I would suggest that you buy a visa or mastercard gift card and put a few dollars on it and use it to access the store. Just add money to it before you want to buy something from the store and it will act like a normal credit card for you.

ITunes cannot connect to my iPad because pairing record is missing.
This is a one month old iPad that I just upgraded to ios 5 before I used it. I don't know if the problem is in the upgrade.
When I did the upgrade, the message "iTunes cannot connect to the iPad because the pairing record is missing" came up. I figured I would call AppleCare in the morning. Yesterday I hooked the iPad up to the computer and it paired fine with iTunes (at least it showed in the left column under devices) but did not show up in My Computer as being hooked into a USB port. Now today it says that it can't pair with iTunes. Any ideas of what I do before I make an appointment with the Genius desk? I'm on the west coast and AppleCare hours are not compatible with my schedule. Wish I would have known it wasn't 24/7 before I purchased it.This helped after all other fixes wouldnt

ITunes cannot connect with this iPad Error/iOS 5 problem
It appears that ever since upgrading to iOS 5 and opting to sync my first gen iPad wirelessly, I have been receiving an error message each morning stating "iTunes cannot connect with this iPad..."
The wireless sync capability works fine, I plug my iPad into the wall when I come home, and it starts pushing and pulling all the new apps that I've downloaded in the day.
It appears that iTunes is will regularly try to connect with the iPad while it is charging. At some point during the evenings, either my iPad will be asleep or my iMac will be asleep. I think this is where the connection problem is arising.
Does anyone know how to change iTunes' frequency of wireless sync to a device that it is wirelessly connected to? Ideally, I'd like it to only sync wirelessly once when I plug the iPad into the wall.See if this page helps : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3221

If worse comes to worse, and it is in your Purchases tab, delete 1.0.3 and download it again. You might need to do Spotlight again. -

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.
