plenty of web server log parsers out there to get stats or simple page counters.
If you mean you want to be able to get the # of visitors to any web site, then you can't... not without some serious hacking, which last I checked would be illegal in most places. Unless the site owner publishes the info for some reason.

Reason I had to chat with Customer Support is that I got the following message upon placing Upgrade Order.

Since yesterday clicking on a link in an email message firefox doesn't open a new tab with that particular website.

I am using Firefox 3.6.13 on a 2009 Mac Pro computer (OSX 10.6.6). Up until yesterday when I clicked on a link in an email message Firefox opened a new tab and switched to that particular website. Since yesterday Firefox doesn't do that. I have Firefox set up as my default browser. I tried to change my default browser to Safari, then everything worked fine. Clicking on a link in a message a new tab has opened in Safari with that particular website. My problem is, that I like Firefox a bit more than Safari and I'd like to know what to do to restore that functionality to Firefox.

It's a good idea to try disabling Flash completely and see whether the problem continues. If it does, then my guess is incorrect. To test that, open this tab:

What version of BlackBerry Desktop Software are you using on the Mac? Also go to Device>Forget Data and close down BlackBerry Desktop Software and re-open the application and then try the synchronization.

I cannot bring up the menues that show the marquees. All I get is a setup for working with videos.... not photos

Am 100% a newbie with photoshop. I can organize the photos I have stored on my hard drive. when I go to select a photo to administer some treatments.... such as changing the shape, vignetting, etc.... I cannot bring up the submenu with the marquees that enable this activity. I have installed the disc twice.... need some advice/help....

Sub menu for the marquee tools hover over the tool in the tools palette or right click on it.
