Cannot copy LV8.5.1 Installer files fully to a CD

Question

Howdy:
This may not be LabVIEW related, but I can't figure this one out.
I created an exe and installer package for my LabVIEW 8.5.1 project. Looks like it added some support files for Visual C 2005 in the installer package.
Was in the process of creating backup CD's of everything related to this job using Windows XP native CD burner support.
When copying the VC2005MSMs...mst files and the LVRealTimeErrorDialog folder, Windows says it is unable to copy these files.
Have tried multiple CD's on 2 different PC's, still can't copy these specific files.
Any ideas, maybe digital rights management (that I need to lookk into)?

Update:
Tried backing with a PC that had never seen any NI products installed on it, it was flagging a bunch of other *.mst files as unable to copy.
Went back to my original PC and worked down through the layers of folders to get to my Installer folder, it looks like Cd writing added the files.
Could be too many levels of folders that is choking up the CD writing routines. The total path length was 'only' 181 characters, thus did not exceed the 255 limit.
I will simplify my directory structure for the job and try anew.
