Cannot connect to my email

i have an error message that says you are not allowed to connect to webmail from (50.206.81.190) due to spam activity. please contact [email protected] for assistance.    What is going on?

Sounds like they flagged your account for some odd activity or behavior. You should email them right away and find out.

    Cannot connect to the incoming server, or were you trying to send mail? Who is your email provider? Have you checked email settings? Try a reset first, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone restarts, check again. Are you showing a signal for cellular data, or a wifi signal if you are on wifi?

  • Provider changed and now I cannot connect to my email

    I have Office 365 for a private domain/mail and I recently changed from Microsoft to GoDaddy
    Therefore, I needed to re-configure the mail account, but that seems to be very difficult at the end I deleted the old account and is now trying to create a new, however now I cannot connect to the new Office 365 provider.
    I key in my name and mail address, and then Outlook tries to find
    the server/configuration, but that process fails.
    I have a brand new Surface Pro 3, and there I can connect and get my emails, so it has nothing to do with the network, credentials.
    Somehow, Outlook seems to 'remember' something from the old settings
    Any hints on how to make it work ?

    Hi there! I have a 2014 kia C'eed and I also can't get my ipod nano to connect to the bluetooth. Works ok when I plug it into the usb port though, but  didn't want to have to be constantly unplugging it when leaving the car. The nano sees the BT in car but car can't seem to find my nano. If you find a solution can you let us know please?!!!

  • Cannot connect to hosted email using IMAP

    I tried connecting to my email hosted by networksolutions via imap.  I get couldn't synchronize email error.  all the setting were double check and correct. The setting works in outlook 2007.
    I am running windows 8.1
    please help

    What mail client are you using? What settings have you used? What is the system response? What role plays here Office 2007?

    I've had the same problem. Updated last night and haven't been able to use the phone at all since then. Black screen, grey screen, light blue screen, pixelated screen, white screen with darkened corners, flickering screen, white stripe across screen, no connectivity to anyone's computer incl bluetooth. Recurrent dead battery. Occasional apple on screen.
    Dead.
    Have you had any joy with yours? Or should I just bin it?

    I cannot connect my iPad or my Android phone over my Time Warner wi fi. Both work fine over Verizon wi fi, and my phone is fine over the NYC 4G network ((my iPad is wifi only). Can you help?

    Make sure you are using the correct NEWER Verizon servers.  Are using port 465 for SMTP and port 995 for POP.  Are using SSL connection, and authentication with CLEAR password.  http://verizon.com/emailsettings
    Its possible the problem is with Time Warner or that they need to request that they be whielisted http://my.verizon.com/micro/whitelist/RequestForm.aspx?id=isp .  You can request that your home ISP be whitelisted  http://my.verizon.com/whitelist but your IP might change over time.

    I keep seeing popup on email..."cannot get mail, connection to the server failed" and cannot retrieve my emails...anyone have a solution?

    That popup message occurs only with email since it is an email specific message.
    Try:
    1. Reset phone (no data loss): press both the home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasing when the Apple logo appears
    2. Delete the Yahoo account and set it up again using the Yahoo template.

  • Cannot connect to corp email.

    I got my phone for Xmas, but despite reading and following directions, consulting with my IT dept gurus, no one can set up my phone to get our corp email.  I can sync to my desktop - but now I have a bunch of email on my phone that can't be deleted.  I'm almost to the end of my 30 days.  Without help, my phone will be returned.
    1. Tried setting up Exchange (OWA).  Instructions are ambiguous in KB03087 - it shows mailbox needing an ".mb" after the name.  But setting up First Last.mb and as my IT dept says just First Last also didn't work. User name (FLast.mb) also didn't work.  Within OWA lower note bar, it shows https//corp.cpwm.com/owa/# => it doesn't show a mailbox name like in the directions.
    After a few dozen (no exaggeration) set ups, I still get "Cannot Log in".  YES! the email address, user name and password are correct and yes! I have contacted my IT dept who wonders why I need a purple personal phone and not one of their old BB's.  IT dept says I don't need to be in any special active directory group.  No one knows why this isn't working.
    2.  Since OWA didn't work out, my IT dept set me up on BES. It fails.  They have reset the BES 4 times and I have taken out my battery and put it back in before each retest.  Regardless it fails.  I stood outside while trying to sync it - after 15 minutes, still not going, but it is cold outside so I went back in.  24 hours later, activation still hadn't completed.  Out came the battery again.  Tried again - still failed.  IT dept says they normally only set up activation passwords for 3 hours...for me, they set it up for 48 to see if I can get it connected this weekend. 
    Based on using the desktop app, I now have a bunch of email on my phone but can't be new email. I also can't delete any of the email.
    Help! or I'm going DROID at the end of this week.

  • FRG01B - cannot connect to Exchange email

    Hi
    My Droid just prompted me with the OTA update and after installing it, I cannot seem to connect to the corporate exchange email server. I have tried reseting the device, removing the account and adding it back on - but every time it comes back with error "unable to open connection to server".
    I was using this email account without any problems till this update.
    I've also tried accepting the certificate using OWA and then tried configuring Exchange as normal to no avail. Any help appreciated.

    I sent the IT guys both PDF files recommended by Verizon and Motorola support.  They made the changes to the exchange server.  It did not fix the problem.
    I now have 3 phones that have been updated to 2.2 that have broken exchange email.  Touchdown is the only thing that is working, but I don't want to spend another $20 to fix something that Verizon and Motorola BROKE.

    I use Microsoft Exchange and Gmail... neither will connect after updating to 3.1. I have tried restarting the phone. I really do not want to restore unless absolutely necessary.

    I got a new/referbished phone yesterday and cannot connect my work email to my phone. This needs to happen! I have soo much work emails and calendar reminders on Exchange!   HELP!!!!!

    I suggest making contact with your IT department at work. It is very possible they have MAC filtering on, or there are other settings in the Exchange environment that would prevent connecting a new device to the Exchange server. They should be able to sort that out for you. You do not describe any errors that you see when trying to connect.

    Sometimes deleting the account and then re-creating it can solve this issue
    Write down all the information in accounts before doing this
    Highlight the account on the left and click the minus button
    Then click the plus button to add the new account and follow the prompts
