Cannot delete folders in iTunes when trying to re-arrange apps into folders

When you remove the next to the last app from a folder, the folder should disappear. It does not. The app remains there. If you remove the last app, the empty folder remains. I am using iTunes 9.2f1 (45). I just updated my mac mini to the latest fixes for Mac OSX. (10.6.4). I use a logitech bluetooth mouse.
I can drag the empty folder to an empty page, but it then crashes iTunes.

I tries setting the card to 'none' on iTunes on my PC earlier and it didn't fix it.
I'll be back in front of my PC tomorrow so will try re-adding as you suggest.
Do you think this will fix the issue in iTunes App and App Store App where I can't view my account? (keeps asking for password over and over).

Can not connect to itunes when trying to purchase from app

Hello,
Everything was working fine, then i tryed to purchase gold for GoW game on my iphone and iPad but it say erroe connect connect to itunes. i have had it working for days and now for some unknown reason i can not purchase from this any more.
I attempet to buy a song to see if would work and i could buy a song but can not purhase from the game.
Anyone kow of any solutins, tried to contact apple support but have not heard back from them.

Make sure the iTunes app is closed (Double-tap the home button and then swipe up on the app preview window above the icon) and then go Settings >iTunes & App Store and then press on your Apple ID...logout.
Reset your device by holding down the home button and lock button (top of phone) for 10-12 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
Once the phone comes back on, go back to the same location and log back in to the iTunes store. Now, try the app again.

Here is an update and more information: I actually have two MBP's. One is a mid-2009 model and one is a new, mid-2012. I transferred files from the mid-2009 to the mid-2012, but I use both computers frequently. This problem only occurs on the mid-2009 and not on the mid-2012. I have authorized both computers.

I updated my iPhone 5 to ios7 and are now experiencing problems. I cannot set up iMessage because when trying to connect to my account it says that it cannot connect to the network. Also, for apps like mail, whatsapp, facebook etc, i can't set up notifications because it always says that I have to connect to iTunes, which I already am.

RESET DEVICE

There are a number of threads from other people reporting the same iTunes connection issue, it looks like there might be a problem at Apple's end - but you could try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works, but it probably won't until Apple's fixed it

Well the iPod is supposed to be synced from YOUR iTunes music library, if you used other means to put music on there then the iPod is going to sync to only what's on your itunes music library when you connect it.
You need to put the files into itunes.
Far as your other issues, sounds like the drive is dying.
