Cannot change store or clear unpaid purchases

Hello,
I'm trying to clear my unpaid purchases and change my payment to NONE.
The message i'm always getting is that "Payment processing is temporary unavilable, please try again later" I've been getting this message since today morning, and it's still showing up.
I've been also trying to change my store to U.S States Storefront to input my iTunes Gift Card number, but its also not working. I don't know why its happening this way, please advise.

You also may want to consider disabling any security software that may be running (including firewalls, anti-virus, web acceleration, etc). While rare, it's possible that security software could conflict with access to the Canadian Store and not the USA Store. I would also, if you are connecting to the internet via a router, disconnect it and connect directly via your broadband modem.

settings - app/iTunes store - sign out and sign back in with your new id.
Note - if your older apps needs an update it will use your old apple id and password, as Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can't merge apple id.

I had this exact issue. However, I was not even able to "see" the pending downloads when I tried fixing them using the solution above.
In another thread, I saw that someone mentioned an issue with the use of the "&" (ampersand) symbol in your appleID information. I had recently changed my name and it did include the & symbol in my name (not the appleID itself). I replaced the ampersand with the word "and" and saved. I then went to the iTunes store and logged into my account there and made the same change on my billing name.
Voila! I could now access the 7 pending downloads on my desktop Mac and download them, and all iPhone/iPad/Ipods were again able to download from the app store.
incidentally, I had several support tickets open on this issue and never once did the Apple person even suggest that this might be the issue.

App Store products can only be updated by signing in to the store with the same Apple ID that was originally used to download them. You can't update anything, including your own purchases, as long as there are pending updates linked to the other ID.
If you can't sign in with the other ID, you have to delete all the apps that are linked to it. If you don't know which apps those are, see below.
1. Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it:

3. The search window will now show all the App Store products that are installed. Compare those search results with the list of your purchases from the App Store. To see the complete list, you may need to unhide hidden purchases. If any apps were download from the App Store using other Apple ID accounts that you control, sign in to the store under each of those ID's and check the purchases.
4. At least one of the apps in the Spotlight search results is not among your purchases in the App Store. Delete each such item by following the instructions in the Apple Support article linked above.
5. Quit and relaunch the App Store.
If you find these instructions confusing, ask for an alternative method.

I have changed the apple id on my settings to reflect the current account for all our apple products.
But this is not changing when I go to the App store to make a purchase or install updates.
How do I get the app store connection on my IPAD to go to the apple id i am currently using.
Obviously just changing it on the settings was not enough.

Again, this only affects you if someone *redownloaded* content with a different ID. In my case, I emailed iTunes Store support, explained the situation, and they reset the counter. I recommend you try the same
If you read discussion boards, this is a significant change from a year ago, when Apple told people in the same situation to go f&$# themselves. Clearly it's dawning on them that this is a stupid policy, and my guess is if people keep complaining they'll change it to something more reasonable. Remember, it wasn't that long ago you couldn't re-download content at all.
Apple can't really afford to play hardball on this. Sure, the hardcore fanboys will always say "Thank you sir, may I have another" whatever Apple throws at them, but the rest of us will just switch to Amazon, which has none of these restrictions.

Cannot change Apple ID on App Store

My daughter recently used my iPhone 4 to purchase apps. She changed the Apple ID but now I cannot change it back to mine. On Settings>Store, the ID is mine. I logged out, switched off the phone, logged in but when I go to App to update and purchase, the ID is still my daughter's. Appart from the fact that I shouldn't have goven the phone to her in the first place :-) can somebody please help me?

I discontinued the email I originally used with my iPhone 4. I succeeded in changing it on my computer and on the iPhone, to the one I currently use, but when I try to update some apps - the old Apple ID shows up under Apple ID Password! (Not the actually password)! I have tried everything to try to change it. Like I said, it was successfully changed on my computer and the iPhone. The password is still the same. Any suggestions?

You might just have to contact Apple and ask them to remove it (losing it). Usually people clear a balance by buying one song and having the exact remainder charged to their credit card, but if you don't have a US credit card you cannot do that.

I would just follow the instructions from this article to give your unused 4s to your spouse. Since you have already started using your 5s, you will still be receiving iMessages on that phone and will have no need to receive them on a device that has been replaced. The OS and the preinstalled iLife apps are permanently assigned to the Apple ID of the original owner. You need to ask the original owner to call Apple Care and request that the Mac be released from his Apple ID.
The only secure way to use a second hand Mac is to erase the HDD and install a fresh version of OS X.
The only version of OS X that the original owner can pass to you is the version of OS X that came preinstalled on the Mac. The original owner cannot legally pass to you any apps that he bought in the MAS.

Cannot change COGE in open Purchase Order

I have a problem in a customer Business One system.
I upgrade from 8.8 to 8.81 PL10.
BEFORE the upgrade, people inserted purchase Order and, in case the CoGe account was wrong, they changed it before to create Goods Receipt from Order.
AFTER the upgrade, they CANNOT change this value even if the new order is not inserted yet... simply, it is NOT editable. Note, in the Table Format the column is Visible and Editable.
What appened? Any idea to allow user to change CoGe Account during document compilation?
