Cannot cancel my 12 month membership!

I have tried following the instructions for canceling my 12 month subscription to creative cloud (I am currently in the last month), but when I click on the link "Cancel this plan", I get the message:
If you cancel your plan, you will lose access to certain features of your Creative Cloud membership, including certain applications, a higher level of services, and additional cloud storage. At the end of your current paid month, June 13, 2014, your membership will revert to a free membership, and you'll be billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation, as outlined in our billing terms. Memberships canceled within the first 30 days after purchase will be fully refunded by contactingCustomer Support.
To cancel your plan, please contact Customer Support.
So, can you guys help me cancel my plan for Flash Professional?

The message that you get while cancelling your plan is because you currently have an annual contract for the subscription and you are cancelling it before the completion of the year.

    I cannot cancel my membership of Creative Cloud.
    As you suggest everywhere to go there and there, actually there are just links and at the end there is no solution to really cancel my membership.
    I am being charged every month of 17 euro, and that is really painful and frustraited.
    As you suggest first click on your "name", I did,..
    then click on "Manage account" , I did.....
    then under "Plans & Products" click "Manage Plan", I did.....
    I don't see "Cancel Plan"  under "Plan Detail"

    You do need to contact Adobe Support to get it cancelled, Contact Customer Care.

    The reason being if the Cc is more than 30 days old, there is a cancellation fee attached to it.

  • I recently cancelled my creative cloud membership after 8 months.

    In April 2014 I purchased a one year membership and had been paying monthly.  I never downloaded or activated the software on any machine.  The client I purchased this membership for ended up dropping the project in November so I had no need for it anymore. I talked to a customer service representative on the telephone in November.  He told me I could cancel my one year membership and that I would be refunded my entire 8 months of membership since I had never downloaded or activated the software.  The membership has been cancelled, but the refund has not happened.  When I try to contact customer service now, I can not find a phone number.  I get sent to forums only because I do not have a paid membership anymore.  How can I follow up on this previous customer service call?  This is worth alot of money to me and I need to see this resolved.

    Co incidentally the request had been escalated to me & on November 29th 2014, I had approved the refund of all the renewals & the base order, a total of 254.32$ since the CC was never activated at all .
    On December 1st 2014, all the renewals & base orders were refunded in multiples of 31.79$ each. Our payment portal shows that they all have been credited to your Bank on December 1st 2014.

    Actually, I think that to cancel a month-to-month membership you don't
    even need to contact Adobe.
    Just sign into your account at Adobe, click on My Plans (or whatever
    it's called) and Cancel it.
    For a yearly plan if you're not cancelling in the last month, you do
    need to contact Adobe (and there will normally be a cancellation fee).
    But for month-to-month, I think there's no problem to do it yourself.
    If in doubt, contact Adobe customer service with Peter's link.

    Not getting any option on my account to do this. Not getting any manage payments or credit card info either. Neither generally or on Manage Your Plan option. Adobe official help for this particular problem mentions to goto Customer Support. That option only gives one further option which pointed me to the forums.
    I have decided that though its more expensive on a per month basis a one month membership on a "pay for that month when you need it" suits me more. But seeing how effortless it is is to manage payment information or remove credit card information on Amazon and Apple and how tough/ impossible it is here, I'm seriously reconsidering that too. This is the only large user base company in my decades of interaction with online commerce that makes me follow this torturous path to edit/ remove credit card details and manage payments. I'm genuinely astonished at the UX decision behind this surely oft used process.

    Im absolutely signed in under my ID. Im on an updated Safari on OS X Yosemite.
    I'm beginning to think maybe my free trial will expire and they'll ask if I want to upgrade as opposed to upgrading automatically. That's the only explanation assuming as a marketing company UX is something they understand.
    But the whole taking credit card info doesn't make sense then. Anyways will they entertain me if I call their customer service?
