Cannot connect iTunes from iOS 6

When I loaded the "Purchased" page of App store by my apple ID "[email protected]" from IOS6 of iPad mini, the system prompted "cannot connect to iTunes " after loading for very long time (over 10 mins) or closed back to home suddenly.
Also, i tried to load the purchased items from IOS6 of ipad2 by my apple ID and the App was suddenly closed.
But the I can retrieve my purchased items from IOS5 of iPad 2 by my apple ID.
Pls check my apple ID with the relationship of IOS.

Then restart the device and log in again.

I cannot access iTunes from any device. It's telling me that itunes is temporally unavailable. It's not my connection, app, software, or device. I'm prett savvy with IT and it has to be on the other end. All of my devices didn't bite the dust at the same time. If they did S%&T!!

Open up multitasking by pressing the home button twice.
A band of apps should appear at the bottom.
Then tap and hold the iTunes app. Close it with the red x and then reopen.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:

You could try using the wifi only when you need it. This could cut down the number of times you will have to press OK. It won't fix it but it could help.
