Anyone have any ideas of why my ipod touch would be saying "Cannot connect to the store A secure connection could not be established. Please check your Date and Time settings." I have checked my date and time settings and they are correct, but it still is

Is the time zone set correctly?
Do you have time and date set to Automatic?

How can I access the iTunes store? When I click on iTunes, my library appears but when I try to connect to the store I get a window saying Error -3221 has occured and cannot connect to the store.

When you say "her email address" do you mean that you set up a separate Apple ID for her using her email address as her Apple ID? If so, was it ever verified by Apple? Did she get the email verification?

I tunes under windows 7 cannot connect to the store and cannot download podcasts

I am using itunes under windows 7.
Since December 20, I cannot download podcasts and itunes cannot connect to the store.
I am getting the error message that an unknown error 310 has appeared.
I have reinstalled itunes and all apple programs on my laptop, without success.

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

When I called Apple (after wating 42 min. for a live person) I was told to run the APPLE Software Update and turn off location services then restart my computer. There were no available updates. The iPod touch I got on Christmas day. The iTunes app was downloaded the same day. Since day 1 I have not been able to connect. After restarting my computer:
From the iTunes app I click on the 'iTunes Store'
A new window opens and I get the following message:
This Apple ID has not yet veen used with the iTunes Store.
Please review your account information
So I click on 'Review' and am taken to a crude screen that says
Welcome to the iTunes Store
With an Apple ID, you can download the latest music, videos, and more.
To begin creating your Apple ID, click Continue.
So I click on 'Continue'
A pop up window says:
We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (-1202).
There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.
And the only option I am left with is to click 'OK'
After every fix this same scenerio just loops and loops and loops

My phone keeps saying "cannot connect to the store. A secure connection could not be established.

My I phone keeps repeatedly coming up with:

What does this mean and how do I fix this as I am trying to update my apps and they have stopped at the 'waiting' status as it cannot connect meaning I cannot use my apps.

I'm not sure if I'm understanding but if I am then I'm not sure why you are turning your Wi-Fi off and on. It should automatically connect and use your Wi-Fi when it is available and use your cellular data connection when Wi-Fi is not available. I haven't turned either off ever. Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes, Sync and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

My Itunes cannot connect to the Store

I have the most recent version of itunes, however it cant connect to the store and i therefore cannot update my iphone4 softward.
I ran diagnostics and got the following message "The requested URL /itunes/win/10.5/ was not found on this server."
No idea what to do. Can anyone help??

There's a good solid hint that this one affects Safari for Windows page loads as well as iTunes Store loads. (Presumably, it's via interference with the webkit engine for both applications.) Just the one example to work from so far:

... but since coming back to ASC last year, I'd also seen some otherwise-mysterious systemwide SfW page-load failures (over at Safari) that I think might bear further investigation along these lines.
