Cannot cancel POs

Hi All,
We get the error message *"Please undo the changes to the current document in the current revision before taking the cancel action"* whne we try the cancel a purchase order.
We are on R 12.1.3
In 11i we were able to cancel POs without this error although the Archive on in PO document types was set to on Approval.
I went through the note *Unable To Cancel Purchase Orders Due to Error Please Undo Changes In The Current Document Revision [ID 315607.1]*, but as per this its normal behaviour if the Archive was set to on Approval.So we need to reapprove the revision in order to cancel the PO.
Can anyone explain this situation?

Hi,
I found that the PO archive tables were not in sync with the standard tables.
Since we have set the set to archive option on the purching documents at PO Approval, we need to reapprove the PO in order to update the archive table
So its necessary to create a revision and re approve the PO.

I downloaded the latest iTunes software update and it properly installed. But, I cannot close the update window showing it was completed and the blue completion bar is full but cannot cancel or close it either. Any ideas on how to clear that out and close the window. Tried to quit on both the big window and the software update title in the menu bar. No luck.

Tried that by shutting down via the power button only as the normal shutdown was nixed by the open window issue. It did not help. Found a very similar question in the discussions and it recommended "Force Quit". That worked and the update works normal and the window is gone. Thanks!

Error 'cannot cancel document with a down payment that was drawn to invoice

Error 'cannot cancel document with a down payment that was drawn to invoice. We need to void a check and are getting this message. We also get message when trying to cancel the outgoing payment. The AP Down payment is closed, and the AP invoice is also closed. Is there a way to 'undraw' the down payment on the AP invoice? How can this be voided? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Resolved...just had to go into Devices and Printers, select the printer and cancel the job.

This problem is because of, the Due Date Mentioned in your payment is less than your System Date.
To cancel this payment, do the following. (Do all this in SAP Server)
1. As we need to change System Date ask all users to logg out from SAP.
2. Ensure no user is booking any documents.
3. Close SAP Appliaction and Change the system date previous or same date in the Due Date of that Document
4. Select appropriate posting period, unlock posting period
5. Open the Payment screen and select your document.
6. Cancel the Document, choose document date as the cancel date.
7. Close SAP again and change the system date to current date

5320 cannot cancel single sms entry in call log

Hi,
I've a problem, my nokia 5320 (s60 3rd) cannot cancel a single entry from sms log. The only solution I have is to cancel the complete log (calls as well).
Reading the forum I understand it's a limit of s60, someone is suggesting codes (but I really don't know how to use them) and someone else is suggesting a software (but they never mention the name).
Can someone be so kind to give me the name of a s60 application (if free better..) able to perform this task?

From the Control Panel, open Administrative Tools and select Sevices. Browse down to the print spooler service, right click it and select Properties then click on the Stop button. Now browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS and delete the job inside this folder - You may need to click a prompt to gain the appropriate authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
Restart the computer and you should find the document(s) have been removed.

Very interesting,normally XI objects get locked we can remove thos locks in Administartion page, MESSAGE HEADER lock means its really unknow reaons / and interesting for me..what to know the sol....try to remove locks in Administartion if any objects locked.

i cannot cancel a credit card off my account - i have followed the steps
stores payment details = delete
the system is not asking me to confirm deletion so the credit card remains there.

- What happens when you swipe the song left and right? For iTunes purchases you should get a Delete Button for non-iTunes purchases and for iTunes purchases if Show All is turned off in Settings>iTunes and App Store. If it is turned on yo will get a Remove button.
- If still problem:
- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

cannot cancel an Apple Update program window from running in Windows7 - will not disappear?

This happened to me when updating to IOs 6 on my iPhone 4, somehow update started to update "all" (a specific app download froze,when wi-fi reconnected I entered my password again and "update all" started on its own!)
It was simple really, when you see the update kick in (blue line filling in) just press the icon for that app and hold it until the X delete button pops up (you will see all your icons shaking) Delete the app, this will remove the app from the iphone and stop the update. Then go to iTunes then Apps, you will see the app you deleted unchecked. Check it and sinc the iPhone. Voila! The key is to do your updates from your iPhone and not directly from iTunes so that when you sinc the iPhone from iTunes it will install the old version.

Try closing the Mail app completely and see if it works properly when you re-open the app : from the home screen (i.e. not with the Mail app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Mail app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
