CANNOT CONNECT TO BT WIFI (BT OPENZONE)

Question

For a couple of days now I have been unable to connect to my BT wifi signal on my iPhone. I have been able to connect to it for years (with the odd blip like this). The weird thing about this time is that it will have the blue tick next to the BT wifi name on my wifi connections showing that it has connected but it will not have the wifi logo at the top of the screen next to my mobile signal. I also cannot get to the login page, on IPHONEs it works that when it connects to the signal (with the little blue tick) a page then automatically loads with the 'login' etc. If that fails then you go onto the safari app and reload the page and it will work. But over the past few days it has come up with either the 'you have lost your BT wifi connection' page (even though when I check the blue tick is still next to BT wifi option on my wifi tab on my phone) or it will be stuck loading and not load at all. 3G still works and I tried to connect my kindle and it doesn't work either on the BT wifi whereas the OWL (Oxford university) page still works fine so it is definatly something wrong with the BT wifi. I have the app and it won't connect either. I have also tried it without the app and it won't work either way.

assuming it is a home hub you would need to get the home owner to reset the hub which he is unlikely to do as his internet connection is probably not affected.
you just have to find another btwifi conenction
