Cannot copy mail headers any more in Mail.app

I used to be able to click in the headers to an email, do command-A, then command-C, and it would copy all the headers so I could paste it into another document. For some reason, this has been removed from Mail. If I select all the mail headers and copy them, I only get the email addresses, without any header info. This is killing me. Is there any workaround to this anyone knows?

As of 30 Jan 2013, Google stopped supporting Exchange for free accounts. You'll need to set up Gmail using the regular Gmail presets. See this article for some options:

Cannot copy and paste from Word into Mail

I cannot copy and paste from Word into Mail. Neither from using the keyboard shortcuts, or using the Menu function. I can copy and paste from other applications into Mail- but for some reason, text copied from a Word document (both in .txt and .doc formats) will not paste into an open email. Anyone else have this issue? It's a new issue. I used to be able to do this easily.

I had similar issues starting about the same time or within the past week. However, I can copy and paste, it just takes considerably longer than it used to before. Copying something from a web page into Word could take up to 30 seconds now on my computer but it shows a busy mouse pointer while it is loading, then clicks/pops when it loads into the Word document, but then actually takes about another 5 to 10 seconds to appear in the Word document. I have no idea why it is delaying now when it did not do it before, but since it is still going into the document I am living with it for now. Are you waiting long enough to see if it appears?

Your drive is formatted with the NTFS file system. OS X can read but not write to the NTFS file system. There are third party drivers available that claim to add the ability to OS X to write to an NTFS partition. I have not tried them and don't know if they work.
The only file system that OS X and Windows can both write to natively is the FAT32 file system.

• To make more memory available, close workbooks or programs you no longer need.

The disk space is 30 GB free, I have cleared all the temp files, increased the virtual memory & internet temp files size to max but no luck

THAT will launch the MMC process
as 32 bit then you'll the Microsoft Excel Application.
Right Click -> Properties.
What I did at this point was to select the Identity tab and then select "The Interactive User" (the default was "The launching user"). My app pool was already running as "LocalSystem". I believe by running it as the Interactive User now that it
has the right permissions to save workbooks.
Everything worked after this.

Target:HP-UX IA/Ora10g/46D (extended kernel)
I am exporting a client from Source with SAP_ALL .I can see the transport requests created in /usr/sap/trans/data and cofiles.The data file created was 2147483647 byte.Then file stopped growing   and the tp process stopped at os level.
Now When I checked the log file under /usr/sap/trans/log at Source system.It gave the error like below.
1AETW030 Cannot write to datafile any more ("fwrite()" at position "2147483384")
2EETW000 Please contact the SAP support.
4 ETW000 ROLLBACK (2147483384).
4 ETW000 End of Transport (0016).

When I try to very the file R3trans -l <filename>
It fails with return code 16 and message as above .Please contact the SAP support.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Looks like you hit the 2gb limit, check if you have the largefiles option on the filesystem.

Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?
Tried every combination imaginable, including the settings that I had when syncing my iPhone this morning.

Cannot send any more yahoo mails after my account had been hacked.

Did you change your password in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > your yahoo account on your iPad? If you didn't you need to put in the new password there. If you have changed the password on your iPad I suggest deleting your email account on the iPad and setting it up again.

Rules not working any more in mail.app

in my MBP yosemite ( Exchange mail ), I configured some rules. They used to work fine . But since this morning, I noticed that my rules are not working any more.
I checked on console log and noticed the Assertion Failure when applying manually the rules :

I don't know if its connected but I also just noticed a problem. In my case all the rules I had set have changed so that they apply after 7days (rather than the 30 days I had originally set). I can't get them to change back no matter how may times I try.

Does command-z work any more in mail

I used to be able to use command-z to retrieve a message that I had just marked for deletion. This doesn't seem to work any more. When I go to trash, however, I have a very difficult time trying to find the message I want. Any hints?

Look in the 'Edit menu > Undo', is that available?
It just worked for me & the cmd+z shortcut also worked.
Take a look in 'System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts tab'. You may have a custom entry for Mail that is overriding the default behavior. That could be in the 'App shortcuts section.

I cannot get MLB gameday any more on this computer. Windows 7 starter. I can get it on IE. Why?

I used to have no problem getting Major League Baseball Gameday on my netbook. However, it might be since the latest version of Firefox, I cannot access it any more. My netbook has Windows 7 starter. I can get it with IE but I don't like using IE. I have no problem accessing the site with my laptop which uses XP. Any idea why? Also having problems accessing the MLB media center.

Hi, I have made an update an older Thunderbird version (34.x) to version 35.5.0 on a MacBook pro, OS = Yosemite
Last Friday, I was able to see all my local older mail files and folders, several years of history.
Today, when opening Thunderbird, the old mail folders are all gone. I cannot see if they had been deleted from my disk or if they are still there but hidden. I can only see actual new mails.
How can I find my old mail files on the Mac? What file type or folder type do I need to search for? How can I configure my actual Thunderbird version to display the old folders? How can I recover the folders/files from deletion?

In addition all of my mailing lists which I have been using for years now show the following message :
List Men Only <"List Men Only"> is not a valid e-mail address because it is not of the form user@host. You must correct it before sending the e-mail.
Every mailing list contains 20-30 valid mail addresses ie user@host so what is wrong?

* Replacing the blanks " " between the words in such lists' descriptions with an underscore "_". This requires modifying your mailing list(s) description(s).
* Downgrade to a previous version and disable automatic updates (Windows)
In Windows Thunderbird updates are automatic by default. To avoid similar situations in the future, you could change that and decide to have a more conservative approach to upgrades.
