Cannot Call Out to Specific Phone Number

I am not able to call out to a specific phone number from the iPhone.
I am able to call this specific phone number from different sources. ie. Another cell phone, lan line, work, etc...
Any clues on why just a specific phone number cannot be made to?
When I try to call, I always get 2 beep sounds only and says the Call Ended.
I get no Dial tone when I call also.
ps.
It could be that somehow they blocked my cell phone number.
But, I do not believe so.

Aha! T-Mobile is so ticked at losing out to AT&T that they are blocking incoming calls from iPhones!

Specific phone number cannot be called nor call received

My wife's iPhone 3G cannot place nor receive a call from one specific telephone number; this number is the only one that we know that doesn't work. When she calls it, she hears three beeps, and the phone says call failed. If the number calls in, the phone sort of locks up for a little and shows the circular animation in the middle of the screen.
I saw where one other user experienced this, but that thread has been archived. Anyone else? Any solutions?

Try deleting the contact that was created for that number and calling it again.
You can also try resetting the iphone by holding the sleep and home button until you see the apple logo.

MOH not working on specific phone number after uploading new MOH file

We have Cisco Unified CM Administration version 8.0.3.20000-2.
Our college has a global MOH (music on hold) file (MOH_040208) that plays for everyone. I was trying to figure out how to upload a different music file (MOH_101311) to see if I could get that MOH file to play only on my phone number (extension). I uploaded a file via Cisco Unified CM Administration>Media Resources>MOH Audio File Management. The upload appeared to be successful (no errors). Then, I went to Media Resources>Music On Hold Server Audio Sources and assigned the next available stream number (#3) to this newly uploaded MOH file.
Next, I went to Device>selected my device name>selected Line #1 and changed the User Hold MOH Audio Source and Network Hold MOH Audio Source from <None> to the newly uplodaded file, MOH_101311. I saved and applied config. During testing, I found that when my line puts anyone on hold, all they hear is silence. However, the college's global music on hold plays for everyone else. On my line, I removed the selection from User Hold MOH Audio Source and Network Hold MOH Audio Source, which put it back to its default of <None>. I deleted the MOH_101311 file from the phone system by removing it from the following two locations: Cisco Unified CM Administration>Media Resources>MOH Audio File Management and Media Resources>Music On Hold Server Audio Sources. However, my line will still not play music when I put someone on hold; then caller only hears silence. I rebooted my phone by unplugging it and plugging it back in, but this did not resolve the issue.
Did I do something incorrectly when trying to get a new MOH file to play on a specific phone number/extension? If so, can someone tell me the correct steps?
Any suggestions on how to make my phone number/extension go back to the way it was and play the college's default MOH file?

Try resetting it: hold on/off and home buttons simultaneously 10-15 seconds until you see the Apple logo (ignoring the red off slider which appears first), release and wait for the phone to restart.

Why Siri cannot call out (Fixed Line or Mobile No.) in Malaysia?

Just bought a iPhone 4S 64GB with local mobile service provider (Digi) with 24 months contract (on 28 Dec 2011), but same problem happen in Malaysia, which Siri cannot call out to Fixed Line or Mobile No. (Siri will reply that: Sorry, I can't call Home's home number.)
Really hope that Apple can provide a solution to solve it ASAP.

According to this forum: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2175165/all, it seems that Siri is expecting a 7-8 digit phone numbers excluding the country code and area code, so adding an extra "0" digit or two at the back of the phone number may be able to fix your problem. The phone number should still connect correctly. Try that, it works for me in Indonesia where some phone numbers are still 6 digits.

This is the number I see when logged in with an AdobeID associated with the US is:

It is possible that you are somewhere else in the world and the webpage is smart enough to give a different phone number, so the number I see may or may not be applicable to where you are.
It also may be advisable to use the Chat instead of the phone, because it may be easier to understand what someone is typing than trying to interpret their English through whatever accent they are speaking with.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Many people are having this problem for the last couple of days. This is a problem that Apple has to fix. If you look around the forum, you will see many, many discusssions about this and they have been going on for a few days.
According to Fly150 in another discussion, this is a workaround - for the time being.
If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
1. Go to App Store
2. Select Purchased
3. Select All
4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
5. Select update on the Apps
This should update the Apps and get rid of the update count in App Store.

You can't. Contact your carrier and ask them if they provide such a service. Most carriers do not, unless the text messages are threatening or harassing, but you can ask.

Phone call with your own phone number

Today I receive a phone call with my Home Phone on the Caller ID. My Phone Number is supposed to be unlisted.

It is likely a scam or robo call who often mask their own numbers by using legitimate numbers.

Cannot connect outgoing call to one specific cell number on the Verizon network.

Cannot connect to a specific number with an outgoing call. The call goes to voicemail after first ring. Can call the same number on a different phone with no problems. Is there a setting I accidentally activated. I have been able to call the number in the past.
