Cannot browse 6670 using Bluetooth (Mac)

I have successfully synced my Mac with my Nokia 6670 phone. However, when I use 'browse device' on the Mac it does not see any folders.
What's going on??
I have anew Mac with the latest iSync software.

I have an update to this problem.
If I first connect to the iPhone's network using my iPad then subsequently connect my MBA to the network (I did this whilst the iPad was still connected to the iPhone), browsing works!
If I then disconnect both devices and reconnect just the MBA, I am back to square one - browsing doesn't work.
I have now posted this question in the Lion community too as I'm starting to think that this is more of a software issue.

it runs great using bluetooth to connect my stereo and iphone/ipad/ipod. However, it doesn't work for my macbook. I can find my stereo bluetooth device and the connection is successful. However, there is no sound and then the bluetooth kick my macbook out. Also, there is the message on macbook that "error....."
What should I do for this issue?

Hi,
Frist u need to open Media in the BB open Menu, select Receive Using Bluetooth. I your PC select file you want to transfer, then right click Send via Bluetooth.. In your phone select file to SAVE.

Cannot make calls using my Mac

I was working with Continuity and Handoff perfectly, yesterday I had to sign out my iCloud from my iPhone for a reason, when I connected it back I didn't noticed anything, but today, I tried to a call using my mac then I failed, it says that they must be using the same iCloud account, I removed the account from both devices, restarted them, get them connected again but without result, Handoff is working fine, I can receive call on my Mac (That's the weirdest part), but I can not make calls directly from my mac please help me. Even Messages, they stopped appearing on my Mac, and i cant receive new ones on it !

You set the default browser via Safari preferences and you set the default email client via Mail.app preferences.
Choose Preferences from the Safari menu, then click General. Choose Safari from the Default Web Browser pop-up menu.

N82 SIP clint cannot answer/hangup using bluetooth

Hi,
I have a N82 (V 20.0.062) and a NOKIA bluetooth headset BH-202. My problem is that I cannot bluetooth answer/hangup when I use the SIP client. In GSM mode bluetooth anser/hungup works fine. Is this something that can be fixed somehow?

I've noticed the same thing in the N95 (v21) and can only assume that there's some technical reason why it wasn't implemented.

The iPod cannot be synced. The required disk cannot be found using a MAC

Restore the ipod once and in setup assistant window let the option automatically sync remain checked. while the ipod started syncing immediately go to the settings page and check enable disk use and click on apply. remember this process must be done while the ipod is syncing..

I can connect my smartphone (nokia) to my Mac Book Pro, but if I try to send something from Nokya to my Mac using bluetooth, that's impossible. The only way is to search what I wanto to store in my Mac, using the Mac and browse my Nokia with Finder.

Using a Mac, Firefox does not allow me to use the vertical scroll bar real-time in Godaddy webmail. It lags and jumps. Godaddy says it is a browser issue. Does not happen in Safari with Mac OS 10.4.11 or on PC w/windows vista.

Thanks for this... I actually wanted to pair my iPad with my iPod touch so I can use the keynote remote app in my iPod touch to control my keynote presentations... I was able to control my presentations through wifi... I wanted to use the bluetooth since internet connection is quite slow.. The app tells me I can connect through bluetooth with my iPad but sadly, it can't... I've been trying to pair them but the can't discover each other... :(

Cannot browse to Outlook webmail - Firefox, Mac

I have Firefox 35.0.1 and OS X Yosemite 10.10.1
On Firefox, I cannot browse to webmail.oxfam.ca. I can do so on Safari on the same computer but on Firefox, the wheel just spins, Connecting... and eventually it times out and I get a blank page with an error message.
I've looked for solutions on line having to do with supported browsers, changing History and Security settings, and I can't find the solution. Cookies and cache have been cleared.
I can get to OWA on my other Mac on Firefox. It's running Mavericks instead of Yosemite and the add-ons/plug-ins are a bit different from between the 2 Firefoxes but don't know which ones - if any - to change.
Any suggestions?

According to your description, I understand that you cannot use Firefox 35.0.1 logon OWA on Mac, however another Mac with same version works fine.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Firefox is supported for Outlook Web App when it runs on Exchange 2013, for your reference:

Cannot send file via bluetooth from galaxy s5 to mac yosemite os x

Recently upgraded to Yosemite from Mavericks and now cannot receive any files via bluetooth
on my Galaxy S5. I can however receive files on my s5 from Yosemite.
Restarted mac with CMD+OPT+P+R, disconnected USB, waited 3 minutes on shutdown and reset bluetooth settings
but still no joy.
Please post any other solutions.

Tripper: Sorry for my delayed response (very sick dad in the hopsital). Also, sorry I answered the *wrong* question. To transfer files:
On each Mac OS X 10.5-based Mac, from the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
From the View menu, choose Sharing.
Check (click) the "On" box next to Bluetooth Sharing.
Close the Sharing preferences window.
Select the file that you want to transfer.
Select "Send Using Bluetooth" from the Blackberry menu.
You will now receive a pop-up asking you to select a device. Select the paired computer you want to transfer the file to.
The file will start transferring. If you selected "Ask What to Do" in the Bluetooth prefs,you'll get a pop-up on the computer asking you if you want to accept or decline the file transfer.
That's it. Let me know if you still have problems.

Cannot browse nokia 6670!!!

hi, i have a nokia 6670 and since the poor nokia software doesnt support this phone i've been trying to browse it via bluetooth, and i can transfer files one by one, but when attempt to actually browse the phone nothing appears, nor folders nor files. So if anyone can help me i am all ears!
(by the way, i have the DKU-2 cable that comes with the phone, but i cant use it because i couldnt find nokia software compatible)

I think it might be too. However, when I ask they just reply that everyone else is connected OK. People tend to have a similar problem with Vista laptops. You have to delete the existing profile and setup again. This works for Vista but not the BlackBerry.
They use a 10 digit password. I have entered it repeatedly, lowercase and uppercase. Its a Hex Decimal password using WEP. Any ideas what the problem with the Internet Cafe's router might be?

Imac bluetooth cannot browse iphone

I cannot use my imac desktop to browse my iphone using bluetooth. The window shows my pocketPC PDA and my iphone but when I click on the iphone and click browse, the thinks briefly the gives me 'the device does not have the necessary services'.
Any ideas?

Iphone supports bluetooth for headset and handsfree telephone devices/functions ONLY.
