REMINDER:Please make sure ITUNES is closed when you make changes to firewall settings.

2. Type "Services.msc"
3. Locate and open *Windows Firewall*
4. Select Stop

1. Goto Start
2. Select Run
3. Type "Services.msc"
4. Locate and open *Windows Firewall*
5. Click Stop
Open Itunes and run the diagnostics again.

    You can't change back to the U.S. Store without a credit card or at least a gift card, or any valid payment method.
    The none option would only appear when you create accounts. The iTunes Store requires that you provide a payment method and a billing address to change stores in order to validate your residency in the country you're changing to.

    Basics from the user guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.  I'll bet you've not tried any or all of these basic steps.
    BTW, we're users, here, not Apple.  So threating to buy an android phone not only makes you look like an idiot, but none of us users on this forum really give a **** what you do.

    itunes could not connect to the Music Store. The network connection was reset. Make sure your network connection is active and try again.

    If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

    Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
    This works for some users. Not sure why.
    Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

    Remember, any purchased item from the itunes store is forever associated with the Apple ID used to buy it.  So when you get prompted for an ID/password and it doesn't accept it, then you are using the wrong ID.
    Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores, be sure it's logged into the ID you have set on the iphone (since that one seems to be connecting with the right ID).  If you've done this, then you might wait a bit to see if the "cannot connect to .. store" message has to do with internet connections.
