Cannot connect to Adobe to sign in!

I cannot connect to Adobe or Adobe FormsCentral Plus to log in using IE9, or Firefox browsers. I see a url fly-by that starts with "new.abobe" prefix, but it disappears and goes to Webpage Not Available or Unable to connect to server messages, depending on the browser I'm using.   I'm on Windows 7, IE9, 64-bit architecture. Please help!

  • Cannot connect with adobe aplication manager for downloading products

    Hi. i subscribed Creative Cloud 3 days ago and have problems with downloading apps.
    I cannot login with Adobe Apliation Manager. When i type my AdobeID and my Passowrd and hit login, AAM says, "that it cannot connect to adobe. I should check my internet-connection...".
    My Internet-Connection is active.
    I turned off my firewall. And its not working too. The problem cannot my hosts file (only 127.0.0.1 localhost included).
    My System: Win8 64
    Any ideas, why i can't login to adobe with my accountdata? With the same data i can login to creative cloud webpage.

    No. I tried the "activation-network-i ssues" before 2 times.
    0. Patch installed
    1. I have/had internet connection
    2. I can call https pages
    3. drivers/etc/Hosts was/are clean.
    4. Current User > Trusted Root Certificate Authorities > Certificates is installed/enabled and the correct fields are checked
    5. Firewall was/is turned complety off.
    I cannot uninstall AAM. Because i can't find it in "Deinstallation Tool" of Win8. It is not listes. There is only Adobe Flash Player listed.
    I removed AAM via adobe cleaner tool. And installed it again.  And this helped not too.
    Any ideas how i can solve the problem?

  • PSE 12 - Cannot connect with Adobe

    I cannot connect with Adobe through PSE12.  The first time the message told me Help did not install and to uninstall and reinstall, which I did today.  I still cannot connect; yet, I was able to register the serial numbers for both elements and premiere. 
    In trying resolve the problem, I got another message that indicates there is no internet connection.  I have analyzed the install log and nothing there indicates an error in installation.
    I still have PSE 10 on my computer and can connect direct when in 10.

    I hope these windows illustrate what I am facing.
    The above window shows the prompt that the software requires activation.
    The version is 8.1.0.
    This next window is the point where I select activation by phone.
    This final window shows that the "response code" is not returned.  I get an
    "Activation Number" instead.

    application development forum ( as I am trying to develop an
    application with dreamweaver) but I get asked to post in the ADDT
    forum I feel like I am going round in circles
    Is anyone else having this problem?

    As far as I know the ADDT forum is the only one of it's kind

    The ADDT forums are on the former Adobe server .. this forum
    (and the appdev
    one) is on the former Macromedia server. The Adobe server
    requires a login
    to post. If you go here, you can select to register and
    choose a user name
    and password. This is NOT the same as your Adobe store login.

  • Cannot connect to adobe download servers

    I recently had to reformat my hard drive to fix some problems, and now I am trying to re-install my adobe applications.
    When I click the install button for any of the adobe apps It either sits at 0% or gives me an error that says I couldn't connect and need to check my firewall etc..
    I am connected to the internet on all other programs and went through adobes support archives about connectivity issues and nothing there helped me
    Also when I tried to install my hard disk copy of Photoshop cs6 it couldn't validate serial number because it isn't connected to the internet.
    Currently running windows 7 and have been using adobe apps for over a year without this sort of problem.
    If you need any other information just ask.

    update: now I can't get the adobe creative cloud app open, it's just a white page with the blue loading circle.

    Hi Joe,
    In case my hints from above will not bring the desired success, I would download a really new trial version of your program(s) in question and change it/them into a "real" version later, BUT because you said, that you "re-installed" already, so it become a little bit complicated. It would be necessary that you have to use "Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner Tool".
    Here an advice for that (The order varies depending on your individual needs. Please read all my proposals first, so you can better choose the first step:)
    1. Maybe you have to activate/deactivate, so please have a look there:

    2. Sometimes, we know in the meantime, the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.
    3. Did you already try "uninstalling and re-installing"? Be careful with (de)installing aso. by (de)installing by your own resources. As much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

    Also correct what you wrote but I have had so many issues ,with my more than fast reliable with the highest specs MBP, got that firesoved with great help from Apple support, than Ableton (music production program started to play up for no reason at all, so Ableton support solved about 80 % of it, lost all my pass words on my non jailbroken iPhone 5s that can not be restored via iCloud, for that you need yosemity. My work passion and to keep sane is producing music, Ableton is not ready for yosemity therefor I stick with Mountain Lion (I am also a manager of a big shop :-( ) I password gave my as the only solution first to sync with dropbox via drop box to iPhone. Not big fan of drop box and as I know that Drop Bopx can take and use quite a bit of tour broadband (i wish, I am in Thailand) but wifi so all this stuff first with my Mac, Ableton 1 Password, Dropbox, I always triy do resolve it my self witch at least takes me a day or longer. So loosing my wifi my tired but simple way of thinking is Drop Box is using all the wifi in the background.
    Just to make things a little more clear. Just lost my patience completely, 10 hours behind the comp 5 hours sleep , does nobody any good.

    Sometimes the sign-in process goes kablooey for whatever reason. It can usually be remedied by tapping the options icon (the cogwheel out in the project selection user interface; upper right) > My Account. Sign in that way and you should be able to get everything going again. I just did it on my Google Nexus 7 2013 with no problems.

  • HT201210 I have loaded IOS 6 but when it says I have just a few more steps to complete and asks me to sign in with my apple id, it says it cannot connect to server.   Now my ipad won't function at all and it is completely stuck even after turning it off a

    I was having trouble purchasing candy crush updates (for no apparent reason, as it has been fine previously).   I thought perhpas I needed to download some new software and promptly started the IOS 6 update.   It installed and then asked me to complete the final few steps by signing in with my apple id.   When I try to do that it says "it cannot connect to the server".   I have tried turing it off and on and over riding it, but it won't let me do anything at all now on my ipad mini.
    Can anyone help?   I literally can't function!!!!

    You can't override it no matter what you do. The device has to connect to the server to complete the iOS update. You could try rebooting the iPad and see if that lets you connect to the server after it starts up.
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
    If that will not work, you can try connecting to iTunes on your computer and see if the activation will complete. Sometimes when thes activation issues arise, you end up having to restore the device again, but first things first. Reboot and see what happens.

    Same here on my lpad2. Can access the web just fine from browsers but cannot install new apps or updates in appl store.  Seeing a few others reporting same issue tonight so likely an apple server issue and staff will notice it in network monitors and fix it...sometime this weekend.
