Cannot buy a Membership? Error processing!

I have tried buying a yearly complete membership to CC prepaid. I have tried over and over and over again. I have spoken to customer support on chat (When it worked), and they could not resolve the problem with the answer, we will get back to you. This is the error I am constantly getting as soon as I click the Continue button after I enter my payment details and accept the terms and conditions.

Hi, I'm having the same issue as Ramon54321.
Payment processed but error in processing order - bank has sent me a notification saying the amount has been made but there's an error message, and there is no records in my account.

    I have the same problem on my iMac. My facetime has been working, but now I'm getting the same error as You. I've been through the following:
    The stuff that Linc Davis suggested, new profile on iMac, moved iMac into DMZ zone with no firewall rules, tested with other Apple-ID, checked hosts file, checked different timezone settings, tried to connect to 2 mobile APs (with diferent providors), changed DNS servers (ISP's DNS + Google DNS + Open DNS) - Nothing helped. Also talked to Apple Support, since i have Apple Care, but the seem to be a bit clueless also Well I've mailed them the results of my different tests, so lets see what they come up with - Unfortunately I'm sure it will be the same suggestion as all the major PC manufactures suggests, reinstall and test - RIGHT !!!!!!
    If I get solution, I'll post it here.

    You got ripped off. You bought a hacked/jailbroken phone. That's what error 1015 means. Return it and get your money back if possible and buy a phone from a legitimate source.
    Discussing jailbroken / hacked phones is forbidden by the terms of service. Jailbreaking / hacking voids any warranty and forfeits your right to support here or from Apple. You can not get help here.

    Managed to get this sorted - the microsoft user account was corrupted. Did a refresh on the PC. VS is sort of  working after several hours of downloading updates.
    So the precious issue has been resolved, am I right? If so, would you mind marking the useful reply as the answer?
    VS states that I have visual studio extensions for windows library for javascript - but I do not. I think it is referring to a previous download of VS. I cannot get tools>extensions to download it again.
    For this new issue, my suggestion is that you could post a new case in this forum, you know that one thread for one issue, it would be better if you open up a new thread for the new question. In this way, our discussion here will not deviate too much from
    the original issue. This will make answer searching in the forum easier and be beneficial to other community members as well.

    As far as I know, we could uninstall it under Programs and Features, if you make sure that you didn’t install it before, maybe you could check it whether you could get it there.

  • Cannot log in on laptop/buy songs? Error 50

    Today, I was going to buy an album but when I clicked "Buy Now", an error box came up saying Error 50, and so I tried to access my account from iTunes, but it wouldn't even let me through, bringing up the same error box. I uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it, and rebooted my computer. I tried to access my account from my iPad, and it it worked. I was even able to buy the album from my iPad, using the same account. But when I tried on my computer, Error 50 still appeared. So I logged out, hoping that re-logging back in would help. Now I can't even log into my account on my laptop. But everything works fine on my iPad.
    What do I do to solve my problem? I have a brand new Dell Inspiron 17 with Windows 8, if that helps.
    Please answer soon, if that is possible.

    This appears to be a common error with MacBooks Air. If you Google search on the wording of the error code you will find posts in forums all over the internet, and everyone that I have seen is a MacBook Air. And they also seem to have in common that I number of them had been recently worked on by Apple Geniuses at Apple Stores.
    The most useful info in resolving the issue is that the image Apple Geniuses are using to format MBA HDDs has a bad .plist file.
    To resolve the issue for most folks;
    1. Go to Sys Prefs/Network and note your Network configuration. Then remove all network adapters.
    2. Trash the file /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist
    3. Restart
    4. Go to SYs Prefs/Network and restore the network adapters and configure your Network settings again.
    The Mac App Store should now work properly.

  • Iphone 3Gs - Upgrade OS 4.0 - Cannot buy anymore in app store & itunes

    After the upgrade to OS4.0 (Iphone 3GS) I cannot buy anymore applications in App Store. I have access to the apple store and to the applications to buy but the icon with the buy/download in the right corner does not appear for any application (same for itunes - Impossible to buy musics).
    I have already tried with other itunes account and the behaviour is the same. With OS3.0 I haven't any problems.
    With a PC and Itunes the problem does exist and apps can be bought. The only problem is in the iphone ....
    Anyone can help ?

    Thanks Tommy, but I had already tried the "Notes" setting on and off and neither seemed to make any difference.
    I just tried to email a Voice Memo, another feature I use regularly, and it had the same problems as before however this time it wouldn't even send a message to the Outbox.
    I decided to try a few differnent mail accounts I have, POP3, IMAP and HOTMAIL to see if any of them would work. Interestingly, when I created a new POP3 account and clicked "Save", during the verification process for this new POP3 account it produced an error with the IMAP account!
    I thought I should just delete the newly created POP3 account as well as my normal IMAP account (this one noted in the first post above) and then I'd recreate the IMAP account. As I deleted the POP3 account, I heard the sound that is played when an email is sent, the phone then automatically switched to the Mail application and showed the Outbox with all of my previous attempts to send Notes and Voice Memos from the last couple of days. Which all sent successfully.
    So even though I was able to send and receive emails during this time, it would seem the OS4.0 upgrade butchered something in the IMAP account settings, which caused both the Notes and Voice Memos to have issues.
    It all seems to be working OK now, I just thought I would share this solution/work-around in case anyone else is having the same problems as I did.

    I'm sure I could be forgiven for thinking that you're having a dig at me there, with your use of the phrase "Apple won't miss your business". As in me.
    Either I've misunderstood you, or you've misunderstood me.
    My point is that we're customers. Not just me, but you, the original poster and everyone else. As customers, we have choice.
    I was simply pointing out that if a business makes it too difficult to do business with them, shop somewhere else.
    There is no law saying that anyone has to buy music from the iTunes Store, but from the reaction within the forums, you would think there was. If you look at blizzard10's post above, there appears to be more anger or frustration with the Store than is justified. Why? Simply shop elsewhere (for music). Yes, I know that doesn't answer the issue with Apps, but I believe I have covered that point sufficiently, although I will mention it again.
    When these posts about problems with the new security questions arose, I assumed it was probably simply user error. However, there appear to be so many of these posts (and therefore, a lot of people with the issue), that I now wonder if Apple have made the process either; a.) too difficult for some people, or b.) impossible for some people.
    If the problem is significant enough (and it now looks as though it is), then eventually someone at Apple will notice that sales have dropped. Yes, Apple is huge and "won't notice mine or any other individual's business". But, that's at Corporate level. Every sensible business will have someone watching a department's sales figures and the Store shuld be no exception. If those figures go down, then they will start asking questions - and fix the problem.
    In the meantime, customers, all customers, buy from the business that makes it easy to do so. Why give yourself a headache over someone else's (Apple's) mistake?
